《Wolf Bloodline》Offer Of The Fourth Epic

Meanwhile, The King is in his chambers;
The prolonged silence in the room heightened the tension. Despite the fact that most of those present were kings, fear was evident in their eyes. Those who came to the King's chambers were very troubled people. One of them was the third Epic and the other was the Son of Yores, the fourth Epic.
The third epic took all his orders from the fourth epic and stood beside him in front of the kings. As everyone watched, the epics slowly stepped inside. The third epic stood on one side of the large table and cast a spell to prevent anyone from escaping or being disturbed. He surrounded the room with spells and enchanted it with just a snap of his fingers.
The fourth epic approached the great table with slow steps and sat at its head, joining the kings while Miron observed for the time being.
The fourth epic's dry mouth was not apparent until he began to speak. Everyone had no choice but to listen. He was calmer than the others and bore permanent scars on his face and elsewhere. He did not fear death; rather, it seemed he brought it wherever he went. Unlike the other epics, he relished battle like his father.
"I have come a long way," he said. "But my intention is not war. I am here to talk to you."
The fourth epic spoke slowly, his voice deep and resonant, matching his large frame. Like Miron, he seemed to have an offer to make.
"I want to help you solve a problem that you all share," he said.
The third king knew his nephew well and interrupted him, eager to know what he wanted, like everyone else.
"Your father never helped for nothing," he said. "So tell us what you want."

"As my father used to say, Uncle, nothing is done without a request," the fourth epic replied. "What I want is simple: something that will ease your burdens and those of the people. But you already know what I want in return."
"You want to be the sole ruler of all the kingdoms, just like your father," the third king said.
"In return, I will end the rule of the epics, just as you have imagined," the fourth epic replied.
Miron, ignoring the chaos he had caused, still held Rose captive and curiously addressed the fourth epic.
"Thanks for interrupting our meeting, but out of curiosity, aren't you also an epic? How do you plan to defeat one of your own kind?"
"To defeat an epic, one must be an epic. After all, the thing epics despise the most is another epic," the fourth epic replied.
Miron was aware of the challenge he faced, but his confidence in his army and his own personality made him unafraid of the fourth epic. He may even have wanted to fight him.
"You appear to be quite confident in your abilities, fourth," Miron taunted.
"You'd better watch your words, Miron, or I'll split your head in two," threatened the fourth epic.
"Given what happened in the past, I suggest you behave yourself," Miron retorted.
"When I finish off him, I'll come after you, and I'll paint whole kingdoms with your blood," warned the fourth epic.
Before things could escalate further, the third king intervened. Everyone knew the conflict needed to end.
"As kings, we must prioritize the good of our people. What you offer benefits only yourselves, not the people. Neither the epics nor the Yores thought about the good of the people. They only sought power, just like you are doing now. My nephew, please don't continue down this path."

After hearing the answer he wanted to hear, even though it was not what he wanted to hear, the fourth epic slowly stood up and headed towards the door. He took the third epic and his uncle, the fourth king, with him. Furon snapped his fingers again to remove the spell in the room as they left.
Without turning around, the fourth epic said one last thing to his uncles as he approached the door. "So be it. I will come for your kingdoms. Let's see what you will do when I am your enemy."
He struck the ground once with his spear, causing a great shaking all around the tournament. But this shaking was not caused by the blow; it was as if he had summoned someone or something.
Realizing this, Miron walked through the wall with Rose, his captive. He approached the kings for the last time and said, "I guess we'll talk some other time."
The kings could not save Rose from Miron. He had escaped with her as a prisoner. But they had a bigger problem to deal with.
The voices outside began to scream in panic, loud enough for the kings to hear from where they were.
Soon, paladins entered the room to keep the kings safe. When one of the kings asked what was happening, a knight replied, "Sir, we have detected a creature approaching at high speed."
The second king intervened and realized what it was. "It is the creature of the fourth epic," he said.
After the second king spoke, the kings were in a panic and unsure of what to do. They knew they had to leave.
Thinking of the safety of his people, the third king responded sternly to a knight. "Order the soldiers to evacuate all the people from the coliseum," he said.
After the third king spoke, the paladins mobilized and the kings hurried to leave the coliseum.
They knew that it was almost impossible to fight what was coming. The only thing they could do was flee.
Despite not wanting to, the kings could think of no other solution. In a short time, the area was almost razed to the ground by the shaking. A roar was heard in almost all the kingdoms.
With that roar, unfortunately, the kings were right about what they had predicted.

The Hideous Horde

Sam hates dungeons and wants to destroy them all some day. And he's got the plan to do it, too. But life has a way of throwing curveballs at you. For the sake of himself, his friends, and his family, Sam must construct a dungeon like the world has never seen before and defend it against all comers, be they monstrous or adventurous. And somewhere beyond the range of his knowledge, something ancient and terrible stirs and takes notice. Dungeon Man Sam: When all you have is a hammer, you build. --------------- This Is A Work In Progress: This isn't the final form of Dungeon Man Sam, there's gonna be some typos, and things may change between chapters as I realize "crap, I didn't set that up nearly as well as I thought I did". I'll let you know if anything like that happens, and if you notice anything that you think is worth pointing out, feel free to let me know! Hope you enjoy the story!
