George knew Dream was in love with him.

He had confessed to him very early on, when they started living together, but he had told him he didn't return the feelings.

Dream had looked upset, but promised he'd be okay with them just staying friends.

George would lie if he said he didn't think about it a lot. Sometimes all he'd do was fantasize about what it would be like to date Dream. If he made a mistake by not taking the date offer.

Today they were at a bar together with Sapnap and Karl and George watched as Dream walked towards their table from the bar, when someone stopped him.

George could barely hear any of what they said, except for handsome and your number.

He felt a sharp sting in his heart.

Dream wouldn't always be in love with him. He would move on eventually, but he didn't want him to move on.

Quickly he stood up and walked over to him, pushed the person away politely, even though he was fuming with anger and jealousy. "He is taken.", he said and Dream looked down at him in surprise, felt his heart jump when George held onto him, one hand on his chest. He had to feel his heart beat. There was no way he didn't.

The person looked surprised and said: "Well, you should know your boyfriend just said he was single"

George looked up at Dream, realized what he was actually doing here, what he had said and what it meant, before he felt something peaceful in his heart. He loved Dream and he accepted it. "He isn't, so leave him alone", he said and pulled Dream away by his wrist.

He didn't know where he wanted to go, eventually ended up outside before Dream stopped him and asked: "What was that all about?" "I- I don't know. I just... I was so jealous, because you love me, you told me you love me and I don't want you to see anyone else. You're mine and I don't want to share", George replied and Dream looked upset. Of course George only loved the knowledge that he was loved. He didn't love him. "I can't just sit around to love you when you don't love me back, George. I'm still so incredibly heartbroken, because you are the love of my life and you don't want me. I can't-" "Shut up, you absolutely idiot", George interrupted him and for a second he hesitated, before he grabbed Dream by the collar and kissed him.

Dream tensed up and only slowly he eased into the kiss, pulled George closer around his waist and enjoyed the feeling of the brunettes hands slowly reaching into his hair. "I fell in love with you. So much I can't stand the thought of you moving on and if you still want me, have me, please", George pleaded and Dream saw tears glistening in his eyes. "Why are you crying?" "Cause I don't want to loose you to someone else and I'm so afraid it took me too long to realize and accept that I love you.", he hastily tried to explain himself just for Dream to kiss his head lovingly and hug him gently.

"I love you too, George. I just confessed that you're the love of my life, there is no universe in which I wouldn't pick you first over everyone else", he said softly and smiled when he felt George holding onto him tighter, as if he never wanted to let go.

He noticed George taking a deep breath.

"I love you, Dream"
