Hearing the words of Xia Jingfei, a chill suddenly appeared in the heart of the man, causing him to grit his teeth and let out another strike towards the tattered figure.

As for the young boy, Xia Jingfei had left him alive, after all, with his strength and temperament, he had no chance of surviving in the wilderness all alone without help from his clan.

Without any warning, Luo Qiqiang's body suddenly sped up, as he suddenly turned sideways, Luo Qiqiang did not use his increased speed and power to try to attack Xia JIngfei, after seeing her true powers, he knew that was useless.

Rather, Luo Qiqiang threw out an ancient-looking talisman towards the Taoist Temple, where Xia Jingfei was living right now.

Feeling the aura of the talisman, Xia Jingfei took action, as she suddenly ignored Luo Qiqiang, although taking care of a loose end was important, in Xia Jingfei's eyes, Luo Qiqiang's value could not be compared to her three disciples in the slightest.

Just as it was about to reach the small Taoist temple, the talisman, which had been created by a Saint Realn cultivator long ago, suddenly activated, causing an unstoppable golden palm to appear, charging toward the temple, as well as Xia Jingfei's three disciples inside of it.

Seeing this, Xia Jingfei finally fully took her attention off Luo Qiqiang, as she suddenly appeared in front of the golden palm of the long-dead Dao Saint.

Although Luo Qiqiang's teacher was trapped inside of the ring on the latter's finger for many years, his power could still not be underestimated, as it caused Luo Qiqiang to speed up to an unimaginable degree.

In only a fraction of a moment, seemingly violating the very laws of reality, Luo Qiqiang speed up to a speed his body could not posibly bear, but contrary to expectations, Luo Qiqiang was perfectly fine.

Suddenly, three worn-out talismans appeared in Luo Qiqiang's hands, who then activated them, causing his speed to suddenly become faster and faster.

Using his newfound speed, and the fact that Xia Jingfei had been fully distracted for a few moments, Luo Qiqiang managed to speed away, quickly traveling tens of millions of li in only a fraction of a moment.

But although he had this speed, Luo Qiqiang did not dare slack off, as he continued fleeing from Xia Jingfei.

Staring at the figure in the distance, in the direction Luo Qiqiang had fled, Xia Jingfei couldn't help but hesitate for a moment before letting out a sigh.

'He got away, that's a pity,' thought Xia Jingfei as she turned in the direction of the Taoist Temple, which was completely fine even though it had just been attacked by the power of a Dao Saint.

Thankfully though, as a huge amount of time had passed since the creation of this talisman, causing it to weaken, Xia Jingfei was able to fully deflect the attack, not letting even a little bit land on the temple.

Sadly though, some aftershocks did land on the relatively crude formation that Xia Jingfei had created, shattering it into little pieces as if it was mortal glass.

"I need to get someone to help me create another formation," mumbled Xia Jingfei as she slowly but surely walked back into the temple.
