《Rubik’s Man: I’m Rich & You’re Dead》Chapter 73 - Testing God’s Anus

“That brat is really slippery. The next time I get my hands on her I will make sure to…”
Boom!
The beast slammed right into me before I could finish speaking my thoughts. I was blasted through the living room wall until I ended up landing in the kitchen. Several pots that were hung above, fell on top of me.
“GRAH!” This Smokepire couldn’t wait to tear through my guts. It was doing all in its power to hurt me. Getting a closer look, I recognized that it was the same mean lady who I tossed in the water back at Sunflower Avenue.
“It’s you again! How many times must I kick your ass for you to leave me the hell alone?” Screaming heavily, I increased my strength to push this nasty creature off of me. She flew all the way back into the living room with a crashing intensity.
“I’ve had it with you!” My Fire Sight started to blaze forth from my eyes as I prepared to burn this Smokepire along with the entire building down. What delayed me from acting sooner was the special grade Rubik’s Cube that was no longer in my possession.
“Huh, when did it reach over there?” Its whereabouts slipped my mind earlier. I watched as the Smokepire used its long tail to scoop up the Rubik’s Cube.
“Hey, give that back!” I couldn’t let her have it and do with it whatever she pleased. I had no clue what was inside so I couldn’t risk her opening it to gain its power.
My heightened urge to retrieve the Rubik’s Cubes spurred me over there in the blink of an eye. I tackled the beast to the ground then pried the Rubik’s Cube from her lanky limb. After I took it away, she used her wings to slap me backwards. Quickly finding my footing, I took a gander at the Rubik’s Cube to make sure that it was safe and sound.
“System open inventory.” Just as I was about to secure the Rubik’s Cube in my inventory, my fingers accidentally turned the top blocks. Coincidentally, this slight action matched all the faces perfectly. It wasn’t that I was good at solving puzzles. It was because that smart brat already solve most of it.
The Rubik’s Cube was solved and was in the process of unlocking when another message showed up.

This pop-up made it clear to me that I would have to wait for the Rubik’s Cube to finish unlocking before I could store its content inside my inventory. Although I was willing to wait for this process to be finished, the other inhabitant of the house wasn’t that willing.
“GRAH!” The enraged Smokepire began its vicious charge towards me.
“Hey, stay back!” I didn’t want to disrupt the Rubik’s Cube unlocking procedure, therefore I avoided direct contact with the Smokepire for as long as I could. I was dashing around the house in circles while it chased after me. Numerous appliances and furniture got destroyed during the hunt.
“GRAH! GRAH!”
“Holly hell! Just get the fuck off my ass already!” I got so fed up with this creature thinking that I was afraid of it that I stopped running. I stood my ground and waited for its arrival like a macho man.
“GRAH!” It rammed through the sofas like a wild beast then leap towards me while unleashing the sharpness of its claws.
“Come on, you bitch!” I clenched my right fist, waiting for her to enter in range. I was prepared to feed her my entire arm for supper.
Whoosh!
Amid our imminent collision, the special grade Rubik’s Cube finished unlocking. It released vapour with a strong stench followed by the reveal of something never before seen by me. It looked like an archetypical flower, uniquely designed with warm sapphire tones. Shortly after opening, a few messages related to the item popped up.
--Item Information-- A rare herbaceous plant that can absorb the sins of deformity. A special range of botanicals has been…
“Huh!” I didn’t have enough time to peruse all of this item’s detail because I was currently in a rough tangle with the Smokepire who wanted nothing more than to eat my guts out. However, I was making this extremely difficult for her to accomplish. As a result of her failing to devour me, I saw her reach over her mouth to my left hand and took a bite of the special item that I worked so hard to retrieve.
Chomp!
This greedy bitch swallowed all of it without a second thought. “No! I didn’t even get a chance to find out what it does.” My mind was in shambles.
“Grah-ha!” The Smokepire portrayed a maniacal grin when she identified my sadness. Since she couldn’t hurt me physically, she decided to toy with my emotional body.

“You goddamn cunt! I’m going to make you regret swallowing my shit!” Following my anger, my arms were already pumped to unleash a barrage of punches on this greedy bitch. But I didn’t get the chance to do for she started staggering backwards while gripping her neck as if she was choking on something.
“Cough! Cough!”
“That’s what you get for not chewing before you swallow. Fucking psycho. Hmm…?” There was something else about this Smokepire that made me delay ripping her head from her shoulders. Aside from trying to vomit, certain veins were popping up across her skin that was glowing slightly.
“Huh, what the hell is happening?” I stood there observing her monstrous physique slowly shrinking to a regular size. While this was happening, her body was giving off loads of steam that was melting the wallpaper on the walls. It was sort of toxic for me to inhale, so I went closer to the window and stuck my head outside for fresher air.
A short while later, the steam output was reduced drastically. When I returned to where the Smokepire was, she wasn’t a beast anymore. What I was looking at was a frail, nude human lady curled up in the foetal position on the carpet.
“She returned back to normal?” This was a mind-blowing discovery for me. I was trying to concoct a cure for the Smokepire plague for some time now and this just might be the key component that I needed to finish my experiment.
“I have to get her back to the lab and see if I can extract the remaining essence of God’s Anus from her bloodstream.” This matter was too pressing for me to linger there any further. I forgot about finding Sharp Stepper for the time being just until I had my priorities straight.
“Come here you.”
I rolled up the lady inside the carpet that she was; tossed her over my shoulder then got out of that neighbourhood before the cops showed up. My journey back to the mansion was an expeditious one. Speed was a necessity for me to retain the optimal condition for my experiments.
When I arrived at the estate, the workers were nowhere to be seen. They had gone home for the night to continue their work another day. This worked out well for me because I didn’t have to dodge anyone. After crossing through the main gate, I went directly to my lab to begin my experiment. Razi wanted to say something to me, but I ignored her and told her to give me some time alone.
In my lab, I placed the specimen I brought back on an operation table adjacent to where I had Rodent and the other 2 Smokepires strapped down. I drew some of her blood in a syringe and viewed it beneath a microscope. The result that I came across after mixing a few samples were remarkable.
I don’t want to bore you with all the technical jargon. Long story short, I used the scientific tools at my disposal to concoct a special type of ash from the diluted God’s Anus. I combined this ash in a paper containment to create a rudimentary cigarette.
The preparations were completed. All that remained was to light this bad boy up and test its efficacy. “Who should I choose first…?” I deliberated between choosing a suitable test subject. My options were limited to only 3.
“What the heck. I’ll go with that one.” I went over by the side of the Smokepire in the middle. He was still awake but didn’t pose much of a threat to me.
“Here goes nothing.” I bet all my hopes on this stick of anti-viral compound as I ignited it. Moving it closer to my lips. I inhaled a mouthful of taste bad vapours then quickly blew it into the nostrils of the rowdy Smokepire.
Whoosh!
It took a while for the fumes to start taking effect, but as it did, I could see clear indications of some positive biological changes happening. The creature was shrinking at a drastic rate faster than what occurred with the lady.
“What’s this now…?” As I continued to observe this intricate process, an unexpected development occurred. My smile turned upside down when I witnessed the Smokepire swelling up like a balloon.
“It looks like it’s going to blow.” This was exactly what happened. Guts spewed all over the place, staining my precious equipment. “Well, this batch was a failure. Now I have to go back to the drawing board.”
