He tilts his head to the side like he is considering something and then he just shrugs. "Nice to see you too, Princess. Good to know that your manners has improved since the last time we met, oh wait it hasn't. You are still the same brat that acts without thinking." He mocks and continues what he's doing.

"Where are my friends?" I ask.

"Your friends are back in school safe and sound, we have no use for them, just you," he tells me as he walks towards me.

"Thank you for that useful piece of information. I really needed to hear it," I scoff.

"I've never known you to be sarcastic." When he gets to my front, he squats and looks at me, he takes my chin in his hands, forcing me to look at him. "Now that I get a good look at you, you really do look like your Mother."

He drops my chin and just continue staring at me. So I decide to speak outside of topic. "Was it all a lie?" I ask.

I need to know if all his warnings were just a ruse to keep me occupied while they plan the murder of my parents.

He keeps his lips shut, not saying anything. I shake my head in disgust. "For someone that had so much to say, you do pick an awful time to keep that useless mouth of yours shut." I spit at him.

He smirks and shows me the knife he is holding. "Watch your mouth, Princess or I'm going to watch it for you," he warns.

I nod. "Is that meant to be a threat? Because if it is, I'll say you are doing a really shitty job at it," now it's my turn to smirk.

I hear a clap behind me, I look past Arihmatheo's head to see Sebastian and... I'll be damned, George. Yes! That George, Sabine's Dad. The awful man from Arihmatheo's mind. What is he doing here?

"You are right, she's got her Mother’s spirit," that's the first thing he says as he approaches.

I scoff. "Well now you know I'm not a bastard." I reply.

I'm not going to be intimidated because some stupid guy with a hat and cane appeared out of nowhere. Even though my heart is beating four times than normal.

Arihmatheo stands up and bows slightly. "Quite mouthy too." Sebastian says. I can't believe I'm seeing him, he looks exactly like he did when I saw him in Arihmatheo's mind. It's like he hasn’t aged a single day.

"Did you kill Richard and Corinne Stark…Starling? Did you kill my parents?"

He sighs and stares at me like I am staring at him. "Yes, they were both useless. Took me a while to find you, girl. That useless Dean made sure he kept you hidden but where is he now? I expect him to be here," he tsk. "But I guess it's his thing, showing up late when the people he claims to be incharge of needs him."

"Why? Why are you doing this?" I know it's useless to ask. It's like asking a scorpion why he stings people every chance it gets.

"Because I enjoy it." He keeps his reply simple and straightforward.

I nod and try to make sense of what he said. Because he enjoys it? What in the hell?

"The dark sisters. Did you send them to me?"

"Yes."

"Why?"

"You look like my daughter but I needed to be sure, so I have the sisters of the dark take all your memories and show them to me, that way I was able to confirm your heritage and know the extent of your powers. I need to know what you are, girl. And now I know. You're nothing. You're just a weak, pathetic, stupid teenage girl that thinks the world revolves around her."

"What did I ever do to you?" I ask. "You destroyed my life just to give that speech."

He shrugs like my insolence doesn't bother him. "You were born. You shouldn't be alive. It's just sad to know that my blood runs through your veins," he reminds me.

"Feelings mutual. What are you going to do now? Kill me?" Because I'm not sure why I'm here if not that.

"Not kill you, killing you would be too easy," he tells me. Killing me won't change a thing.

I move my gaze away from George to Sebastian. "Why are you doing this, Professor Holmes? This doesn't concern you." I whisper softly but loud enough for them to hear me.

"Who says it doesn't concern him? Let me introduce you to my eldest son, your uncle," he introduces us.

This just keeps getting better and better. So he was the George that the book was dedicated to. How fucking sick. His useless son wrote a fucking book about his daughter's love life and dedicated it to him, and wonders why the book turn out to be a disaster, well, there was nothing on the pages but I had to say that to make myself feel better.

"Is this some sort of joke?" I don't even get these people anymore, they kidnapped me, threatened to destroy me and are now telling me that a chemistry teacher turned part time romance author is my uncle.

George frowns. "Who is laughing and why?"

"So this is your plan. Kidnap a sixteen year-old and kill her like you killed her mother," I say.

George looks up and smiles like a memory just pops into his head. "Sabine, my beautiful girl, she was always so perfect until she met that monster," he spit out and frowns.

"My father? That's why you killed them."

"Killed them?" George laughs, looking at the two idiots beside him. "Who said anything about death? Your parents aren't dead, they are very much alive, in fact I know where they are right now and I can take you to them," he reveals.

They are alive, that's not possible.

"What did you just say?"

"I said your biological parents, Sabine and Eric are alive," he repeats but there is something about his tone that is not making me believe it.

If they are alive, why haven't they come for me, why haven't they looked for me? If they are alive Dean would know because it's his job as El-Gar-El, the Royal gatekeeper, he sees everything, he would know if my Dad was alive.

"Where are they?" I demand.

"I change my mind and that information is a need to know and you do not need to know," he answers. I know he's a fucking liar. For someone that people fear, the almighty High Lord. To me, he is just a freak in cloak.

"Tell me or I swear I'll–"

"You'll what? Let me remind you that you don't have your powers, I'll be careful choosing my next words," now, that is the High Lord I saw.

"I'm making you a promise. My face will be the last one you see before you all die," and I mean it.

"Is that a threat?"

I shake my head and smirk. "No. it's a fucking promise," I wink at them. I intertwine my hand and sigh. "What now?"

"You know for someone who's spent her whole life ignoring the world because she's too scared to face reality, you do know how to pick your words. You might have lived your life thinking you're in charge but the world is a lot darker than you know. And I will show you what it means to be alive when you should be dead. Now we leave you with Arihmatheo,"

My mouth drops open. "Leave me with him to do what exactly?" I ask curiously, I'm sure he is not taking me on another trip to the past.

"Don't kill her yet but make her wish she was dead," George and Sebastian turn their backs and walk away.

After they depart, Arihmatheo bends down and smirks at me. "Now it's just you and me, Princess. I'm just wondering where to start," using his knife to trace an invisible line on my face.

I chuckle. "You delusional sick bastard, this was your plan all along, you told me everything I wanted to hear and made sure I was occupied with my thoughts. You played me and everything well, telling me all I've ever wanted to hear," I close my eyes, "how stupid I was," I whisper.

"Stupid on your part, I get no pleasure in hurting kids but your kind... their kind, I cannot bear."

"Their kind?" What is he talking about? What does he mean by that?

"Do you know what happens when an empath is forced to experience an out of body experience yet prevented from going out of their body?" He asks.

I shake my head. "I do not want to know."

He smiles. "You are right to not want to know because it's like feeling your flesh peeling off your bones. Like skinning you alive. I assure you that the feeling is not pleasant. You will wish you were dead."

He snaps out of his thoughts and stares at me, his pupil dilates and changes color, giving me a glow of pure darkness.

"What are you- what are you doi–" I scream out.

"Stop resisting, you'll only feel more pain when you resist, let go, Camille. Let. Go," he says and suddenly I start moving, start going up, moving upward, floating in the air.

I can feel my soul moving out of my body, but it keeps going back. Like an invisible thread around me. I'm experiencing an out of body experience but I keep returning to my body, something is preventing me from moving out of my body and it's making me sick, literally sick.

I scream as an overwhelming feeling of discomfort takes over. My body is burning and I can't stop it. I'm just floating.

"Arihmatheo!" Dean's angry voice is the last thing I hear as my back hits the floor.
