Looking at the endless snowy landscape in front of her, Xu Yue couldn't help but let out a smile before taking out a fresh canvas.

Several days later,

Just as she was about to finish the painting, Xu Yue suddenly felt as if a weight was taken off her shoulders, as if the chains that bound her body had disappeared.

Before even a moment passed, the middle-aged man appeared above his cave abode.

Looking at Xu Yue, and then at the immaterial chains that were dissipating around her using his spiritual sense, the middle-aged man felt terror rise up in him.

But even though he searched as much as he could, the middle-aged man could not find anything wrong, it was as if the Heavenly Dao did this for no reason.

Suddenly, three masked shadowy figures appeared next to the middle-aged man.

"Stop all plans and immediately go into seclusion," said the middle-aged man.

"Something must have scared it pretty badly," mumbled first's incarnation as it looked at Xu Yue with interest on her face.

Suddenly, a gray aura began pouring into Xu Yue, causing the incarnation to become more and more curious.

"This Heavenly Dao is really fierce, it isn't even afraid of being backlashed once she becomes too powerful," mumbled the incarnation, as she watched the Heavenly Dao, who merely a moment ago was trying to restrict Xu Yue, help her grow stronger.

Two hundred years later, Xu Yue was still completely oblivious to the outside world, being completely enamored in her enlightenment.

"This is really boring," mumbled Ming Yun as she took a look at the sleeping two-tailed fox next to her, for the past two hundred years, this fox remained the same, only waking up once every few months, sleeping next to Xu Yue most of the time.

Suddenly, under the nose of Ming Yun, the fox opened it's eyes and looked into the distance.

Merely a moment after that, the sky blacked out, as if the sun was no longer there.

"You only have a few minutes until this Heaven Shrouding Formation is broken, do not waste any time and complete the mission as soon as possible," said an old voice, causing the five cultivators outside the formation to nod.

"Understood," said the one major transcendence cultivator alongside the nine other minor transcendence experts, and soon as they said that, the sky around them darkened, allowing them to spring into action.

"Remember, disrupt her enlightenment before leaving, that's our mission, do not try to fight her, even if you get a sneak attack in," said the major transcendence cultivator as he and the other nine flew towards Xu Yue at an incredible speed.

Sensing the danger, Ming Yun suddenly got up, but before she could even react, ten attacks of various sizes were already just a few meters from Xu Yue, with one attack even aiming at her face, trying to disrupt her enlightenment.

But even so, Ming Yun gritted her teeth as she flew towards Xu Yue, trying to resist the attacks, but even so, this wasn't enough, as Ming Yun lost consciousness a moment later.

Just as the major transcendence cultivator smiled, seeing that his attack was only a few inches away from Xu Yue's head, everything stopped.

The major transcendence cultivator, the nine minor transcendence cultivators, Ming Yun, the attacks, everything stopped.

Feeling space itself constrict around him, the major transcendence cultivator struggled and finally managed to turn his head backward.

Looking at the tiny two-tailed fox walking towards him, the major transcendence cultivator blinked, causing the fox the transform into a Seven Tailed Fox with pure white fur.

Before the cultivator could do anything, both his and his companion's bodies and souls suddenly began bending into unrecognizable shapes.

No, rather than that, space itself seemed to bend, and merely a moment later, the ten cultivators were annihilated from existence.

"This is it," mumbled Hulli Jing as she looked at the extremely terrifying clouds that gathered above her.

Without warning, a bolt of lightning smashed down into Hulli Jing's giant fox body, causing the surrounding thousand of so li completely evaporate from existence.

Thankfully, it seemed as if that bolt of lighting did not cause any damage to her.

Not waiting a mere moment, a second bolt of lightning came down on Hulli Jing, this time, one much more powerful than before.

But just as if was about to hit her, the bolt of lightning seemingly encountered an invisible barrier.

A while later,

"Annoying," mumbled Hulli Jing as she looked at her white fur, which had seemingly been burned by the eight lightning bolt.

But even so, Hulli Jing did not pay any more attention to it, rather focusing on what was to come.

Suddenly, a dark red bold of lightning crashed down towards Hulli Jing, even the folded space barriers she had prepared only weakened the power of the strikes by a little bit, allowing over half of it to fall down on the fox.

But even so, as the first layer of defense was destroyed another layer took its place, this cycle continued until only under five percent of the power of the lightning strike remained, allowing Hulli Jing to bear it with her body.

"Finally," mumbled Hulli Jing as a white light fell down from the heaven's transforming her charred body back to normal.

After this, Hulli Jing focused on comprehending the Dao power inside the white of the white light as she resisted the rejection of the space around her.

Several years later,

"So this is how being in the three thousand regions feels," thought Hulli Jing as she transformed from her majestic form back into a little fox, when she suddenly noticed a nice berry bush.

As she ate the berries in front of her, Hulli Jing suddenly heard a voice behind her.

"What a dumb little fox"
