Brok: Oh, shit!
Valencia, fueled by anger and resentment, lunged forward, seizing Sophia from behind. She has her arms wrapped around Sophia's neck, constricting her airflow and causing panic to surge within her. Sophia's hands instinctively reached up, clawing at Valencia's arms in a desperate attempt to break free.
Brok: Oh, fuck! She got her! Galawnee: Get out of it! Don’t die on me kid, I need a lucky break! Valdis: I don’t think she’s going to get out of it! Justin: It might be all over! Oh, shit, she’s really going for the kill! Deshon: Come on Sophia!
Valencia's grip tightened around Sophia's throat, her muscles began tensing up. A cruel and sinister grin spread across her face, relishing in the power she held over Sophia. Sophia: Chaos… Valencia swept kick Sophia’s legs, causing her to fall, Sophia's face turning red, and she tried to slide her hand underneath Valencia’s arms. But Valencia began twisting Sophia’s head, Sophia looked at her free hand, she quickly wrote this on the snow “Chaos Magic: Bond'' In the wake of her declaration, a bluish, reddish-green aura erupted from her body with an explosive force, rippling through the air like an unleashed tempest. The sheer power of her Chaos Magic surged forth, blasting Valencia away, sending her hurtling several feet through the air. Sophia was grabbing at her neck, and gasping for air.
Justin: This is where the fun begins! Zea looked at the entrance, and it’s her clone, the clone came up and whispered something in her ear. Zea: Really? Alright, if that is how the cookie crumbles, then so be it. Can I just…alright…alright…I’ll do it. The clone went back out, and Zea’s eyes shifted from the screen to meet mine, a genuine delight illuminated her face. A playful smile curved her lips, filling me with a sense of warmth and happiness. Zea's hand gracefully reached out towards me, her slender fingers sliding underneath my chin, she slid down her finger at my chest, Zea's lips, soft and supple, met the delicate curve of my neck with a lingering, velvety kiss. Zea's delicate hands traveled up the contours of my face, cradling it with a tender yearning. Her touch was gentle yet possessive, as if she desired nothing more than to etch herself into my very being, my hearing seemed to fade away for a brief moment. With a reverent touch, she tilted my head slightly, aligning our lips once more. As her soft, velvety lips melded with mine, a symphony of sensations engulfed me.
Justin: Hey, don’t even think about it! Zea: Shush. Zea took a quick glimpse at the screen, then she put all of her focus back to me, she slid her left hand to my stomach and kept going lower and lower, then Artoria cleared her throat, with a disapproving tone, Zea's hand froze in its descent. Artoria: Zea, I thought you were monitoring his health? She removed her hands from me and relaxed in her seat. Zea: I am. Me kissing him has a health benefit. Artoria: You don’t require your hands all over to do that. Zea: Well...um…alright…fair point. Artoria: You’re seducing him more than healing him. Sora: I thought you were watching the fight? Artoria: I thought you were as well. Artoria turns her unwavering gaze towards me, her cool composure amplified by a subtle smirk tugging at the corner of her lips. An eyebrow lifts with a hint of skepticism. Sora: Touché. Okay, but what’s the purpose for you being right here? Artoria takes a moment to collect her thoughts, her stern expression softening as the furrow on her brow eases. Her voice echoes with concern and a hint of disapproval.

Artoria: Well, I genuinely was worried you wouldn't be able to fully enjoy the fight in your current condition. And you were unusually quiet for a fight like this, so I came to check on you. Now, my questions have been answered. Turns out, you were too preoccupied with, as they put it, 'sucking faces.' And that is why you were so quiet. Justin: Hey, Saber! You should stay with us. We would not mind not one bit. Valdis: I see what you’re doing. Yeah, Saber, join us. Blue, would not mind not one bit. Actually he would love your presence. Artoria's eyebrows raise slightly, a feigned innocence coloring her tone. Artoria: Is that right? Well, it seems I have received a warm invitation from both Justin and Valdis. Perhaps I should consider joining, master if it’s alright with you? Sora: It’s cool. Artoria: I don’t want to inconvenience you. Sora: Please have a seat. I gestured to the empty seat right next to me, Artoria went to the next empty seat, right next to it. Artoria: Thank you. Sora: You don’t want to sit next to me? Artoria: Are you ordering me to? I’ll do it if it’s an order. Artoria's response is almost playful, laced with a touch of defiance. Sora: No, it’s not an order, but I do have to ask why? Artoria: Because I wanted to. Master, stop worrying about this little interaction and just watch the fight. Artoria's tone softened slightly, I did what I was requested to do and gazed back at the screen.

