《As You Wish : Loki Fanfic》Caught

"We're going to try to get away?" I asked in a terrified whisper. I was shaking and could feel Loki's worried eyes on me.
"Don't worry, Kitten. We'll lose them after the jump." Loki assured, but I knew it wasn't going to happen like he hoped.
"Everyone ready?" Hilde called out. "I didn't hear a no!" She said as she sent the ship into into hyperspace. Stars and colors whizzed by us at lightning speed. It made my heart drop into my stomach and I shut my eyes tight to try as breath through the disorientation of it all.
After about three minutes, the ship came to a slow stop and went back to its normal speed. I took some heavy breaths and opened my eyes to see Thanos's ship nowhere in sight. I sighed in relief as it looked like the jump worked.
My relief didn't even last a full minute as a bright light lit the sky before disappearing as Thanos's ship reappeared in our sight line. I finally knew that this was it, my final fight.
"What part of 'lose him' did you not understand?" Loki yelled at Hilde who grabbed the controls to try and maneuver us away from Thanos.
"Will you shut it?" Hilde yelled back. She was doing her best, but we don't nearly have the resources, or the engine power Thanos had. Hilde flew us through debris that could take our little ship out if we didn't have the shield, but only bounced off of Thanos's extremely large ship.
I stayed quiet through the whole ordeal. I didn't have the strength to tell them it was futile. I sat quietly with my head down and waited, waited to be captured, waited for the fight that would ensue, waited to save the love of my life, and waited to die and let them continue on with their destiny. My entire purpose for being here was coming to an end. Yet, I was still scared.
Silent tears fell down my cheeks, but I quickly wiped them away. It was a strange feeling, knowing that my death was the most probable and likely scenario.

I was drawn from my thoughts as our little ship jerked forward. Two grappling anchors had been fired by Thanos to spear through our ships circular wings. Our ship jerked to a stop as they started to reel up back, but Hilde was putting the engine to full blast, it just wasn't enough. She tried to use the chains to our advantage and move over Thanos's ship to get him trapped and ship damage by his own chains, but the chains were stiff, completely straight and unmoving.
It was chaos in our ship. Everyone yelling at each other, Hilde and Loki at each others throats. We were all going to die at this point.
"Enough!" I yelled to quiet everyone. "It's no use, he was bound to catch us anyway." I said, specifically looking at Loki who had a pained look on his face. He was scared, for me, he was scared. "It's time to fight." I told them. Hilde agreed, but kept the engines on at full blast while she went to change into her full Valkyrie uniform. "Bruce," I called over my shoulder. "Code green." I told him and nodded at him when he looked scared. He nodded back and sat back, knowing right now was not the best time to Hulk out. "Thor, I didn't go through that hell for you to forget how to use your new found strength." I said.
"Of course, Sister." Thor replied and let electricity run across his body to prove his point.
"L-Loki," I stuttered and closed my eyes to take a calming breath. Before I could finish my sentence, I jerked roughly in my seat. A horrible clanking sound was heard as our ship started to be reeled in. "Loki," I yelled over the noise with tears rolling down my face again. "If you try to kill him with a small fucking butter knife again, I will kill you myself." I told him seriously. Lokis eyes widened in realization.

"You knew..." he said. It finally clicked that I knew this was going to happen. I wasn't in a panic like the others because I already expected this.
"Knew, what?" Hilde came back in, dressed in the white Valkyrie uniform.
"She knew he'd catch us."
"Who's he?" Thor asked.
"Thanos..." Loki mumbled, barely audible over the sound of the chains. Thor's eyes widened. He was never told the full story, but he heard the name enough from them over the years that he knew it was bad. Not to mention that it was five of them versus an entire army of men.
"It had to happen," I replied softly. "I've got a plan." I told them.
"Then, why are you so scared?" Loki accused. I didn't want to, but I felt cornered and needed him to back off before I broke and he ruined my plan.
"Because if I fuck up, you're dead!" I yelled at him. Everyone blinked and looked at me. Thor and Bruce were horrified over this new information, but Hilde was more concerned with me.
"What can you tell me?" She asked and laid a hand over my arm.
"He's got the Power Stone from Xander already. He then wiped out half of their population. He plans to do the same to the entire universe with a snap of his fingers once he gets all of the Infinity Stones. He's a mad Titan." I explained.
"Half of the entire universe?" Bruce asked, horrified. "Does he succeed?" He questioned and looked up at me. I lowered my gaze again.
"I can't tell you that." I said sadly. "I'm sorry." I told them. "I'm so sorry."
"We should have stayed on Asgard." Thor said.
"We would be dead if we stayed there." I told him. "As would most of your people." I didn't look at him, or anyone. I couldn't.
"We protect Sammee!" Loki demanded. "She's the only mortal one here."
"That's a given." Hilde huffed. I could tell Loki was seconds away from trying to stab her.
"Should we hide her? Like last time?" Thor asked.
"No," Loki tsked. "It didn't work last time and it would mean leaving her alone. She needs to be with us."
"Plus, they're going to blow up the ship and I would very much not like to be in it." I explained. Wide eyes turned to look at me.
"Hey guys, what's goin' on." Korg asked as he and Miek walked over. "Are we boarding that big ship right there?" He questioned and gestured to Thanos's ship.
"No, you imbecile. We're being captured!" Loki snapped. Korg held his hands up in surrender.
"Whoa, no need for the hostility, we can take them. Thor just needs to do that sparky thing he does with his hands." Korg told him. "They may even realize they're outmatched and surrender to us, or they might ask to befriend us."
"I can't deal with this right now." Hilde sighed. I looked up when the ship jerked again to see we were close to Thanos's ship.
"Loki, weapons." I nudged his hand and held out my own. A green light passed over my hand and two of Loki's longer daggers appeared. They were weighted a bit differently, so I would have to be careful if I threw them.
The final jerk caused me to lose balance and fall forward into Loki. He caught me and watched me with terrified eyes. I squeezed his arm in reassurance and steadied myself. Our ship was pulled into a small hangar of the much larger ship. With one final glance at everyone, we all faced the door, ready for what was to come.
