I have decided to drop book 2 for many reasons:

1. I got too busy and too much time has passed.

2. I had been falling out of love with the story for quite a while now, as I just couldn't get the story to go a direction that I wanted it to.

3. I have been toying at ideas for new stories and finally found something that I think might be good. (don't expect any updates on this for a while, I like to extensively plan my stories so that I do not encounter too many plot holes and can plan fun things that readers can spot if they are paying close attention)

4. the chapters were boring to write and all my beta readers were telling me they were boring to read.

so that is why I am dropping book 2.

On that note, lets have a poll. I have the planning documents that I would be willing to share with you here would you be interested (this includes book 1 and 2's planning). It contains some little side info that would have never touched the story but were helpful for me to keep track of things, a few schizophrenic ramblings to myself and even the very rough outline for the rest of book 2.

(while not much is planned for my next project I do have a working title)
