Ladies and gentlemen, after a long wait the subterranean cosmic horror story you voted on is beginning to be released. The title is Dreadshine: Ascendant Acolyte and features a protagonist named Casimir. The synopsis is more or less the same as the quote you all voted on:
Mankind lives in networks of caverns large enough to hold entire cities. To rise to the surface is to risk the ire of hostile entities from the sky, to delve too deep into the earth may awaken ancient horrors from their slumber.
In that subterranean world, Casimir Shuisky seeks to fix an old mistake at any cost.
Features dungeons, radioactive golems, a post apocalypse, and slight elements of Mesopotamian myth.
