Chapter 592: The 8 Tentacles Cub Was Born
A few days later, Liu Ming continued to receive news that among the top 10 disciples of the major competition, they were selected as inner disciples by the major peaks.
The woman with a scar face, Zhao Anyin, who ranked top 3, was accepted by an elder of the Lianyi Peak on the night after the major competition.
The young man with a white hair, Hou Kun, was accepted by the elder of the Yunhen Peak on the morning after the major competition, concentrating on cultivating the way of talisman.
The young man with the bronze giant sword was even more popular. 3 peaks sent people to invite him at the same time. Finally, after some hesitation, the man joined the Tianjian Peak where the bearded man was.
In addition, even the outstanding disciples who failed to enter the top 10 of the major competition, but could get into the top 100, had also entered the inner door. Zhou Tianrui of the Piaohong Courtyard was one of them.
Liu Ming was very calm about this news. He still silently swallowed elixir every day, meditating.
Three days had passed since the end of the major competition.
On this day, when Liu Ming was adjusting his breath in the cave house secret room, an escape light flashed outside the cave house. Suddenly, there was a middle-aged man in his forties with an unusually strong body.
This man had short hair and tight outfits. As soon as he appeared, there was a strong aura gushing out.
Liu Ming, who was cultivating in the secret room, immediately stood up. At the same time, a deep voice came directly from the door.
“Liu Ming, are you in the cave house. Quickly let me go in.”
When Liu Ming heard this, he didn’t dare to hesitate anymore. He hurriedly walked out of the secret room with a hint of surprise and went straight to the door.
After a while, he launched a symbol, and the door slowly opened.
“Disciple didn’t know that the senior is coming to visit. Please forgive me to not welcome you at the door.” Liu Ming immediately cupped his fist and said respectfully to the strong man in front.
“Nephew Disciple Liu, you don’t have to be polite. I’m Zhang Mao of the Jinding Peak. Although I didn’t personally watch the major competition, I have heard about you. My purpose here is to see whether you have the qualification to cultivate the physique technique of my peak?” The middle-aged man said with a calm face.
Then, before Zhang Mao waited for Liu Ming to speak any more, he suddenly raised his arm and grabbed onto Liu Ming’s wrist. Suddenly, a stream of heat rushed out of the man’s palm and surged into Liu Ming’s body.
Liu Ming was shocked. He immediately felt a hot aura rushing around in his meridians. Knowing that the other party was testing his cultivation, he immediately charged his spiritual power and waited quietly.

After the heat almost wandered all around Liu Ming’s body, it came out from Liu Ming’s wrist and returned to the middle-aged man’s hand.
The middle-aged man shook his head, but a hint of disappointment flashed on his face,
“En… it is indeed the Three Spiritual Pulse. Although your physical body is strong right now, you do not have the special talents and other special qualifications related to cultivate physique. It is a pity… By the way, I have a book about cultivating physique. It is my experience during the Condensation Period. You and I are considered to meet by fate, so I want to give you this. I hope you can realize something out of it.”
As soon as the middle-aged man spoke, he lifted up with one hand, and a crystal light flew into Liu Ming’s hand. It was a pale yellow jade talisman.
“Thank you Master’s Junior Jin.” Although Liu Ming had prepared in his heart, he was still disappointed when he heard that. He could only reply with a wry smile.
After the middle-aged man nodded slightly, he waved his sleeves and left with a flash of golden light.
Several other elders of various peaks who were originally interested in Liu Ming finally determined from Zhang Mao’s mouth that Liu Ming was indeed Three Spiritual Pulse, and he didn’t have any spiritual body. After some consideration, they all dispelled the idea of recruiting him.
After more than 10 days, the news that Liu Ming won the top 1 in the major competition, but he wasn’t accepted as an inner disciple spread throughout the 8 courtyards again.
There were various speculations and rumors about Liu Ming for a while.
Liu Ming seemed unusually calm about this.
After all, in Taiqing Sect, Condensation State disciples were still the majority. Even those with Six Spiritual Pulse and Nine Spiritual Pulse couldn’t break through the Crystallization Period bottleneck or some could only stay in the early stage of the Crystallization Period after advancing.