Sophia is keeping up chaos magic bond’s bluish, reddish green aura, she’s backing up a bunch, trying to avoid Valencia’s constant onslaught, that bruise on neck, is looking pretty bad. As Sophia keeps backing up at a rapid rate, with a deep breath, she centers herself and extends two fingers, glistening with droplets of water, toward her injured neck, a soft ethereal glow emanates from Sophia's fingertips, and she’s using a healing her holy water magic spell. Sophia pressed deep against her damaged skin, the water magic bursting forth like a torrential downpour as she tried to avoid Valencia. She channels her mana with an almost reckless abandon, pouring it into her neck without pause. The holy water magic engulfs the wounded area, The coolness of the water magic hits her neck like a shock, momentarily stealing her breath. Unflinchingly, Sophia pushes through the discomfort, her willpower fueling her swift movements. With each touch, the magic propels her healing process forward, a relentless surge of restoration amidst the chaos. Valencia, witnessing Sophia's determined attempt to heal herself, halts her chase momentarily. She taps the ground with her left foot, imbuing the snow with her own powers. In an instant, a thin six-foot-tall spike made of hardened snow materializes beneath Sophia. The spike emerges with a piercing force, aiming directly for her kneecap.
Sophia, in her continuous retreat, narrowly avoids the treacherous spike, as she leaps to the side, narrowly escaping the potentially crippling blow. The spike juts into the ground, leaving a chilling reminder of Valencia's power. With Valencia's onslaught momentarily interrupted, Sophia seizes the opportunity to gather herself. She summoned her rapier to her hand.
She takes a defensive stance, her focus honed on Valencia, who now wears a dead cold expression upon her face. Valencia reached out to her left, a white dagger came out of the snow, then she drew the number sixty-six on her bracelet, and a silver dagger appeared in her right hand. She then mumbled something to herself, then she throws both daggers at her Sophia’s neck, Sophia deflects the daggers, then Valencia proceeds to go rapid fire with new daggers in her hand every time she throws it at Sophia, Sophia continues to deflect Valencia’s daggers, Valencia pauses her attack for a quick second, she throws a dagger above Sophia head, intentionally misses her, Sophia quickly reacts and turns around, thinking that Valencia is going to be right above her head, Valencia quickly throws a dagger at Sophia’s back, but Sophia narrowly deflects with her rapier without turning around, Valencia runs at Sophia for three seconds then she stops her pursuit then runs at her, Sophia turns around and remains in a defensive stance with her rapier guarding her torso, Valencia throws one dagger intentionally missing the throw by seven inches above her head, then she throws the other dagger at her neck, Sophia deflects it, Valencia quickly puts her head down and gets lower as she continues her sprint to Sophia. Sophia gets ready to thrust her blade at Valencia, as soon Sophia made contact with her face, Valencia vanished then reappeared ten yards behind Sophia, then threw multiple daggers at Sophia’s back, Sophia quickly turned around but one dagger grazed her shoulder, but then started deflecting the rest of daggers, Valencia threw daggers wide left of, and wide right one at Sophia, then one more above Sophia’s head. Sophia reached out and struck down the left and right daggers in one swift motion, but when Sophia made contact with the two daggers, Valencia stabbed the thick snowy ground then disappeared then she appeared right above Sophia’s head with the dagger she threw above Sophia’s head, in her hand and stabs Sophia’s back right shoulder.

Sophia: Light Magic: Revenge Blast! A vibrant light yellow aura erupts from her back, enveloping her form before unleashing a devastating blast that propels Valencia a staggering twenty yards away. Sophia clutches her shoulder and observes the blood staining her hand, a testament to the intensity of their clash. Valencia: I thought you wanted hand to hand!? Valencia returns back on her feet, and there’s no sign of any damage on her. Sophia: Alright fine. Just hand to hand? Valencia nodded her head yes, and Sophia planted her rapier firmly into the ground, temporarily abandoning her weapon. Valencia and Sophia sprinted at each other, and Sophia went for a massive superman punch, with a swift yet fluid motion, Valencia promptly hurled Sophia behind her, forcing her to land on her knees.
Undaunted, Sophia immediately rebounds and surges back into action, Sophia begins launching a barrage of swift punches and fluid kicks, seeking to overwhelm Valencia. But Valencia is just deflecting each attempt to strike, Sophia went for a feint front kick, then tries to land a powerful quick left jab at Valencia’s throat, She catches Sophia's fist in her firm grip and delivers a devastating knee strike to her opponent's stomach, eliciting a sharp gasp of pain. Exploiting Sophia's momentarily weakened state, Valencia proceeds to rain down a series of powerful knee strikes, targeting her midsection. Each blow lands with a bone-jarring impact. Valencia repeatedly landed several knees Next Valencia landed a powerful right uppercut to Sophia’s jaw, causing her to fall backwards, Valencia grabbed Sophia’s face and pulled her right back up, several swift punches to midsection, then palmed striked her face. Blood started leaking out of Sophia’s mouth as she fell back into the snow on her back.
