The air was thick with tension as the demons gathered in a circle, their eyes fixed on Dante, the strongest among them. Dante stood taller and broader than the rest, his blackness radiating an aura of menace that made the other demons shrink away from him.
" We need to get our queen back, " Dante growled, his voice deep and guttural.
" And we need to do it now. "
The other demons murmured in agreement, their eyes gleaming with malice. They had been waiting for this moment for a long time, and they were ready to do whatever it takes to get their queen back.
Meanwhile in the mansion, Alpha Jimin locked the door behind him, giving a last glance at Clara, who lay unconscious on the bed. He had to protect her, no matter what the cost. He had his Beta, Jungkook, by his side, and together, they were ready to face the demons.
Alpha Jimin stood before his pack guards, his piercing eyes scanning each of their faces. He knew what was at stake - their territory, their people, their very existence. And he was not about to let the demons take that away from them.
" Listen up, " he growled, his voice echoing through the forest.
" We're going to war. And we're going to win, no matter what! We've dealt with these demons for our entire life and these 20 demons can't get the better of us! " He said calmly while making eye contact with every guard who were there.
" But be prepared for anything. These demons may be small in number, but they are powerful. Their bodies are like iron, and their wings can tear through flesh like paper. So, think smartly before making a move. " Alpha Jimin said his voice low and dangerous.

As the sun began to set, the demons appeared on the horizon, their eyes glowing red with malice. The werewolves stood firm, their muscles tensed and ready for battle. On the other hand, Dante, with his black wings beating furiously, led the charge into the fray, slashing through the air with his razor-sharp talons.
Alpha Jimin let out a fierce roar, signaling his pack to attack. They charged towards the demons, their teeth bared and their claws slashing through the air. It was a fierce battle, with both sides taking heavy casualties.
Dante was soaring above them, his black wings beating furiously as he dived towards the demons, his razor-sharp talons slashing through their flesh. He was a force to be reckoned with, his power unmatched by any other in the pack of demons. The battle raged on, with no sign of stopping. The sun was beginning to set, casting an orange glow across the sky. But still, the wolves and demons fought on.
Alpha Jimin, his eyes blazing with fury, was in the thick of the fight, taking on multiple demons at once. His fur was matted with blood, his fangs dripping with saliva, but he did not falter. He fought with all his might, determined to protect his pack and his Luna.
Jungkook was by his side, fighting off demons with his deadly accuracy and quick reflexes. Together, the two werewolves were a formidable team, taking down demon after demon with their combined strength.
The battle raged on, with neither side gaining a clear advantage. But as the sun began to dip below the horizon, something changed. Dante and the other werewolves stopped battling abruptly, their eyes locked onto the demons across from them. The demons, too, stopped fighting, glaring back at the werewolves with their glowing red eyes.

For a few tense moments, there was silence. Then, with a final growl, the demons took to the air, their wings beating furiously as they flew away into the night. The werewolves watched them go, their muscles still tense and ready for battle, but with no sign of the demons returning, they slowly began to scatter.
Alpha Jimin made his way back to the mansion, his body aching with exhaustion. He unlocked the door to his room, slipping inside to find his Luna still asleep in their bed. He freshened up and snuggled up to his Luna. He had protected her, and his pack, from the demons. And he knew that he would do it again, no matter what the cost.

In Pursuit of Bark's Finest
On the frontiers of transhumanity’s expansion into the galaxy thousands of light years from the light of Sol, things can get rather chaotic. There are countless millions of nascent interstellar nations securing their interests, pirate ships prospering off plunder and deniable mercenary work, dissidents setting up their own civilizations, and other groups all trying to push an agenda. When these groups crash into each other, the results can become extremely messy and convoluted. Recently, a frontier nation calling itself the Red Star Union has found itself at the focal point of one such complication. A freighter under their protection has been sabotaged, hijacked in interstellar space, and robbed of its cargo. This would be bad enough even if all it were carrying was luxury goods, but the freighter Nebula Plow was carrying more than just normal trade goods. Indeed, her cargo of Non-Orientable Wormholes for use in starship power plants was both very expensive and very, very dangerous. Now the Red Star Union has to worry about a pirate crew running around with several extra devices capable of converting matter into antimatter with negligible energy cost. With those, the pirates could be capable of inflicting untold damage if allowed to leverage their ill-gotten gains into a stronger position, a possibility the Union finds completely intolerable. Unfortunately, all that the Red Star Union has to go on for evidence is two names; that of the captain, and that of the ship. The Captain is going by the possible pseudonym of Fuller, while the ship is named Bark’s Finest. And thus the orders came down to the Union’s Bureau of Starforce Intelligence: find more information on these pirates, conclusively identify them, and figure out where exactly they’ve gone to ground so that the fleet can crush them before they get established. Of the many agents that the bureau assigned to this mission, one would happen to play an important role: Field Agent Madeline Zargosty. This is her story.
