"Our universe grants every soul a twin -- a reflection of themselves -- the kindred spirit -- And no matter where they are or how far away they are from each other -- even if they are in different dimensions, they will always find one another. This is destiny; this is love."

Bakugou hadn't stopped looking at you for thirty minutes straight. Even when you moved seats to the bar counter, he turned his head to slowly follow your movement. The more he stared, the more scared you got, which you were pretty sure was his intention.

When Kurogiri finally entered the room, you finally spoke up about it, a mouthful of chips, "What do you want, Bakubitch?"

He didn't say anything, just continued to stare at you. You huffed and ignored him, which hadn't been very successful so far.

"Okay," Kurogiri said. "Bakugou, let's discuss why you're here."

"This is gonna go down well," you mumbled, standing up from your seat and beginning to walk away. "Have fun with him."

"You're staying here, (L/N)," Kurogiri said.

"Why?"

"You're helping us convince Bakugou to join the League."

You looked at him, then Shigaraki, then Bakugou, then Shigaraki, then Bakugou, then back at Kurogiri. "Pardon?"

"You're the only one he'll really listen to if he doesn't listen to us."

"And why would I do that?" You shrugged your shoulders, gesturing to your friend. "This was your idea. I wasn't allowed to give my input, remember?"

"(L/N), shut up about the voting box," Shigaraki said, rubbing his forehead in exasperation.

You threw your hands up, "I'm just saying it wasn't fair! You force me in this stupid league and I'm not even allowed to VOTE!"

This was the first time Bakugou had spoken up, "You guys fucking voted on my kidnapping?"

"Your recruitment, Bakugou," you said. "We were all on board with your kidnapping."

"'We'?"

You pursed your lips at your accidental choice of words, not even realising what you said. "I-I meant they."

Bakugou continued to stare at you, trying so hard to not give the look he was giving you. You couldn't look at him any longer, and you turned back to Shigaraki, "If you'll excuse me, I'm gonna go and sit on the roof and listen to My Chemical Romance."

"Just know that the reason why you're going to help us," Dabi said, leaning back against the wall, "is the same reason why we made you join the League in the first place."

Bakugou's ears perked at this, and he looked back over at you, waiting to see your reaction. You glared at Dabi, eyes flicking to Bakugou for a moment before you said, "I'm aware."

"Then you'll do as you're told," he said. "Now, I'm aware Bakugou hasn't gone to the bathroom in six hours, and I don't know about you guys, but I don't want the room smelling like piss. Take him outside so he can go to the bathroom."

Shigaraki sighed, waving his hand lazily at you, gesturing toward the back door. "(L/N)."

You rolled your eyes, "Fine. Unlock him for me, will you?"

Kurogiri went over and unlocked him, and before Bakugou had the chance to lunge at him, you roughly grabbed him by the back of the neck. He swore, almost buckling underneath your grip, "Ow ow ow! Shit, woman!"

Ignoring him, you pushed him over to the back door, roughly kicking it open and pushing him through, your grip still on his neck when you slammed the door shut behind you. As soon as you guys got near the trees, a good twenty metres from the building, you removed your hand.

Bakugou aggressively spun around to look at you, small explosions emitting from his hands. "What the hell was that, huh?!"

"Just hurry up and piss, I've gotta get back inside before they suspect anything."

Bakugou threw his hands up in the air before saying, "Why don't we just run for it now?!"

You sighed, placing your hands on your hips and glaring at him, "Because you're in danger. All of you. Don't try and run off yourself, either, because then I'll be blamed for it."

Bakugou gave you a look, and kept making the face despite your 'don't give me that look' comment. "What the fuck are you even talking about?"

"BAKUGOU, IF I TRY TO RUN AWAY, THEY ARE GOING TO KILL MY AUNT. AND THEN THEY'RE GOING TO KILL TODOROKI. AND THEN YOU. ANYONE I CARE ABOUT WILL BE IN DANGER IF I TRY TO LEAVE."

Bakugou said nothing, just stared at you. This bothered you, until he started opening his mouth, like he was struggling to say something. "(Y/N), there's. . . There's something I need to tell you."

"Did I fail the final exams?" You chuckled, but stopped when you saw that his look didn't change. The look on his face as he struggled to get his words out sent a horrible feeling into your stomach. "What?"

"Your-Your aunt. . . She's. . ."

The feeling in your gut worsened. If Bakugou wasn't even able to hold your gaze properly, then. . .

"She's dead, isn't she?"

You saw Bakugou visibly stiffen. That answered your question.

You didn't know what to think. You were confused. You thought that if you stayed, it would keep her safe. So why was she dead? So Dabi just lied to you?

You slowly shut your eyes, mentally kicking yourself. Of course he was. Of course they were. They're bad people.

Ignoring the pain in your chest and the strong lump forming in your throat, you looked at Bakugou and quietly said, "Meet me back inside after you finish going to the bathroom."

All Bakugou could do was watch as you stalked back inside. He hadn't seen this side of you before. He thought you would react the same as when your parents passed, but you seemed rather calm. You seemed to be thinking a lot, and you seemed rather confused. Not because you were confused over your aunt's death, but over something else. . .

He sighed. They clearly threatened to kill your aunt if you didn't join them. When he and his parents discovered the news, it turned out someone had ripped her off her life support. It didn't take long for the news to spread, and soon your whole class knew, including your teachers and Hawks.

After doing his business, Bakugou went back inside. He wanted so badly to walk away, but he wasn't going to leave you.

He had just opened the back door when he had to freeze immediately. There was a sharp blade pointed directly between his eyes. Taking a small step back, he looked around, seeing long blades aimed directly at everyone. In the centre of it all stood you, huffing angrily while Dabi chuckled.

"You seriously couldn't have thought that we were telling the truth. Either way, I was gonna kill your aunt."

Your glare could've cooked him up right there. But he was speaking your thoughts. You should've known better. Rather than sticking with the League of Villains, you should've stuck by your aunt. You even ended up HELPING them kidnap Bakugou and tried to hurt your own teacher.

You were about to say something when suddenly, you were taken by the arms. You immediately started trying to thrash yourself out of their grasp, but a few moments later, you were tied up, sitting opposite Bakugou, who was back in the position he was in before.

Shigaraki sighed, standing in front of you. "You know, (Y/N), it's a shame you decided to stray. You would've been a wonderful villain. You were almost going to kill your teacher. You've almost killed Dabi multiple times, but unfortunately Kurogiri stopped you. I mean, you've already killed two people from that plane, right? So I don't understand why you're holding back."

You knew what he was doing. He was saying all of this in front of Bakugou. Despite knowing that this was just his way to get Bakugou to turn on you, you still couldn't look at your best friend when he stared at you with absolute shock. "What?"

With a tired and dead tone, you said, "As a-an initiation, I was made to use my quirk to bring down a plane from the sky. I killed two people in the process."

Bakugou's hard stare did soften a little bit, but before he was able to say anything, Shigaraki said, "Now all we have to do is wait for those heroes to get here, and we can pull out our secret weapon. I hope you're ready to say goodbye to All Might."

When he walked away, Bakugou asked you, "Who is it?"

You knew exactly who Shigaraki was talking about, and it only made you feel worse about everything. It made you want to shout and cry and just chuck the biggest hissy fit, no matter how immature you looked. You were absolutely done. However, you had to muster up all the energy you had to answer Bakugou's question, and even then, it came out as a weak croak, "All for One."
