《Wolf Bloodline》The Great Power Of The Fourth Epic
Advertisement
The battle grew stranger by the moment. But one thing I learned was that the fourth epic was enjoying it. Unlike my previous opponents, it wasn't fighting just to win. It responded to me as if it relished the battle.
Though the missing fourth epic reappeared after a short time, my situation was troublesome. I found myself surrounded by dozens of its replicas. I was certain that he had no other traits of bloodline other than royal and dragon lineage.
From the information, I had received and the past I had learned, it was impossible for it to have any other bloodline. The fourth epics surrounding me unleashed their fire breath upon me.
With nowhere to run, all I could do was jump. I managed to leap before the flames reached me and headed toward the fourth epic. Starting with the one in the middle, I began punching them continuously.
But somehow, every fourth epic I punched disappeared in a puff of smoke. Until the real one launched a surprise attack. It swung its spear at me from an unexpected direction. Though I narrowly dodged the sharp edge of the spear, it struck my stomach with the bottom of its shaft and swung another punch at my face.
I tried to dodge the successive blows, but they came at me with great force and speed. Strangely, whenever the emerald on the spear shone, I faced interesting attacks that distorted reality. Perhaps that was the spear's purpose: to create unexpected attacks.
As I pondered this idea, the emerald on the spear shone once again and I faced another strange attack. The ground beneath me shattered and I fell into an endless void.
I kept falling until I was hit by a punch from an unspecified place. When I was punched, I somehow collapsed to the ground again. the ground on the ground melted into a fire. Using my legs, I managed to jump away from the flames with all my strength.

But as I jumped, chains rose from the ground and ensnared me, slamming me back down with great force.
Each attack was heavier and harder to dodge than the last. It was only a matter of time before I lost the battle. The fourth epic was much stronger with its spear. It could end the fight whenever it wanted and show me whatever it desired.
For the moment, neither my wolf powers nor my ki power would be of any use. They would only cause me to waste energy and effort. It was difficult to understand where the enemy was.
If I wanted to defeat the fourth epic, I had to sense and see its movements before it attacked. I could only do that with the dragon powers I had gained.
Not only could I see incoming attacks and block them, but I could also change the course of the battle considerably. But how could I activate my power in such a troubled situation? I had to focus on it as much as possible, following the teachings of my uncle and Ronk.
I had to activate my power using my intuition, as they had taught me from the beginning. Only then could I do something.
Faced with the onslaught of incoming attacks, I put aside my thoughts and continued to run without stopping. The fourth epic came at me from different directions in different ways.
I resisted the fire from the hill, but hundreds of spears from below made it difficult for me to stay where I was. I used my claws to shatter the spears, but they broke and disappeared into clouds like the previous ones.
It was hard to tell what was real and what was an illusion. I had no energy left to fight. I was sweating and panting.

This time, instead of fire, the fourth epic's spears rained down from the sky. More spears came at me than I could count. I fought back with my palms, claws, and maneuvers.
When the spears stopped falling from the sky, the fourth epic appeared from the darkness around me. This time there was only one of it. It approached me with slow steps.
"Don't let the power of the spear overcome you, boy. Resistance will only delay your death," it said.
Ignoring its words, I swung my claws at it. But the enemy suddenly turned to smoke and loomed behind me.
I dodged an incoming spear thrust but was punched again. When I tried to fight back, it once again turned to smoke and appeared from a different direction.
We continued like this for a short time. Whenever he attacked, he could hit his blows, and when I attacked, he could easily dodge my attacks. As I fell to my knees, the fourth epic standing in front of me was about to swing his spear in the air to kill me. I didn't know what to do anymore. When I desperately closed my eyes, it was as if my life was passing before my eyes for a moment. How could all that I had done end here and now? I had promised to resist and fight against all odds. I had promised the others that we would bring peace to the world. It would be unfair to give up now without doing so. At that moment, I realized that this was the test that the dragon had put me through all along. He had given me power not only to use against the enemy but also for not giving up despite my lack of resistance. I had to do justice to what I had been given.
Opening my eyes, I not only activated the dragon eyes but also, seeing the incoming spear attack, I blocked the spear with both arms.
Somehow the fourth epic knew about the dragon eye and spoke to me in amazement. "How can the dragon eyes be yours, after all these years?"
The fourth epic was displeased with what he saw. I reacted quickly, standing up with a rush. My eyes had such power that I could sense incoming attacks and knew how to respond.