Even those disciples with Earth or Sky Spiritual Pulse had been trapped in the Crystallization Period.
On this day, while Liu Ming was sitting cross-legged in the cave house’s secret room, but a faint breathing sounded from the Sumeru Ring on his hand.
Liu Ming raised his eyebrow and immediately probed the Sumeru Ring with Divine Thought.
In the Sumeru Space, inside the spiritual gourd with faint purple spirit patterns, an octopus with 8 tentacles that was only a few inches in size was breathing in and out. The spirit stone beside it released a trace of spirit, and it was absorbed into its mouth.
The 8 claws sea beastkin’s egg brought from Yunchuan Continent finally hatched.
Seeing this, Liu Ming was shocked.
During this period of time, he had been busy for the major competition, so he almost forgot this beast egg.
He immediately shook his wrist, then the gourd and the 8 tentacles octopus cub flew out from the Sumeru Space at the same time.

Liu Ming immediately took a closer look. He found that this 8 tentacles sea beastkin actually had 4 soybean-sized eyes. There were dense stomata on the 8 tentacles. Some fluids were secreted from time to time. There were also some pale red spiritual patterns on it.
Liu Ming touched it with one hand and chanted, trying to communicate with it using summoning technique.
However, after a while, he was greatly disappointed.
This 8 tentacles little octopus had no spirituality at all probably because of staying in the egg for too long. It had completely lost all its intelligent. Now, only the basic instincts remained.
Fortunately, this cub still knew to absorb the natural aura from the spirit stone, otherwise even survival would be a problem.
Facing this situation, Liu Ming was naturally helpless.
After thinking about it, he had to put the cub into a spiritual beast bag, then he threw a few intermediate grade spirit stones and put the bag back into the Sumeru Ring, leaving it alone for the time being.
The remaining thousands years old spirit turtle’s blood essence in the purple gourd had long since turned into water, completely losing its medicinal properties.
Liu Ming could only empty the gourd and put it away at the same time.
…
7 days later, another Crystallization Period man opened the door of Liu Ming’s cave house.
“Junior Fellow Apprentice Liu, I’m a deputy of the law enforcement hall. I’m here today to give you the first prize in the major competition. In addition, all the classics in the Inner Scriptures Pavilion, regardless of contribution points, you can dispel the enchantment with this jade talisman and read. Of course, the Scriptures Pavilion doesn’t have the secret classics of every peak. Those secret classics can only be assessed each peak’s Scripture Pavilion after joining one of them. You need to redeem them with contribution points.” The deputy said quickly, then he handed Liu Ming a storage talisman and a jade talisman with green light.
“Thank you senior fellow apprentice for coming here personally.” Liu Ming took the storage talisman and jade talisman and said a few polite words.
Based on his current level of cultivation, he couldn’t practice the 3rd level of the Tiger Dragon Hell Prison. In the Tai Gang Sword Tactics, he didn’t have other magical powers to practice. At this time, if he could find a mystic art that suited him, it would be better.
“Since the junior fellow apprentice has no doubts, I will leave now.” After cupping his fist at Liu Ming, the deputy flew away on a white cloud.
After seeing the deputy left, Liu Ming immediately returned to the cave house lobby. After making a gesture, a white light flashed. All the items in the storage talisman appeared on the stone table.
It was a bag of spirit stone, a small piece of golden jade pendant and a pitch-black jade bottle.
Liu Ming immediately stretched out 2 fingers and picked up the golden jade pendant. With a thought, he took the identity token from his waist and touched each other slightly.
The surface of the golden jade pendant flashed with golden light, then it turned into powder and broke apart.
At the same time, the contribution points in the identity token immediately increased by 3,000 points.
After Liu Ming put the token away, he picked up the pitch-black jade bottle and opened the lid. A strong scent of sandalwood came out right away.
After he scanned with Divine Thought, a black elixir with fine silver stripes on the surface was lying quietly at the bottom of the bottle. This was the “black light pill” that could increase the probability of breaking the bottleneck of the Crystallization Period.
