《The Legacy of Gilgamesh》Chapter 30 New Found Powers

In his outside gym Rico was meditating, with the help of his Authority, Rico was able to delve deep into the inner workings of his own cells. To his amazement, he discovered tiny, star-like particles residing within them. Initially, he assumed these particles to be mutated white blood cells, but upon further inspection, he realized that these particles possessed properties beyond his imagination. Not only did they behave like stem cells, but they could also mimic the functions of any type of cell in the body, imbuing Rico with a mystical and almost otherworldly power.
Rico discovered that he could harness the power of these star-like particles to amplify the number of cells in his body. After conducting further research, he found that these particles not only provided his cells with additional energy, but they could also self-replicate, entirely independent of the host body. Despite the obvious benefits, the origins of these particles remained shrouded in mystery. In addition to fueling the cells, the particles could also regulate cell growth and boost their energy output, granting Rico with a nearly supernatural ability to manipulate his own biology.
Rico affectionately named the minuscule particles that reminded him of the vastness of space, Star Dust.
"Star Dust! The key to eternal life!" Rico exclaimed, his voice ringing out into the world and echoing back to him, accompanied by the melodic chirping of birds and the gentle breeze of summer. The excitement in Rico’s voice was palpable, reflecting his unbridled passion for his newfound discovery.
Armed with the power of Star Dust, Rico was capable of accomplishing feats that defied the imaginations of mere mortals. With its help, he was able to sharpen his senses, enhancing both his eyesight and hearing to superhuman levels. The prospect of even regenerating lost limbs seemed within reach. Furthermore, Star Dust had the ability to enhance cognitive abilities, allowing Rico to work for extended periods of time without succumbing to the effects of fatigue or hunger. He could go for days without sleeping or eating, and still maintain his sharpness and energy, perfectly aligned with his intense work ethic. The possibilities of what Rico could achieve with Star Dust seemed limitless.

However, despite the incredible powers granted to him by Star Dust, Rico was still far from achieving true immortality. The best he could hope for was to extend his life for several centuries or, with a bit of luck, potentially even a millennium. Nevertheless, the idea of gaining such a vast amount of time was still an alluring one, and he clung to the hope that he could one day reach his ultimate goal of living forever.
But this is not what Rico truly wants yet it is a step in the right direction. What he wants is true immortality. So he started to delve into ancient texts, including those on meditation, Taoism, visualization, and Qi Gong cultivation. He sought out the knowledge of ancient magic and energy control techniques, hoping to find something useful to unlock the full potential of the Star Dust.
Through intense study and practice, Rico discovered that the Star Dust particles could be controlled just like the life force energy, or Qi. By mastering the flow of energy within his body and using specific meditation techniques, Rico was able to direct the Star Dust particles to move in a specific pattern.
He found that by focusing his attention on the key energy points in his body, he could meditate and will the Star Dust particles to gather and flow in a circular pattern from the crown of his head, down to his stomach and out to each of his extremities. The flow of the Star Dust, like the flow of Qi, continued in a continuous cycle, giving Rico greater control over his physical and mental well-being.
As a result of his mastery of the Star Dust and Qi Gong techniques, Rico was able to enhance his physical abilities, prolong his lifespan, and unlock new levels of understanding and control over the world around him.

By practicing ancient Qi Gong techniques, the Star Dust would grow and multiply during the internal rotation, providing him with an ever-increasing supply of energy and vitality.
As he delved deeper into his studies of Qi Gong and the mysteries of the Star Dust, Rico realized that this energy source was not just a powerful tool for enhancing his physical abilities, but also had the potential to make him a God in both worlds. The Star Dust was, in fact, a manifestation of the mystical energy known as mana, and its growth was directly linked to the presence of this energy in the world around him.
With this newfound knowledge, Rico began to experiment with new and advanced Qi Gong techniques, seeking to unlock the full potential of the Star Dust within him. He was determined to unravel the secrets of immortality, and the Star Dust was his key to unlocking this elusive goal.