Justin: You got knocked the fuck out! Deshon: Come on Sophia! Brok: That brat can’t handle Valencia! Galawnee: Why did she do hand to hand?! They ain’t your game sweetheart! Valdis: Sophia signed up for that brutal beating. Justin: She didn’t even land a single hit! Jakari: She’s useless without magic or weapons in CQC. Artoria: Her pride will be her downfall. Justin: She should’ve stuck with her original plan. Brok: This entire fight is over. Get ready to pay up! Deshon: It’s not over! Sora: You’re right, Deshon. It’s not over until one of them dies.
Sophia turned over and slowly got up, and spit out a tooth. Sophia: You’re like a mini Sora when it comes to your punches. I admit you have the edge in this, I have to use magic. Sophia left eye a bit swollen, she must’ve used a lot of reinforcement magic on her face, because it barely had any bruising. She should’ve just put all of the reinforcement magic into her torso, but I digress. Valencia: And you can take a beating just like him. Sophia did a grunting laugh, as she placed her hand on her stomach. Sophia: Well, fighting Sora over the years would do that. Valencia: So you’re giving up? Valencia reaches out for a hand shake, to solidify Sophia’s surrender. Sophia: I decline. Valencia put her hand down. Valencia: Oh, I thought you were being friendly because it seems like you're about to give up. So, I guess I really have to...kill you then. Sophia: You make killing me sound possible. Valencia: Still arrogant even after I have been dominating the entire fight. Sophia: You say I'm arrogant I say... Valencia landed a swift punch at Sophia's throat causing her to fall onto her knees, Valencia quickly grabbed her throat and held her up with one hand. It must be embarrassing for Sophia being held up like that from a person that you have six inches in height over.
Valencia: Last warning, Sophia. Give up, we can walk back on our agreement, and we don't have to finish this battle to the death. Sophia tries to break free from Valencia's grasp but Valencia quickly slammed her down, while maintaining an even stronger grip on Sophia's throat as she lifted her back up in the air. Valencia: Look I'm tired of holding back, and it's been a long fucking morning. I really don't want to hurt Sora, because if and when I kill you, it would cause him so much pain. Just do it for him Sophia, sacrifice your ego and let's stop. I just want to go back to my room and watch some memes and go to sleep. Sophia: Chaos Magic: Unbreakable Bond! A bluish, pinkish-yellowish aura erupted from her body with an explosive force that sent Valencia flying back fifteen yards. A bluish-reddish clone of me is right next to Sophia. Valencia: Then so be it. Sora if you can hear me, I'm sorry what I'm about to do.

A World Forgotten
***This story will contain lite-litrpg elements, mainly character pages and a town page. There will also be settlement building and adventuring, missteps and achievements. But one thing it definitely won’t have is a harem. Nor will it have an overpowered MC. Contains mild cursing.*** ***feel free to critique my writing and offer input. This is my first venture into writing. I've always enjoyed litrpg/gamelit books. I feel like I write how I talk, so it may be a little different. You won't hurt my feelings if you see something wrong or out of place! *** ***What follows is a condensed part of chapter 1. Enjoy!*** Drew Cooper is thrust into a new, unfamiliar world. Waking up in his sweats and t-shirt near what seems to be a forgotten path through some woods, he struggles coming to terms that he's no longer in his apartment. As he tries to cope with his new reality, he hears a horse coming down the path. He hides behind a nearby tree dreading what may happen next. As the horse approaches, he sees a man walking next to it. The horse is burdened with packs and gear. When the man nears, Drew nearly panics. He has a large sword strapped to his waist, obviously a fighter. He continues to hide as the man slowly passes only for the man to stop a dozen meters past his hiding spot. "You may as well come out, ya know. You weren't as well hidden as you thought," the man stated matter-of-factly, letting the horse’s reins go and putting his hand on the hilt of his sword. Slowly and scared for his life, Drew raised up and walked from behind the tree. "I-I'm sorry. I wasn't planning on attacking you. I-I don't know where I am. I heard your horse and hid. I didn't know what you'd do if you saw me. I'm sorry," he nervously blurted out. A minute passed. Then two. The man seemed interested with Drew and stepped closer, eyes squinting as if trying to see something. "What's that on your shirt? Is that. What is that? Is that, Pac-man?" The man was visibly shaken while pointing at me. Looking down at his t-shirt nervously, "Yea. Yea. I woke up here a few hours ago I think. 3 maybe 4 hours. I’ve just been sitting here. Where am I? What's going on?" Drew asked. "That's not important right now," the man replied. " What's important is where you're from. What year is it?" "What year? April something 2020. Why? What's going on?" Drew continued now worried. The man was taken aback. After a few moments, he seemed to calm himself some. The man sighed and looked at Drew in earnest. "Well, I've got good news and bad news for ya. Bad news is you're not on Earth anymore. Good news is you happened to run into me and not someone else. You’re either really lucky, or it’s fate we met in these woods, and I don’t believe in luck." The man continued to walk towards Drew while talking and put out his hand. "I'm John Mitchell from St. Louis or thereabouts. You’ve got nothing to be scared of by me. Walk with me and let’s talk."
