"Our universe grants every soul a twin -- a reflection of themselves -- the kindred spirit -- And no matter where they are or how far away they are from each other -- even if they are in different dimensions, they will always find one another. This is destiny; this is love."
- Julie Dillon

"Shouto, how would you feel about being in a poly with Jasper?"
"I'm down."
"Can you both focus," Aizawa said, walking ahead of you two. "Please?"
"Sir," you said, skipping up so you were next to him. "You wanna tell me that you take one look at that man and not find him beautiful in any way?"
"I'm sure your views would change if I told both of you his age."
"What's his age?" Todoroki asked, speeding himself up so he was on the other side of your teacher.
"He's 937 years old."
You choked on your saliva, and you noticed Todoroki look blankly into the distance as he thought over what he was told. Once you regained your bearings, you asked, "So he's immortal?"
"Not necessarily," Aizawa replied, unlocking the sleek black car as you all reached it. "He definitely ages slower than the rest of us. Hence why he acts as the keeper of those historical records. He was there when it all happened."
"Shit," you mumbled under your breath, earning a hum of agreement from Todoroki and a 'language' from Aizawa. You all got in the car, you and Todoroki in the backseat while Aizawa got in the front to drive.
Before you had the chance to ask a certain question yourself, Todoroki beat you to it, "How old is he biologically?"
Aizawa puffed out an air of frustration as he gave you both a warning glance in the review mirror. "You two have each other, I don't know why you're so enthralled by this kid."
"Not enthralled, just attracted." You piped in.
Starting the engine and pulling out onto the road, Aizawa finally gave you an answer, "He's 21 years old biologically. Now stop drooling and focus on the real issue at hand."

"Ugh, but he's so pretty—"
"(Y/N) (L/N), that's enough."
"Yes, Uncle Aizawa."
Your hand flew to your mouth at the same time Aizawa's foot hit the brake for a quick moment, jerking you all forward quickly. The car remained silent for an awfully long time as you all continued down the road, and you heard Aizawa try to clear his throat.
Slowly removing your hand, you whispered out a tiny, "Sorry."
"No, it's uh. . ." Your teacher successfully cleared his throat before he croaked out, "It's fine."
It went silent again, and you slowly turned to look at Todoroki beside you. He was already looking at you, a gentle look crossing his features.
You couldn't look him in the eye. You avoided his left eye, focusing on his brown/grey one. Somehow, he managed to notice, a frown etching his features. You couldn't risk it though, not wanting to cause another episode while your teacher was trying to drive the car. You knew your quirk would have a field day with the vehicle.
Somehow, your brain was slowly slipping into thoughts of Aizawa and your aunt. Todoroki, already watching you, saw your face begin to fall. Thinking as quick as possible, he removed the strap of the seatbelt that ran across his chest. Leaning over, he took both hands and gently grasped your face, turning your head to look at him. Before you had a chance to ask what he was doing, he pressed his lips against yours.
All thoughts in your head stopped. The only thing on your mind was him and him alone. Your eyes fluttered shut, and you felt his eyelashes brush your cheeks as his did the same. You felt heat creep up to your cheeks as his thumb caressed your skin, his lips moving in sync with yours. You slowly wrapped your arms around his neck.
A mistake, apparently, because as soon as you did that, a tiny shock hit your arm. You felt Todoroki jump in surprise, and you both flinched away from each other. He gripped onto his neck where his mark resided, rubbing it. You also rubbed where the shock was on your arm, your hand gliding over the gold letters.

"What the hell?" You said aloud, looking at your mark. "What was that?"
"Did you just get shocked by your mark?" Todoroki asked, looking at you with the same confused look.
You nodded your head. "Yeah. I did."
"Serves you right for making out in the back of my car."
You frowned, ignoring Aizawa's comment. "Weird."

Aizawa pulled up to the Bakugou household at around 4:30 in the afternoon. The sky was already going orange by that point.
Todoroki leaned forward and kissed your forehead, wrapping his arms tightly around you. "I'll see you tomorrow, okay? Call me if you need me."
Smiling thankfully, you pulled away. "Thank you. Seriously. I know this is a lot."
"I would've left already if I wasn't willing to be here for you," he said, smiling at you. You almost cried at all the love he was throwing at you.
Instead, you leaned in and kissed him. After a moment, you pulled away, watching his face burn up. You giggled at the little flames that danced across his left arm. "I'll see you tomorrow."
He just numbly watched you, nodding his head as you left the car. You closed the door, turning to see Aizawa leaning against his own door. Getting up, he handed you a folded note. Frowning, you looked up at him.
"That's got my work and personal phone number on it," he said, standing up straight. "Just in case something happens. You can also call me if you need me."
You had to refrain from squeezing the life out of him. Instead, you nodded your head, smiling gratefully. "Thank you. Really."
He also nodded his head, reaching a hand to ruffle your hair. "You can put whatever name you want as the contact. Mr. Aizawa, Aizawa, Un-Uncle Aizawa."
You felt guilty. "Please don't feel the need to try and be my uncle. Seriously, that just flew out of my mouth. Don't feel like I want you to automatically be my uncle just because you were my aunt's soul—"
Cue another distressing smash to the skull.
Whimpering, you gritted your teeth, unable to hold yourself up. Your hands gripped your hair harshly as the sensation built up further. It felt like it was completely taking control over you, preventing any other thought from seeping into your head.
Once it stopped, Todoroki had made his way out of the car, and Aizawa was trying to make sure you were okay. You blinked everything away once again, glancing around.
"I'm fine," you croaked out, standing back up again. "I'm fine."
Looking around, you noticed nothing was destroyed. Not bent, not dented, nothing. Frowning, you looked at your teacher. "Everything's fine."
He frowned. "Maybe it's starting to die down?"
"HOLY SHIT!" You heard Bakugou scream from inside the house.
You groaned. It wasn't starting to die down.
Running toward the house, you basically knocked down the door as you slammed through it, Todoroki and Aizawa following soon after. You went straight to the lounge room where all three Bakugous sat. They all turned to look at you, the television giving the breaking news report in front of them.
"(Y/N)! Are you okay?!" Mitsuki asked, shooting off of her seat on the couch and walking straight over to you, her husband following soon after.
"I'm okay. What's happening on the news?" You asked, pointing at the screen.
Before Mitsuki had time to reply, Bakugou shouted, "Did you do this?!"
"Do what?" You asked. Moving around his parents, you looked at what Bakugou was pointing at. What was on the TV screen was the Tokyo Skytree.
Bent completely in half.
You felt all the air leave your lungs, and you spun around to face everyone. Maybe Jasper wasn't necessarily correct. Yes, it was getting stronger. But not how you guys thought. "It's not dying down. Nor is it growing."
It took them a moment, but when it finally clicked, Todoroki was the first to speak up. "It's travelling."
"It's searching," you said, dropping onto the couch and clenching your fists.
"For what, I don't know."
