"Hello 911, what's your emergency?" She asked with a rather tired voice. "Help.. me.. car.. crash" you responded between each cough that made the woman on the other line panic.

"Stay with me, okay? Ambulance will be there soon.. just stay strong with me and don't hang up" she said as she fumble on her words from panicking.

"Tell my husband.. happy valentines day" you whispered, taking a last inhale as you felt your blood running out, your eyes were blurry from the tears but it doesn't matter anymore. It's alright to rest now, the pain won't hurt anymore once you sleep. It'll just be a very long nap.. you thought with a smile as you slowly closed your eyes. The woman's voice from your phone being blurred and muffled as you slowly drifted off to sleep.. a very deep sleep.

( Midnight )

Eerie silence filled the road after your car crash. The deer that you saw, took off and ran away after the loud car crash startled it.

The ambulance was quick to arrive, as it was near the place where you're at. Two males carried you with such care as they took you to the hospital.

They were full of panic after seeing you all covered in your own blood, but they knew it was no time for their "shook" reaction, because you were already at the edge of your death if ever you lose more blood.

As they took you to the emergency room, you were there in your pretty little kingdom inside your head, dreaming as you were clueless and now careless of what's going on in the world of reality. Why would you care now? It sucks there, but here.. in your kingdom, you can do whatever you wanna do without feeling any pain..

Why did he gave you such pain..?

Did you do something wrong..?

Pfft- who cares now? You're dead. There's no point in over thinking these such things like pain.. right?

"Huh? Where?" You asked back, out of confusion.

"There.. In the real world.. "

"No.. no, it wasn't" you asked, your tone getting quieter each word as you lower down your head.

The boy was silent, making you raise your head back up to glance at him. And there.. you saw him in his teenage form, he looks exactly like you. No. He IS you. That's why he looks so familiar.. you thought.

"Don't be upset like that. He cheated, right?" He said with a small smile.

Cheated..?

"Yeah.. he cheated"

"But was it intentionally..?" Your younger self asked.

"Probably.. He wouldn't do that if it wasn't intended"

"Who knows? Didn't he told you before that Tiffany could do such worse things just to ruin charles's relationship no matter who's he partnered with?" Teen M/n said with a slight tilted head and a small smile.

"Yes but.. Who knows if he's lying? It hurts me.. That sight.. Seeing him kissing another person. No. Worser it's TWO person " You mumbled, you hands clenched again into fist as your tears rolled down your (s/c) colored cheeks.

"Why not give him another chance? It's his first after all.. But this time, be more cautious!" Teen m/n said with his enthusiastic tone again.

"But you know we go by the rule of.. you fool me once, that's your fault. You fool me twice, that's my fault" You argued back but you only earned a chuckle.

"We've already been fooled many times, how will this make any change..? But you know.. I hate him for hurting us, but nonetheless I still wanna achieve my goal of marrying him!"

"But we're only 27! We could find someone else again..! "

Your younger self asked that made you quiet, remembering the days how stubborn you were just to be with someone too old for you.

"I.. still don't know, I don't wanna get cheated on again" you muttered.

You were woken up from your long dream, it was a miracle that you managed to stay alive after that hit. The pain was honestly unbearable, but you have to endure it.

Beep.. Beep.. Beep..

The sound of the monitor can be heard across the room and the blinding light from the ceiling. You closed your eyes for a moment to adjust yourself from the light before you took a sight of your surrounding, It was the hospital. You glanced down towards someone who was holding your hand.

Charles.. It's Charles..

You thought to yourself, you tried pulling away your hand but it woke Charles up. You forgot that he was a light sleeper, and could easily be woken up by such little movements.

His eyes are swollen with dark circles around it.. His hands were cold while you were holding him, and you felt such guilt after that night. But you knew.. you were never one to be blamed at for that reason.

"Love! I'm so sorry from what happened that night.. I was just drinking with nica when suddenly Tiffany approached us with her friend. She gave us both a drink and.. I felt so dizzy and blacked out.

After that.. I thought I was kissing you, my surroundings wasn't very clear and I was just going through the movements that she and her friend made.. I swear.. I didn't know what was happening.. Nica knows it! She could even show you the inside cctv in that ba—"

After a long explanation, you chuckled cutting him off by placing your finger on his lips and shushing him.

"I know.. I know that you already told me that Tiffany loves ruining you and your relationship.. I remembered that this wasn't the only time she tried separating us. "

You said as Charles listened carefully, hishands wrapping themselves to your slightly trembling hands as you spoke.

"I'm sorry that I reacted that way.. And I'm giving you another chance. But please don't break my heart again." You gave him a weak smile to which he gave you a hug.

"I'm sorry too.. I'm the oldest here but I act too carelessly.. Don't worry I would never let myself do anything carelessly that could hurt you"

Not anymore... He promised in his head.
