"What, no!" I responded. He raised an eyebrow at me and he spoke

"You have to, afterall you've kissed me without my consent." He smirked and I furrowed my eyebrows. As if he has never kissed me without my consent, I thought.

"But I was drunk." I reasoned

"Still it doesn't change the fact that you kissed me, and you don't get to do anything just because you were drunk." He retorted.

I looked at him dumbfounded. Why is he making it such a big issue. I know that he's teasing me but what could I do. I shouldn't have drank that whiskey in the first place. And now I know he's not going to leave me until I agree.

I sighed.

"Ok fine but just this once, and after that you won't bother me about last night." I spoke and he chuckled.

"Well, that's a good girl."he smirked and got up from the bed. He picked his shoes and then looked towards me

"Be ready at 8." He said and walked towards the door to leave. He opened the door and was about to leave but stopped and turned around.

"By the way, I enjoyed the kiss." He smirked at me and then walked out of the door. And I was sitting there stiff in my place calculating his words. I mentally cursed myself for doing this. I huffed and again laid on the bed to sleep again.

"It looks okay I think." I said to myself. I was standing in front of the mirror getting ready for the dinner where I really don't want to go.

I sighed.

Suddenly I heard a knock at the door. I looked at my reflection in the mirror one last time and walked towards the door. I opened the door and Taehyung was standing there. He was wearing formal suit and was looking so damn handsome. He looked at me from head to toe and then his eyes met mine.

"You're looking beautiful." He said and smiled.

He smiled?

I think I have never really seen his decent smile ever but today his statement and expressions were so decent. I doubt that it's really him?

I cleared my throat nervously and spoke

"Uh thanks." I smiled.

"Shall we go?" He asked and I nodded. He stepped aside from the door giving me space to get out. I locked the door and we started to walk towards the exit. I was feeling nervous and I don't know why, maybe because his behaviour is kinda different today.

We reached the elevator and entered inside. He pressed 24th floor button while the door of the elevator closed. Now it was just two of us inside. I licked my lips nervously waiting to reach the floor. From the corner of my eye I saw Taehyung checking me out but he didn't spoke anything.

The door opened and I sighed. We walked out of the elevator and there was a lady from hotel staff was standing there. She looked towards us and smiled

"Mr. Taehyung?" She asked as she walked towards our direction.

"Yes." Taehyung answered. She nodded and signalled us to follow her.

We were walking down the empty corridor. It was totally silent. I guess it was the top floor of the hotel. I nervous as hell and Taehyung's changed behaviour was making it more worse.

Why did I even came here with him? I don't know what he's planning to do nor I could really trust him. What if he tried to force me? My brain froze.

Oh gosh.

I should make a plan to run away if something like that happened. I was in my thoughts when suddenly the lady stopped in front of the huge door at the end of corridor.

She pushed the door open and welcomed us inside. Taehyung grabbed my hand softly and we entered inside.

As we got inside my jaw dropped. It was a big hall with big glass windows showing the whole outside view. In the middle of the hall was a dining table decorated with candles and flowers. It felt like we were standing under the stars.

"How is it?" Taehyung asked taking me out of my thoughts.

I looked towards him and spoke

"Um,,, it's beautiful but why did you-" he cut me off.

"Don't worry about that, just enjoy." He smiled. And I looked at him in disbelief. Like there was no need to do this but still he has to make everything so extraordinary. I sighed.

He led me towards the table and pulled out a chair for me to sit. What's with this gentleman behaviour today? I thought.

I nervously thanked him and sat on the chair. He then walked towards his seat and also sat there.

It was a moment of silence now. Why it's always so awkward with him? He was just looking actually staring into my soul. Should I start some conversation? I was about to speak but got interrupted by the waiter.

"Hello sir and madam, what would you like to order?" He asked. Taehyung picked up the menu and held it in front of me.

