Dear Readers,
It is sudden and unfortunate that I need to write this message to you. From Chapter 18 onwards I will no longer be posting this story on Royal Road. There are a number of reasons for how this has come about, some deeply personal that have been developing over time, but one in particular that has pushed me to act ahead of when I originally had planned.
As I have some particular goals for this tale and series in the next few years, it has become clear that I need to do this. Unfortunately this story has been re-published without my consent or knowledge (until now) on another site, right up to the current chapter. As I find this unacceptable and an issue in regards to the future options for the story, I feel that I need to act.
I will continue to release the 1st draft of this story regularly on Patreon for a token fee.
For those that wish to join me and continue reading as it is written, thank you in advance!
For those that are unable to continue with the story and have been reading and following this tale, thank you so much for your support, thoughts and kind words. It has been wonderful knowing that there are readers who have been following this tale, week to week and I feel blessed that I have had this experience. I hope that at some point in the future a published hardcopy or ebook finds its way into your hands and you are able to enjoy the tale once again.
At a later point, I might republish an edited copy of book 1 on Royal Road. But, for now I will leave the first 5-10 chapters as a stub with this message that the story will continue on Patreon.
