Ministry of San Juan, Rio Grande City, April 16th

During the night that Uriel confronted La Llorona in Mexico…another event took place in Rio Grande City…it happened without any warning…a destined battle that was ahead of time…The story begins at the Ministry of San Juan…The sun just came down…

At the Ministry of San Juan, Estrella came down under a mysterious fever.

“Aww I miss Uriel” Fabiola lies down on the table, feeling bored.

Fabiola is a young girl that has blonde hair and dark blue eyes. She has a thin well developed body and she acts more mature despite her age.

Mariana and Abril are washing the dishes when they hear Fabiola’s words. Abril notices and whispers:

“Ooohhh she misses her boyfriend. But I don’t think he's interested in flat chested girls like her. Yeah he has Kasumi who is huge.”

Abril is a young girl that has brown skin, black hair and light brown eyes. She has a thin, not so developed body, and she is always hyperactive and smiling.

“Abril, don’t make fun of her boobs…it’s her fault that they are small…” Mariana tries to defend Fabiola.

Mariana is a young girl that has white skin, brown hair, and also light brown eyes, unlike Abril she is very shy.

Fabiola overhears them, and gets angry; “You two shut up and finish washing the plates…” Mariana and Abril look scared; “See…you made her angry…”

“Sorry…: Abril and Mariana chuckle. Fabiola sighs once more and stands up; “I’m going to check on Estrella to see how she is doing…”

Fabiola exits the kitchen. Mariana lowers her head feeling sad; “What could’ve happened to her? She was doing fine two days ago…”

“Maybe she just has the flu or COVID…well I don’t know…” Abril continues to wash, Mariana puffs her cheeks; “Sheesh you’re so insensitive…”

“Don’t get me wrong…I am worried…she is my sister after all…here, I’m done…let’s go catch up with Fabiola…”

Mariana changes her expression to a smile; “Alright…”

The sisters follow Fabiola as they head to Estrella’s room…

Estrella’s Room

(Cough Cough)

Laying down on her bed is a girl who has a high fever. Her name is Estrella, the new member of the Ministry. She has brown skin, white hair and dark blue eyes. She has the ability of a Shadowtamer, which permits her to control the Sombras…

(Cough Cough)

Estrella breathes heavily as she looks at the ceiling; “Why is my mind so fuzzy…I can hear someone calling me…but still…I don’t know…who it is…”

(KNOCK KNOCK)

“We’re coming in…” Fabiola opens the door, Mariana and Abril are behind her. Estrella tries to move:

“H-H-Hello…Sisters…”

“Estrella, stay where you are…” Fabiola rushes and puts her back down; “How are you feeling?”

“I am doing better…it’s just that…my head hurts a little…”

Fabiola checks her temperature; “It’s still too high…Mariana, bring me a wet towel…”

“Right…” Mariana quickly rushes to the bathroom and gets a wet towel. Fabiola puts it on Estrella’s forehead; “Here, this will make you feel better…”

“Thank you…cough cough…” Estrella looks at the ceiling; “Why is this happening to me?”

“Well, it’s natural…I mean you are a human being after all and we tend to get sick…”

“But Sister…I don’t feel that this is natural…sometimes, I hear someone calling for me…and I feel really scared…”

Mariana and Fabiola look worried, Abril smiles and takes out her video game console:

“That’s just your imagination…here, I will let you borrow my videogame for you to play and get your mind off this…” Abril gives Estrella her video game console. Estrella looks at it with enthusiasm:

“Thank you…cough cough…”

“Come on girls, let’s prepare her a special dinner for her to feel better…” Abril grabs her sister’s hand and pulls them to the door; “We’ll be right back…Make sure you rest up…”

(COUGH COUGH)

As they walk down the hallway, Mariana asks Abril; “Why were you forced to come with you?”