This medicine was very rare even in the Taiqing Sect. If one used contribution points to exchange for it, he didn’t have to think about it without 200,000 contribution points, and he had to pay a large amount of spirit stone at the same time.
Even so, this elixir was still in short supply. Oftentimes when the elixir master had just refined 2 pills, they would be sold out the next day.
After all, there were too few elixirs that could increase the chance of breaking through the Crystallization Period bottleneck.
After thinking for a while, Liu Ming put the cork back on the bottle again, then he carefully put it into the Sumeru Ring together with the spirit stones.
Then, he left the cave house without hesitation and flew toward the Inner Scriptures Pavilion.
After 15 minutes, in a valley not far to the east of the law enforcement hall, in front of a huge pavilion surrounded by layers of magic arrays and filled with countless secret enchantments, a black cloud flew over. The black cloud faded, and Liu Ming in a green robe appeared.
Liu Ming glanced at the plaque on the pavilion and confirmed that it was the “Wanfa Pavilion” known as the Inner Scriptures Pavilion. Then, under the gaze of 2 soldiers at the door, he strode in.
As soon as he entered the pavilion, he found a young man in the costume of a deputy disciple. After some inquiries, he had a general understanding of this place.
The entire Wanfa Pavilion was divided into 4 floors. The 1st floor was the guidance hall. It didn’t have any classics here. It provided the space to let some disciples communicate with each other. The 2nd floor had a part of miscellaneous classics. The 3rd and 4th floors kept the real inner door techniques. The 3rd floor had the commonly used mystic arts; the 4th floor had the unpopular magical techniques with demanding requirements.
After a while, Liu Ming had already appeared on the 2nd floor of the Scriptures Pavilion.
New technique!?

New hope online
*as of right now this is my second time writing all this I really hate doing this twice in a row. well this story was made by me and a few friends ideas and stuff most of the pictures owned are not mine but some will be and every picture I use is respectively owned by their creators. Now let's go to the story. FYI this is my second time doing this so I'm a little pissed so I probably will not have good grammar and stuff so whenever you guys see something wrong why don't you come help me to make this story great peace out and have fun* The year is 2009 there's a war going between robots and human Arnold [email protected]&**&6 . ah crap that was totally my fault wrong story ok here we go the real story. The years 2086 and life is hella awesome. in about the year 2065 a new fun toy came out they called this VR. but VR isn't just a toy anymore. Vr changed the life of everyone in America but really all over the world . the thing that made VR awesome was that you can know go to work from your house laying in the bed with a VR helmet on making twice as much money for the hours you put in. you can know go to school from your house learn for a full 6 hours in VR but than when you get out its only been one hour in real life . there are so many uses that people can use VR for. of course military personal use it aswell to train there minds and stuff. But to me this really doesn't mean much. The real beauty in VR is the gaming i love gaming with a passion me and my family are gonna get this awesome game called new hope online. This game is a mmo RPG it of course has the typical RPG quest adventures and a lot of other things that i cant explain. but generally I'm super excited for only 2 things in this game. The first is that there is a cohesive and reactive world. Ok ill just give you a small example. so lts say im an adventurer and im killing goblins i go every single day for the next 3 year with 4 of my freinds to kill goblins after a while if you hunt destroy or do anything to envirment fror prlonged periods of time the enviroment will etheir act violently and try to destroy you or the worldwill remove that resource from that area. which i think makes total since. ok last but not least you know how nearly every single mmo lets you play as the adventurer only. Well thats changed. In this mmo you are allowed to be a monster if you want thats freaking awesome i love it. The object of a monster is to become strong enough to etheir, make a dungeoun, own a clan/ tribe. generally there are apperently alot of ways to win as a monster but since this is a mmo of course theres no real winning. But as a monster everybody is aiming for the top. another objective is to kill the demon king and take hismantle as hahaha demon king. oh i totally forgot to introduce my self my name is roin . like coin but with a r instead of an c . this is gonna be my story so peace out and read the story . * the star before a sentence means me as an author is talking ok this is explaining meanings RPG=Role Playing Games MMO=Massively Multiplayer Online Vr = virtual reality
