Green sat on Austin's lap, memorizing a crossword puzzle, as he blushed uncontrollably. "So, what are we going to do?" she asked. Austin replied, "What else? We are going to win the competition of Miss Lisa." He wrote down another word on the crossword puzzle as Green looked at it closely, noticing that it was identical to a map of Team Rocket's base. She realized that Austin was using his aura powers to create a map for her, including all the cameras and everything.
"Did that Miss Lisa catch your attention?" Green asked with a smirk, snuggling into Austin's chest. He coughed and replied in code, "No, I just want to be noticed by the higher-ups." Green nodded, understanding that he would keep Team Rocket's eyes on him while she executed plan B.
"Shall we start with taming our Pokemon?" Green asked sarcastically. Austin replied in code, "Are you okay? Zubat is a dangerous flying type Pokemon." He had a genuine worry in his voice, but Green could tell that his words were also meant for anyone who might be spying on them.
Green smiled as she kissed Austin's cheek, catching him off guard. She wrapped her arms around his neck and they looked into each other's eyes. "Don't worry, your girl isn't that weak," she said, coming closer to his face. His heart began to beat faster and faster.
"You know this is going to cost you extra," Green whispered into Austin's ear, immediately popping the excitement that had been building up in his mind. Austin sighed and nodded as Green stood up. "Awe, is my honey disappointed? Would you like me to make something for you in the kitchen, or would you like to have me?" From Green's words, Austin could tell that she was loving this. She knew what to say to get others to act up, and she was messing with him.

"Nah, I don't want to eat an identity crisis on my plate," Austin said.
"Hey, I can cook," Green protested.
"Who said I was talking about your cooking?" Austin teased.
"You big meanie," Green said as she threw a pillow at him. He rolled his eyes and picked up a book from his desk. Green sat beside him and saw the title, "Team Rocket's Guide to Pokemon."
They skimmed through the inaccurate book, which recommended a carrot and sticks method to tame Pokemon while feeding them the blood of other Pokemon. Green couldn't believe what she was reading.
" Is this true ?" Green curiously asked as Austin answered," A friend told me that this method turns a pokemon into a rabid carnivore and dulls their minds so that they lose their sense of reasoning but since it is recommended by team rocket then it must be true."
Austin was one of his conversations with Cynthia as she explained how they had discovered ancient ruins in Hoenn that depicted a ritual of feeding the blood of Pokemon to other pokemon as they were perceived as animals back in ancient times. A few researchers in Sinnoh experimented to see what happens when pokemon drink nothing but the blood of other pokemon and the results were shocking the experimented pokemon killed the scientist who was doing the experiments as the Pokemon's mind was turned to that of a feral and rabid animal.
Seeing this as a recommendation, Austin was even more convinced that this test was to find out trainers who could tame weapons of destruction not pokemon.
" But don't pokemon eat each other in the wild ?" Green curiously asked.
" Yes, they do but pokemon hunting is done in an order, for example, a Fearow attacking a Caterpie because of the natural order but you will never see a Fearow attack a Weedle."
" Wasn't it because of Weedle's poison ?"

" That's just a bonus but predator and prey relations be fixed to a certain line of pokemon hence why pokemon are immune to the blood frenzy of some but if that's changed, the pokemon goes feral like Spearow's drinking the blood of Pikachu's I guess."
" Then How do we tame these ?"
" Call them out."
Austin said causing Green to frown as she remembered how those idiots were mauled by these team rocket pokemon.
" Trust me." Austin reassuringly said causing Green to release Zubat while Austin released Ekans.
Green took a step back as she gazed upon the two pokemon with caution.
Normally these pokemon would have ignored the humans or attacked them but from the shaking of their bodies, Green could tell they were afraid.
Afraid of what?
Green thought as she followed Ekans' gaze towards Austin who just smiled and patted the snake's head.
Even in this state of an animalistic mindset, Ekans and Zubat could sense the danger of Austin's aura. Following their instincts of survival, the two pokemon bowed to the predator in front of them; Austin.
" These guys are kind of cute, what to pat them ?" Austin said causing Green to hesitate as she patted Zubat's fuzzy fur while the bat pokemon sweated furiously as it felt Austin's crimson gaze looking at him hence why Zubat was trying to stay extremely still.
" Don't release this when I am not around," Austin commanded as he returned Ekans meanwhile Green nodded.
She could see the visible fear from Ekans and Zubat towards the red-eyed trainer if he wasn't around, she was sure those two would have attacked either her or each other.
"So why did you choose Ekans ?"
Green curiously asked as Austin just smirked in response.
" How cool would I look with an Arbok around my neck ?"
Austin lied as he had been doing a lot of research on stuff like this as he talked with Cynthia and Bill. He had concluded that this world truly didn't know the terror that an Arbok could inflict. With a lot of help from Bill and a lot of historical scripts of Fuschia City, Austin had figured out how to recreate a battle strategy involving an Arbok from the Pokemon manga specifically how Agatha in the manga used her Arbok. And now that he had the chance to add an ekans to his team, he isn't going to waste it.
" Well, I would say that you are an idiot if you allowed an Arbok near your neck."
" Pssh, what do you know about the passion for beauty ?"
Green raised an eyebrow at Austin's words before chuckling to herself.
The trainer from pallet Town was an interesting nut to crack.

Re: Dragonize
After an unexpected turn of events, Drew must now survive in a world full of challenges with life-or-death stakes. Gone are the days when the biggest problems to face were awkward small-talk at physics department luncheons or mountains of lab work; this former physicist is now adrift in an unfamiliar land without any equipment. Now, Drew's only tool (if it can be called that) is a System, which provides constant reminders of all of the things that are still out of reach for a low-level being who's just arrived in a new world. Luckily, Drew has one powerful asset when taking on the challenges of this new world: surviving violent conflict is a lot easier when you have the power of a dragon at your disposal. Still, Drew has always considered violence a last resort. Why turn to fists (or claws) when a bit of quiet consideration might expose a better path forward? Maybe a life of quiet contemplation is still within reach for this former academic researcher. ...Or maybe not. It probably won't be a life of bloodless pacifism. Additional information for those who wish to calibrate their expectations (I'm adding this based on a few comments I received from readers who feel that the story is not what they expected from a dragon-themed story): Re: Dragonize is not a power fantasy -- or at least, it's not intended to be one. Re: Dragonize is a progression fantasy starting with a protagonist who must start at the bottom (or close to it), and work gradually upwards, making incremental progress with plenty of setbacks along the way. The protagonist, as someone coming from the world of academia, tends to be cautious, methodical, and contemplative. As such, expect this story to contain more than a few digressions as the main character takes the time to pontificate on a variety of topics ranging from Newtonian physics and horology to the nature of existence and the ethical dilemmas associated with being an obligate carnivore.
