Scene starts 4 years after KaiShu leaves the house. Here Akshara Aditya is 16 and Kairav is 22. They both are studying in SRN International school in the same class and always sit together. At present Aditya is staying with KaiShu as Shanaya is gone out of town regarding some work so she handed him over to Kairav.

Akshara is seen sleeping in her room cutely. Kairav enters her room and goes and sits on the bed. He kisses her forehead and wishes her a good morning trying to wake her up.

Kairav: Akshu baccha uth ja nah. Dekho 7.00 baje hogaye hain tujhe school bhi toh jaana hain na.

Akshara(sleepily): Bhai 5 minute aur ruko na.

Kairav (strict): Nahi abhi ke abhi uth ja.

Akshara gets up lazily.

Kairav: Good morning Akshu.

Akshara: Good morning bhai.

Kairav: Chalo jaldi jaake nahalo. Maine Tera uniform ready kiya hain tu jaldi se taiyaar hoke aaja main nashta laga deta hoon. Adi bhi aata hoga phir main tum dono ko school chod deta hoon.

After half an hour Akshara gets ready and comes down. She sees Aditya also there. They wish each other good morning and sit to have breakfast. After breakfast they get their school bags and wait in the hall for Kairav. Kairav comes there

Kairav: Chal ab tum dono chalo gaadi mein betho main tum dono ko school chod deta hoon.

He goes and drops them to the school and then goes to his office. They go to the class and sit in their place. At that time 3 of Akshara's friend Neil comes there.

Neil: Hi Akshara.

Akshara: Hi Neil.

Neil: Akshara kya tum school ke lunch break mein mujhse milne basketball court mein aasakti ho, mujhe tumse kuch zaruri baat karni hain.

Akshara: Ha kyun nahi main aajaungi mujhe bhi tumse kuch kehna hain.

Neil goes from there. Akshara sits back in her place blushing. Aditya starts teasing her.

Aditya: Lagta hain koi bahut sharma raha hain. Dil mein ghanti baj rahi hain.

Akshara(shyly): Adi please tu mujhe chida mat nahi toh pitega mere haath se.

Aditya: Acha theek hain. Lekin aaj accha mauka mila hain jaake propose karde usse. Kya pata woh bhi tujhe pasand karta ho.

Akshara: Ha yaar aaj kuch bhi karke usse propose kar hi deti hoon.

Adi: Waise tunhe Kairav bhai ko bata diya na ki tujhe Neil pasand hain.

Akshara: Tu pagal hogaya hain kya, tujhe toh pata hain na ki bhai mere liye kitne over protective hai agar unhe pata chala ki mujhe koi ladka pasand hain toh woh ladka dusre din hospital pahunch jayenga. Aur waise bhi bhai ne mujhe kaha tha ki main iss wakt sirf padayi pe focus karu relationships keliye yeh sahi time nahi hain.

Adi: Lekin tu toh Kairav bhai se kuch nahi chupati phir tu kisiko date karrahi hain yeh tu kaise chupayengi.

Akshara: Main bolungi na bhai ko baad mein lekin abhi keliye main unhe kuch nahi bataungi.

Morning 11.30 am

It's the school lunch break now. Akshara has gone to meet Neil in the basketball court. She enters the court and sees Neil standing there. The moment he sees Akshara he goes near her and kneels down on his one knee with a red rose in his hand.

Note: It's an indoor basketball court

Neil: I love you Akshara. Pata nahi kab kaise mujhe tumse pyaar hogaya. I really love you.

Akshara(blushing): I love you too Neil.

She hugs him while he hugs her back. After a minute they breaks the hug.

Neil: Aaj shaam 5.00 baje tum mere ghar par aajao, mom dad bahar gaye hain do din keliye toh mein ghar pe akela hoon. Hum saath mein thoda time spend karte hain.

Akshara: Ok Neil mein koi bahana banake aati hu.

Evening 3.00pm

Akshara is in her room thinking about Neil while blushing heavily. Kairav is not at home. Aditya enters her room and sees her blushing.