Abril looks at her with a serious expression; “To be honest, I didn’t want her to be alarmed…but this isn’t normal…that’s why our Teacher and Sister Carolina went to buy “special products” to make her a cure…”

“She’s right…we think it has something to do with her powers…therefore, we must keep an eye on her…” Fabiola takes a few steps forward; “Of all the times for Father Clemente to go to a meeting…I wish Uriel were here…”

“There she goes again with Uriel…” Mariana sighs, Abril chuckles; “I doubt she will manage to get his attention with those tiny boobs of hers…”

Fabiola overhears them and takes out her Lance saying: “I heard you!!!”

(GGYYAAHHHH)

The girls run away from Fabiola as she chases them with the spear. They run around the yard; “COME HERE!!!”

Daniel opens the window of his room; “Hey girls, you are making too much noise can you please be quiet…Estrella tries to sleep and you are distracting me…”

The girls stop with the chase. Mariana and Abril nod with their faces blushing. Fabiola hits both of them in their heads:

“Sorry Daniel”

“Thank you” Daniel is about to close his window however Fabiola quickly shouts:

“Wait, Can I talk to you for a second?” Daniel stops and replies:

“Sure come on over” Mariana and Abril see her with rage, Fabiola sticks her tongue out:

“You deserved it…”

Daniel’s Room

In Daniel's room, Fabiola sits in the bed as Daniel works on his computer at his desk:

“So, what did you want to talk about?”

Daniel is a 14 years old boy, with a thin body. He wears glasses, and he always has a typical teenage face, always looking bored. He has reddish hair just like his mother, and green eyes.

“It’s about your brother.” Fabiola says with a shaky voice.

Daniel stops typing, turns around and replies:

“Look I don’t know if you are his type, he has strange tastes so please ask Valerie”

“N-N-NO IT’S NOT THAT SHEESH!!” Fabiola screams with her face red. Daniel sighs as he continues typing:

“So what is it then?”

“It’s about his abilities. I heard your mother talking with Father Clemente and she mentioned that Uriel’s powers increase each day, however, there is a catch…” Fabiola looks worried:

“She said that he loses his humanity with each day…is that true?”

“Perhaps…”Daniel continues to type; “The powers of El Charro Negro are a mystery to me as well…Uriel is different from us, but the truth is that my mother and Valerie trust him and treat him like family…accoding to my mom, he was originally our brother but to be honest…”

“Aren’t you two worry about him turning evil?” Fabiola asks with a worried face. Daniel stops typing and sees Fabiola:

“Of course we are, that’s why I have a contingency plan for that…and I am sure that the church has one as well…” Daniel takes out his phone:

“Look…” Daniel shows Fabiola a post on Social Media; “QUETZALCOATL HAS RETURNED!!!”

“Wait, what is this?”

“It appears there was an incident in Mexico where a giant serpent appears…knowing the location and the time, I’d say Uriel was involved in this…I lost track of him this afternoon meaning that my hypothesis is true…also Father Clemente was called by the Bishop…meaning that something has happened…”

“Then, do you think he is alright?”

“He is…Uriel won’t die that easily…For now, let’s concentrate on Estrella, there might be something wrong with her…I believe that it has to do with the amount of mana she has on her body…”

Fabiola looks surprised; “Really, I also thought the same…”

“I see…so you are smart after all…” Daniel mocks her. Fabiola puffs her cheeks; “HEY!!!”

“Don’t worry, I am sure she is going to be okay, mother and Sister Carilina went to buy some ingredients to help her…and I also came up with a way to help her…”

Fabiola smiles at him; “Thank you I feel much better”

“You’re welcome, now you may leave, I need to finish this research and please tell your sisters to stop your ears dropping… I can see their shadows in the door.” Daniel says to Fabiola who opens the door, causing both her sisters to fall.

“So you were ears dropping ehh” Fabiola takes out her lance once again and begins to chase them as they scream:

“WE’RE SORRY”

Daniel looks at his monitor; “This sensation…something is wrong…it’s as if…a catastrophe is approaching…”

In Estrella’s room, Estrella moves around as she breathes heavily. Estrella hears someone calling for her:

“Estrella…It’s time….”

(BADUMP)

Estrella opens her eyes as a purple mana emerges from her body.
