《Judah Judas Adventures》Chapter 104 - One sword piece - Part 4

A few moments later, after I and with Olive helped one of my favourite writers in a deadly situation, I am finally entering by myself this secret guild with the broken piece of sword prepared. And about Olive... Well, her knight came and took her to the training camp, to see if she is worthy. Looks like her knight, it is a mage, like me, but an old man who is carrying a staff and wears light armour with a helmet. I understand from Olive that his name it is Eduard, and he is a wuss, but a very smart old man.
Anyway, when I entered the guild with the broken blade and handed to Ulfred who was sitting on a table with Fiona and waiting for me to come with the last broken piece of that sword. I put that blade on the table, which made Ulfred very happy that I was able to bring back an important sword piece. He took those three pieces, and he puts it together without any tools, he does that like it was something like putting a two block pieces together. Then, by a miracle or magic, the sword begun to repair itself. Those three pieces are getting connected by the rest of the sword, and then in a few mere moments, it has begun to shine and became like a new sword.
Ulfred took the sword with only one hand, he gets out the table, goes a few steps from us and he tests if the sword it is totally fixed. He did a few swings, a few spins with the sword, and he pierced a big lumber on the back of the Guild. Then he came back and told us.
"Thank you for helping me!"
"Don't worry about it." says Fiona to Ulfred, and then he is looking at me. "It was hard to retrieve it?"

"Um... Yes, because I had to do other things on my way here."
"Really?" asks Fiona curiously. "Such as?"
"There was a child who was bullied by nobles, and I helped him. Then he told me he is an orphan, so I send him to the Orphanage I grew up at. After that, I had to complete some parchments for this boy to remain in that Orphanage, then I was able to go and retrieve the sword piece. But, right when I was about to arrive here... A friend from the Orphanage was here, on these streets, and I have decided to stay with that friend and wait for her knight. I couldn't risk letting anybody know about this secret place."
"Smart kid." says Ulfred who is still there, and sits next to Fiona.
"But then, there was another emergency on this place. I and with my friend were heading to the place where a carriage fell upon a man and helped him. Thankfully, we helped him, and I also learned that the man we helped was a writer, one of my favourite writers. And then, Eduard came, the knight where my friend is working for."
"Eduard?" asks Fiona. "The old man who can create powerful spells?"
"Looks like it."
"You had a wild ride here, boy." says Ulfred to me. "But at least you made it, and as a reward for helping me. The dinner will be on me."
"Oh, wow. Thank you." I responded to Ulfred.
"This dinner might be going to wait." says Fiona, looking at me. "We will have a mission guild in a few moments, and that mission might be dangerous and requiring spells. Are you in?"
"You know I am in." I responded to Fiona.

"Good." she said, smiling upon me, and she handed the parchment quest who was attached to the wall of quests. "I hope you are ready because on this quest we will have to hunt vampires from the far parts of this land. They came here to drink the blood of innocent people and steal their kids."
"Reports says that they were only two vampires seen at the forests of this Capital." responded Ulfred which is still there. "But only if they are two, they are still dangerous."
"Yes. I heard that one vampire was able to destroy half of Timis most skilled hunters. But, we have a big advantage."
"We have?" I asked Fiona.
"Yes, we do have you and Diana. A wizard who can summon light, and a sharp hunter."
"And you." I responded to Fiona.
"Well. Knowing Diana, she might be going to use me for delivering the final blow."
After we discussed a little about our strategy to hunt those two vampires, Fiona and I leave this Guild and headed to our house. While we were walking towards our house, we didn't even speak, we only walked in peace. But, I couldn't get out of my head the fact that I will finally be in a fight together with Fiona and Diana. This is my first mission with them, and these two are from different world. Fiona, it is an amazing sword's fighter with a vewolf powers, and Diana, it is a handy woman with an amazing accuracy on her crossbow. And I am just a mage who is probably going to use my light spell and heal spell on them.
But there is a thing who is making me feel nervous about this mission, and that is the fact that Fiona and Diana had a few little fights between them about Leonard. So I have to be careful because vampires will not be the only beasts who have to be put down and hold their ground.

His eyes had turned bloodshot and his hands shook with rage. “The first thirty…” “Shut up!” Genzo bellowed “How dare you help these disrespectful gaijin?” Flecks of spit and madness flew from his face, his fist raised ready to strike. But Emi did not flinch, instead she was about ready to continue when Yuma Takeuchi interrupted her. “Uchida, please,” her sweet sounding words could melt ice. “I think we will have a better chance of getting home if we all work together.” When she glanced up with her sleepy looking eyes at Genzo Uchida he deflated visibly. “Were not getting home.” Uchida said coolly. “Group summoning, large, that puts us in the 60 series. No one came to greet us after five minutes of arrival. That leaves scenarios 68 and 69. In scenario 68 there is something that binds the large group together; they are all classmates or a single family. But thanks to the gaijin” he spit out the word “I think we are scenario 69 with no way home.” Ikko Inoue’s eyes went wide, while Katsukno and Hayata started muttering to themselves. Tim took on a serious look and rubbed his scruffy chin. Emi maintained her stoic expression while trying to find something to refute. McKenzie glanced at Randall and giggled. Randall took the prompting of his teammate and followed up by approaching Genzo. “Uh, so we are in a sixty-nine?” “Yes.” Replied Genzo with the seriousness of someone who’s life was about to end. McKenzie covered her mouth and snickered. “You and me, were stuck in a sixty-nine situation?” Randall pushed with a grin. “Yes, we are all stuck in a sixty-nine scenario together!” Genzo retorted in anger. McKenzie fell on her butt laughing. “What the hell is so funny?” Demanded Genzo, whose face had turned red. “It’s a problem with the automatic translation.” Retorted Tim. Randall, who seemed unable to quit started in again “So, about this sixty-ni…” Genzo interrupted Randall with a swift punch to the face. But, because of their height difference it was a bit of an uppercut that left Randall rattled. Tim and Ikko moved to step in between the two, but Genzo showed no further hostility. Instead he just stared at his clenched fist with such intensity it grabbed the attention of the room. “I unlocked a skill.” He said bluntly. ***************************** This is not a light novel, but people who like light novels should enjoy the themes of this book. ***************************** A Map of the Region

Humans Are Evil (completed)
A world of magic, where empires rise and fall, and where civilization is never safe from the perpetual menace of the monsters that roam the land. In this volatile landscape Fera is reborn and must adapt to this new and ever-changing world. She will grasp at whatever opportunities she finds to escape her unfortunate birth as an orphan. Either excelling, or wallowing in self-pity, Fera will question if this world of magic was as fantastical as she initially thought. Note: The story is technically a litRPG, but much less like a game and more akin to real life, for example obtaining a class does not give free skills to the individual, it’s the other way around! Skills are what unlock your class, so an individual who learns magic skills will unlock mage classes, classes then provide passive buffs and stats, in my opinion this makes everything feel more earned so that the power levels in the world are more natural, rather than every single random person being a powerhouse.