Aditya: Neil ke baare mein soch rahi hain na tu Akshu. Bol kya hua Aaj, tunhe propose kiya usse?

Akshara: Maine nahi balki usne mujhe propose kiya hain. I am so happy. ( Hugs Aditya) Aur usne mujhe aaj uske ghar bulaya hain. Uske mom dad kahi bahar gaye hain toh ghar pe koi nahi hoga. Hum saath mein thoda romantic time spend karenge.

Aditya: Aur tu Kairav bhai ko kya bolegi , kaha jarahi hain tu?

Akshara: Mujhe bura lagega lekin unse jhooth toh bolna padega sach toh nahi kehsakti. Main unhe bolungi ki main apne friend Priya ke ghar jarahi hoon ek assignment karne keliye.

Aditya: Ok tu chali jaa mein tere liye cover up karunga.

Evening 5.00pm

Akshara goes to Neil's house. She reaches his place and rings the bell. Neil opens the door and sees Akshara standing there. He secretly checks her from head to toe.

Her look:

Neil: Hi Akshara.

Akshara: Hi Neil. Hope main late nahi hoon.

Neil: Nahi yaar tum andar aao na.

She enters inside and Neil locks the door. After locking the door he immediately goes to her. He holds her by her waist and pulls her close to him. Slowly they start kissing each other. They get lost in pleasure. He breaks the kiss and puts his hand inside her top, sensously caresses her bare waist making patterns causing her to moan in pleasure. He then starts kissing her neck and gives a hickey on her neck. Af that time Akshara's phone rings bringing them back in their senses. She sees Kairav's call and picks it up while signalling Neil to be quiet.

On call

Kairav: Hello Akshu tu kaha pe hain?Adi bol raha tha ki tu apne dost ke Ghar gayi hain.

Akshara: Hello bhai main na apni dost Priya ke ghar par aayi thi ek assignment ke liye. Mein bas abhi nikal rahi hoon. Aadhe ghante mein pahunch jaungi ghar.

Kairav: Acha theek hain jaldi aajana. Bye Akshu.

Akshara: Bye bhai. ( To Neil ) Neil mujhe nikalna hoga bhai mera wait kar rahe hain.

Neil(annoyed): Arey lekin tum toh abhi kuch der pehle hi aayi thi.

Akshara: I know but I am sorry mujhe ghar jaana hoga. Aur waise bhi accha hua bhai ka phone aagaya nahi toh hum behak ke apni limits cross kardeta aur main inn sab ke liye abhi ready nahi hu.

Akshara goes from there. Neil gets angry.

Neil: Ughhhh aaj main apna kaam pura kardeta lekin uss Akshara ke bhai ke wajah se mera kaam adhura reh gaya. Kuch bhi karke mujhe uss Akshara ko apne jaal mein phasana hoga.

Evening 7.00pm

AK Mansion

Akshara reaches home. She enters inside and sees Kairav and Aditya roaming here and there tensely. They see her and immediately go and hug her.

Kairav: Kaha thi tu Akshu, tujhe toh aadhe ghante pehle ghar pahunch jaana chahiye tha.

Aditya: Ha Akshu pata hain humhe kitni tension horahi thi. Tera phone bhi nahi lag raha tha.

Akshara: Bhai Adi main theek hu woh na mujhe taxi nahi mil Rahi thi aur phone ki battery bhi khatam hogayi thi issliye shayad phone nahi lag raha tha.

Kairav: Accha thike hain koi baat nahi.

Aditya: Ha Akshu lekin aage se jab hi tu bahar jaati hain tab apna phone pura charge rakhna theek hai.

Akshara: Ok Adi tu apne room mein room mein nahake change karle. Kal Sunday hain tujhe yaad hain na humne aaj raat movie dekhne ka plan kiya tha toh tu nahane Jaa. Mein yeh cold drink aur chips leke aayi hoon movie night keliye. Aur bhai maine na pizza order kiya hain aap please woh order receive kardena. Main bhi nahane jaa rahi hu.

