“Ah, damn that hurts like hell.” Smoke Pac's body was in utter pain. His struggle to find his footing was more difficult than expected. As a result, he had to make use of a Rubik’s Blood Cube he had stored in his inventory to quickly regenerate his health.

“Much better.” Readjusting a few of his bones, Smoke Pac got up then shifted his eyes around to find the culprit who damaged him. “Where is it?” He looked near the entrance but could not find it.

“Smoke Pac, up there!” From behind, Razi shouted at him while pointing above.

“Why the hell are you helping him?” Bensen was upset with Razi. “We’re supposed to be getting out of here. Not further involve ourselves in whatever shit this is.”

“I know but he’s…” Razi felt compelled to aid Smoke Pac due to the influence of the Enslavement Rubik’s Cube. After she showed him what he was searching for, she hid behind the wall with Bensen.

“So it’s up there, eh?” Looking directly above him, Smoke Pac got a clear view of the uninvited monstrosity that spanked his ass a few seconds ago. “What an ugly sucker…”

A creature of darkness, grotesquely repulsed in the absolute sense of description was hovering close to the ceiling with the aid of its large, porous wings. Just like Smoke Pac, the creature had a Rubik’s Cube duplicate rotating in its exposed chest with an addition of smoke bleeding from its apertures—permeating its body. It was very tall and slender.

“Why does it feel so familiar?” Reading further into its appearance, Smoke Pac identified a vague feminine complex partially clothed in wet rags. Maggoty nipples and hairy areolae were hanging out. What struck a vital chord in his memory was the tattoos across her skin.

“Wait a minute… I remember you.” Smoke Pac’s mind grasped a specific scene of him getting his mien belittled by a gang of 3 who he met by an old shack stationed close to a waterfront at Sunflower Avenue.

“You’re that mean bitch who refused to share your cigarette with me. Didn’t I kick your ass in the ocean? By my calculation, you should be dead, so how are you still alive and why do you look so different?”

“GRAAH!” The creature spat out hefty loads of tainted vapours down at Smoke Pac. She became extremely agitated hearing his voice questioning her, moreover, perceiving the disdain in his gaze.

Smoke Pac repelled the incoming vapours with his cancerous smoke then shouted, “Aren’t you going to answer me, you maggot, or is your damn mouth impaired?”

“GRAAAH!” In response, the creature quickly swooped down and lifted Smoke Pac from the ground. The fashion in which this was accomplished was a thrust of her extended claws into his abdomen.

“The hell?” Smoke Pac was surprised that his Rigid Body got broken so quickly. “How can this be? I’m supposed to be the strongest!” He couldn’t wrap his diabolical mind around the unexpected way his current situation was playing out.

“GRAAH!” The creature flipped around in the air before slamming Smoke Pac into the ground.

Boom!

A web-like crater was formed instantly on impact. The menacing creature kept Smoke Pac pinned beneath her dominant framework.

“Get off me, you bastard!” He was trying desperately to shake her free but his muscles just couldn’t cut it. Shortly, he started seeing messages popping up in his vision.

“I can feel the pain, you piece of shit! You don’t have to remind me!” He cursed at the System for issuing continuous warnings. As he struggled to break free, he demanded the System give him answers.

“What the hell am I dealing with here? How is this heartless woman overpowering me?!”

The Rubik’s System heard Smoke Pac’s question and acted to identify the reason for the monstrous creature’s existence.

While this process was underway, Razi and Bensen peered their head out of their hiding place. They saw Smoke Pac getting his chest torn through by the malevolent presence.

“Is that a fellow alien of his, Razi?”

“I have no clue, uncle. It’s my first time laying eyes on that alien.”

“Well, it sounds to me like they know each other.” Bensen was quick to notice minute details. He nudged Razi in the side and side, “We should escape while they are busy tearing each other to pieces.”

“I agree. There is a side exit around here.” Razi started moving with Bensen to the opposite exit of the room they were in. They entered a hallway where a side door was only several feet ahead.

