Long Time Ago

I lost my husband at birth, but thanks to the wolf clan, we managed to win the war. Despite the wolf clan being blamed for my husband's death, I knew that Miron was responsible. During the battle, Miron killed my husband and fled the scene to frame Alpha Prime and continue the feud between the wolf and wizard lineages.

Although people held Alpha Prime accountable for my husband's death, I knew the truth - Miron had left a claw mark on my husband's chest. When I informed Alpha Prime that he was not to blame, Jiro expressed his gratitude by giving me a sweet and robust black wolf puppy as a birth present.

However, I couldn't reveal to anyone that I had the power to foresee the future because I understood the damage it could cause. Even if he was my father, I couldn't tell him that.

In our lineage, witches are more likely to be mystics than wizards, and I had become one somehow. But for me, it was because of the necklace I found on the rocks, somehow it had a slight crack in it, and when I touched it I felt a power I'd never felt before, and then I could see the future.

The necklace had lost its luster after I touched it as if I had sucked out its last remaining power.

After a while, I gave the necklace to my husband as a wedding present. Because meeting him was as different as the powers I had.

Seeing the future was exhilarating, but it was also unsettling since it always resulted in a tragic ending. The more I tried to warn people, the worse it would get.

I made every effort to secure a brighter future for my daughter, but I was unable to avoid the tragic ending until I cast a spell on the black wolf Alpha Prime gifted me. The wolf would guide my daughter and show her the steps she needed to take to reach a happy ending. Another task of the black wolf was to guide my daughter's future friends. And when the time came, he would be there for them too.

Although I could foresee my own demise, I kept my power a secret and did everything in my power to protect my daughter. When the time came, Miron would be held accountable for his actions, and the world would once again have heroes. However, until then, I had to keep my plan a secret and do whatever was necessary.

Lezlie

Years Later, In The Second Kingdom;

I stood in front of my grandchildren and read them their favorite story. But at the end, one of them asked me what happened after the war.

"Grandma, Lezlie, what happened after the war?" My granddaughter asked, with her sister beside her, also curious.

"Ah, my dear grandchildren, after the war, we all went our separate ways but remained friends. Rose used the sense of sacrifice she had learned to save the people of the fifth kingdom from the effects of hypnosis, and this gave her the power of kings. Thus she became queen of the fifth kingdom.

Wedan married Mila, and although Mila's father did not initially approve of the union, they grew to like each other, and their wedding was a joyous occasion. So much so that we had a good laugh there.

Babu became the head of his lineage, educated the young people in his lineage, and strengthened their bond.

Hiroshi fulfilled his brother's promise by helping ordinary people in many ways, and later, he got married. He and Lena became a happy family.

Lokash, who became Alpha Prime after some time, revitalized both the wolf and Viking lineages.

Ryuu and Shou, on the other hand, will always be remembered as heroes who never gave up, and history will forever remember them.

As for me, I married your grandfather Arthur and moved to the second kingdom. And now, here I am, telling you our story."

One of my grandchildren stepped forward and said, "That was an amazing story, Grandma. When I grow up, I want to be strong like Ryuu."

"I want to be like Shou," said the other.

"Remember, my dears, it's not who you are but what you achieve. I'm glad you enjoyed the story, but it's time for bed," I said, gently ending the conversation.

The children reluctantly agreed, saying, "Okay, Grandma."

Before the children left, I reminded them about the importance of feeding their rabbits before bed, and they responded with a heartfelt "We love you, Grandma" as they went to their rooms.

"I love you too," I replied.

As I was slowly moving towards the balcony of the palace, I was looking at the paintings on the walls. So much so that time had flown by like water, we had experienced many adventures, some of us had suffered for a long time and some for a short time. However, the painful events we had all experienced were now behind us. We had reached peace by fighting.

As I grew older I realized why my mother did all this, to give Kaika a map and take us on an adventure.

After a while it all made sense, my mother didn't want anyone to get hurt, but as a mother, she knew what was best for her daughter. And that's what she did, she showed me the best way.

As I stood on the balcony of the palace, I felt a cool breeze and gazed up at the starry sky, thinking back to my conversation with Ryuu all those years ago. He was right when he said that dying for a worthy cause is the mark of a true hero, and he had indeed died a hero, just as he had always wanted.

The once-feared wolf clan had become the stuff of dreams for the younger generation. After all that we had been through, we finally understood who we were and what we were fighting for, and that sense of purpose and meaning was worth dying for.