Kairav: Ok Akshu.

At that time Kairav sees a mark( hickey ) on her neck.

The mark:

Kairav: Akshu yeh tere gale par yeh nishan kaisa hai?

Akshara gets nervous while Aditya too sees the mark.

Akshara(nervously): Kuch nahi bhai bas ek chota sa rash hogaya hain. Ointment laga lungi toh theek ho jayega. Adi tu jaa apne room mein nahake aa.

6 months later

AdiRa have finished their 10th board exams and their summer vacations have just started. In these 6 months Neil tried many times to get intimate with Akshara but she always refused saying that she still needs time for all this and that they shouldn't be crossing the limits right now. He gets frustrated and makes a plan to trap her. AdiRa's friends plan a short trip to Goa and they tell AdiRa and Neil to come too. Akshara somehow convinces Kairav into letting her go and she along with Aditya go for the Goa trip with all their friends. They reach Goa and enjoy their trip. Tommorow is the last day of the trip so they go to the club of the hotel to party the night out.

Akshara's look:

At the party everyone is enjoying while dancing. Neil slowly goes and gets a cold drink. He mixes 2 pills of a drug in the drink and gives it to Akshara. She takes it and immediately drinks the whole glass as she was feeling thirsty. After some time she starts feeling dizzy. She goes to Aditya.

Akshara: Adi mein apne room mein jarahi hoon sone meri tabiyat theek nahi hain. Good night.

Aditya: Good night, tu sambhal ke jaana aur darwaza theek se lock kardena.

Akshara starts walking towards her room. She reaches the 2 nd floor and was about to enter her room when Neil pulls her away and takes her to his room. She is completely out of her senses and can't understand what's happening around her. Due to the drugs she soon passes out. He makes her lie on the bed and stares at her lustily. He puts the video recording on his phone and places it in such a way that both of them can be seen.

Next morning 5.00am

Akshara wakes up from her sleep with a very bad headache. She then realises that she is naked covered just by a blanket and sees Neil next. She tries to remember about last night understanding what happened she panicks and starts crying. Neil wakes up hearing her cries.

Akshara(crying): How could you Neil?tumne aisa kyun kiya mere saath? Pyaar karti thi main tumse aur tumne mera phayada uthaya jab main nashe me halat mein thi. How could you rape me?kyun kiya aisa kyun mera bharosa thoda tumne.

Neil: Oh shut up Akshara, apni yeh bakwaas apne paas hi rakhna. Aur kya karta main jab bhi main tumhare paas aane ki koshish karta hoon tum humesha mujhe rok leti tho toh issliye maine yeh tarika apnaya. Aur main koi pyaar vyaar nahi karta hoon tumse. Maine tumhe uss din propose kiya tha sirf ek bet ke liye ki main tujhe apne jaal mein phasakar apne bed par le aayu joh ab pura hogaya hain. Lekin main tumhe nahi chodunga arey itni sundar ladki ko kon chodta hain.

Akshara slaps him hearing all this. He gets angry due to the slap and slaps her back and grabs her by her hair harshly. She shrieks in pain.

Neil: Tumhari himmat kaise hui Akshara mujhe thappad marne ki. Aaj tumne yeh kardiya lekin agar phirse aisa hua toh main tumhe kahi muh dikhane ke laayak nahi chodunga.

He takes his phone and shows her a video of them last night. She gets scared seeing it.

Akshara: Yeh tumne humhara video kyun banaya hain please isse delete kardo badle mein main wahi karungi joh tum kahoge. Main saari baatein maan lungi tumhari lekin please yeh video delete kar do.

Neil laughs evilly seeing her begging at him.

Neil:Agar maine video delete kardiya toh tumhe main apne issharo par kaise nachaunga. Agar tum chahti ho ki main yeh video viral na karun toh tumhe meri har baat manni padegi nahi toh yeh video sidha internet par upload hoga. Aur agar tumne kisiko bhi iss baare mein bataya toh anjaam accha nahi hoga. Ab chup chap mujhe joh karna hain karne do.