“We’re almost outside.” On their way there, they saw the door abruptly slide opened and panicked. “What the…?” Bensen immediately pulled out his gun and aimed it at the intruders.

“Boss don’t shoot. It’s only us.”

“Huh? Bensen discovered the intruders to be his henchmen. “You guys were still alive?”

“Yeah, we are all that’s left.”

Out of the 30+ men who came for Smoke Pac’s head, approximately 7 of them came into the mansion and maintained their elusiveness beside Razi and Bensen. Their names were, Ken, Mazzan, Cork Head, Butt Snack, White Buck, Guitar, Launch and Pepsi.

Briefly observing his men's behaviour, Bensen realized that they were drastically off edge. Thus, he asked them, “Did you come inside looking for me?”

Mazzan answered, “At first, that was our intention, but then we decided to take our chances to get the hell out of here while that man was busy.”

Razi found something suspicious in the way Mazzan explained things. “If that is the case, why come inside? Why didn’t you guys take the car and leave this place?”

“Yes, why didn’t you?” Bensen was also puzzled. “That is the most logical thing to do. I know I would have, given the chance.”

Ken moved closer and said, “Boss we were going to take the car and leave you here. However, some weird ass shit is going on out there.”

“What do you mean, Ken?”

Ken was too fearful to talk, thus Butt Snack explained, “We spotted some monsters creeping out of the darkness outside. Legit shit man. Those fuckers are everywhere. The main gate is completely off-limits.”

Guitar whispered, “We’re not getting out of here by driving. They’ll see us coming. Our best bet is on foot.”

Conversing on the topic, a thought came to Pepsi’s mind. “Hey, didn’t one of those monsters come inside? What happened to it?”

Bensen enlightened his men, “It currently has Smoke Pac pinned down in the main hall. So far it isn’t aware of our presence.”

“Well, that’s a good thing I guess. Huh?” White Buck thought he saw multiple shadows moving outside and hurriedly closed the door. He shifted his eyes at Razi And inquired, “Is there another exit we can take?”

“There is. It’s this way.” Razi began moving down the opposite end of the passageway. “Follow me.”

“You heard here. Let’s move.” Bensen along with his men started following Razi’s trail.

While moving through the corridor, Ken glanced outside the windows where he noticed many sinister eyes. “The sooner we get out of here the better, those things outside look like they are coming toward the mansion.”

“Then we should hurry.”

Back to the main hall where Smoke Pac was having difficulty freeing himself from the clutches of his overbearing oppressor, an intense wave of malice permeated. To keep himself from dying, he had to be utilizing Blood Cubes continually until he almost ran out of stock.

“Shit, only a handful are left. What’s taking you so goddamn long to identify what this woman is?” Smoke Pac cursed the Rubik’s System for operating so slowly, but he had to endure in order to find out what he was dealing with.

“Good, now tell me what the hell is going on?”

-Info-

Unclaimed Souls are born from deceased individuals whose manifested Rubik’s Cubes haven’t been claimed. Their total incubation period aligns with the course of earth’s satellite. On the night of the full moon, Unclaimed Souls are resurrected with a single-driven purpose of claiming the original Rubik’s Cube. With it, they can become whole again, reborn in physical appearance and intelligence and have the sole power of the Rubik’s System.

“So that’s why this bitch is adamantly trying to rip through my chest. She wants to take my power away from me. There is no fucking way I am going to allow that to happen.” Gazing at his chest, he added, “This Rubik’s Cube gave me a second shot at life. I’m not about to retire without claiming my vengeance!”

Becoming utterly enraged, Smoke Pac mustered the strength in his right hand to smash away the bond of oppression from over him.

“Piss off!” He punched the creature away then flicked forward to his feet and stared at it. “You’re not getting my power.” His shout was resolute. Seconds after he said this, he remembered something important.

“Wait, a minute… she isn’t the only one that I’ve killed and didn’t claim the Rubik’s Cube. Then that means…” His expression became terrified. “…Oh shit!”