"Order whatever you want."he said and I took the menu to order. I didn't ordered much as I was not really hungry. After that he also ordered and the waiter went away to bring the food.

I looked back at Taehyung and he was still staring at me.

"What are you looking at?" I asked.

"You."

"Why?"

"Cause you are beautiful" he spoke and I blushed.

"Um so, why did you invited me to this dinner?" I asked nervously. He furrowed his eyebrows and spoke

"Why? You don't like it?" He asked

"Uh no no, I like it, just asking."

I explained.

"Nothing just wanted to spend some time with you." He shrugged. I don't know why this thing made me feel butterflies in my stomach. I shouldn't feel this way but he always speaks those things which makes me feel like that.

"Here you go." The waiter came with the food.

That was fast, I thought.

He placed the food on the table and after he was done he spoke

"Let me know if you need anything else." He said and left from there again leaving us two in the hall.

"Eat." Taehyung said. I looked at him and nodded slightly. I started eating while he spoke

"So, how have you been?" He asked. I looked at him confused.

"Um good, why?" I answered. He looked at me

"Just asking, you didn't seem good since we came here." He explained and resumed eating.

"No, I'm ok." I said while I felt a lump in my throat when I said that. I knew I was not ok. But I have to pretend. He didn't spoke anything for sometime so I got back to eating my food.

"You know what..." He suddenly spoke. I stopped eating and looked up at him. He took a sip from his drink before continuing

"You shouldn't let anyone make you feel that you're not worthy enough." He said. I was a bit confused first but eventually I understood what he was referring to. He was trying to comfort me but somewhere I really needed this, for someone to comfort me

"You are beautiful inside and out. And you don't need anyone to prove that, those who don't treat you right.... clearly doesn't see your worth. And you really don't need those kind of people in your life who can't make you feel good enough." He said and smiled softly at me. I didn't knew how I stopped my tears from coming out of my eyes. The feelings against which I was fighting for so long. He's right. After Jimin betrayed me like that, I started to question my own worth when I really shouldn't. I loved him but he betrayed me. It's not my fault.

I just did whatever I could do for him and if still he didn't saw my efforts it doesn't mean there was anything wrong with me.

"You're right." I spoke. He looked up at me and smiled

"Absolutely." He answered while I smiled back. And after that we resumed back eating. I looked outside the window and back at Taehyung who was eating his food.

And that's when I realised, that he's not a bad person. I was always scared of him because of what he did to me when we first met but now he's not the same person anymore. He's still with me when the person I trusted most left me. He was always there to protect me. He never made me feel that I'm not good enough. I was so stupid to not see his good side, I always hated him without knowing how much he cares for me. He was looking so cute while eating and I smiled to myself looking at him.

"You can admire me later, but your food is getting cold." He spoke suddenly not looking at me. My eyes widened and I nervously cleared my throat while I started eating. And he chuckled.

After sometime we finished our food and I looked at Taehyung

"Um thanks." I said.

"For what?" He asked.

"For...the dinner, it was really awesome." I smiled broadly. He smiled back and spoke

"So, are you ready for the main part." He said and smirked. I furrowed my eyebrows and asked confusingly

"Huh?"

"Look out of the window." He said while smiling brightly

I looked out and my eyes widened looking at the view.

"Fireworks." I exclaimed while I stood up and ran towards the window. I stood near the window looking at the beautiful view.

"You like it?" Taehyung spoke from behind.

"I love it, it's amazing." I answered happily still looking out. I really didn't expected this but it was the best surprise I have ever got.

We were looking out of the window when suddenly the fireworks started making words it the sky. I furrowed my eyebrows

"What's that?" I asked while I looked back at Taehyung.

"Just wait." He spoke and I was little confused. I looked back out of the window and my eyes widened looking at the words written in the sky

I know this part got so delayed but my mental and physical health has not been good lately. I was just so anxious last month for no particular reason and I couldn't think of any ideas so I didn't posted.