He pushes her back on the bed and hovers over her. He starts kissing her neck biting harshly making it bleed. She just lies there on the bed crying silently.

He smashes his lips on hers and starts kissing her. Seeing her not responding he gets angry and harshly bites her lip. Satisfied he attacks her neck again ravishing it. Like this he tortures her fo another half an hour. He then positions himself and enters inside her in a second harshly she was about to scream due to the pain but he smashes his lips on hers to prevent her from screaming and then he starts thrusting her very hard. She feels disgusted of herself. After an hour he is satisfied and comes out of her.

Neil: Jao apne kapde pehen lo aur mere room se nikal jao. Jab bhi main kahu tab aajana aur kisi ko batane ki sochna bhi mat.

Akshara slowly gets up from the bed. She starts having severe pain in abdomen and lower part. She can barely walk due to the pain. She somehow manages to pick her clothes and dress up and then walks out of his room and goes to her room. Once she enters her room she locks the door. She then goes to the bathroom opens the shower making her completely drenched and sits on the floor there crying.

She breaks down completely and feels disgusted of herself. She starts rubbing herself harshly trying to remove his dirty touch off due to which she gets a lot of scratches . 2 hours later she comes of the shower changes her clothes and dries her hair up. She sees the bruises on her neck and chest and puts a lot of makeup to hide it. She gets ready making sure that no mark is visible and goes and packs her bag as they will be leaving in an hour's time. She stil has solid pain in her stomach so she calls the reception and asks for a strong painkiller. After 10 minutes she hears a knock on the door.

Akshara: Lagta hai koi painkiller leke aaya hain.

She goes and opens the door and sees Aditya standing there she gets shocked when she sees the medicine in her hands.

Akshara: Arey Adi tu yaha kuch kaam tha kya?

Aditya: Main tujhe dekhne aaya hoon. Main wahi pe tha jab tune reception pe call karke strong dose ke 2 painkillers mangwaye. Kal raat ko kamre mein jaane se pehle bhi tu kehrahi thi ki Tera sar dard karraha hain. Bohot headache ho raha hai kya ki tujhe 2 painkillers lene pad rahe hain.

Akshara: Ha woh kal galti se maine sharab piya tha. Tujhe pata hai na mujhe uski aadat nahi hain isliye mujhe bahut headache horaha hain toh maine 2 painkillers mangwaye. Woh lekar sar dard thik ho jayega tu tension mat le.

Aditya: Pakka na yahi baat hain , tu mujhse kuch chupa toh nahi rahi hain na.

Akshara(nervous): Kya tu bhi faltu ki baat kar raha hain, maine bhala kabhi tujhse koi baat chupayi hain kya. Kuch bhi mat bolo.

Aditya feels something weird about her behaviour but shrugs it off. He forwards the medicine to her and she immediately takes both the pills in a go.

Aditya: Hum abhi 10 minutes mein nikal rahe hain, tunhe apni packing kar diya hain na ya main kardu.

Akshara:Nahi maine already apna saara saaman pack kardiya hain, tu jaa main niche hotel lobby mein milti hu tujhse.

A few hours later they reach Udaipur.

AK Mansion

Akshara enters the house. Kairav is sitting in the hall and doing some work on the computer when he sees her entering. He goes and hugs her happily.

Kairav: Kaisi rahi teri trip Akshu, bohot enjoy kiya na. I missed you so much, bahut yaad aarahi thi teri.

Akshara breaks the hug.

Akshara: Bhai main bahut tired hoon. Main apne room me jarahi hu please disturb mat karna.

She goes to her room. Kairav feels weird about her behaviour but shrugs it off thinking she must be too tired.

Akshara's room

Akshara enters her room and locks the door. She changes her clothes and goes and lies down on the bed covering herself with the duvet and starts crying bitterly. She falls asleep while crying.
