"What? No, I don't partake in such bullshit!" Katsuki yelled, almost looking offended at the pink girl's question.
Mina looked flabbergasted, "You never gave someone a valentine? Not at all? Seriously? Are you joking?"
Katsuki grit his teeth in annoyance, "Have you ever heard me set up a joke? I don't give a shit about some fake ass holiday!"
"It's not fake! Have a lil fun! It's a cute holiday about love!" Mina yelled as she showed Katsuki valentine pictures.
"It's a marketing scheme for losers like him." Katsuki said as he pointed his thumb towards Kaminari who had recently bought a shit ton of holiday themed sweets and whatnots.
Mina gasped and covered Kaminari's ears playfully, "He's enthusiastic!"
Katsuki scoffed, "He's hopeless."
"A hopeless romantic?" Sero chimed in from the sofa.
"A hopeless idiot."
"You're just mad I got everyone else a valentine besides you." Kaminari spoke up as he took Mina's hands off his ears and wrapped her arms around his shoulders.
Katsuki rolled his eyes, "Whatever."
Kirishima laughed, "It's just a fun silly holiday!"
"Yeah, well, do that shit somewhere else. Leave me alone." Katsuki muttered
"Someone never got valentines when they were younger." Mina whispered loudly so Katsuki could hear.
"Fuck off." Katsuki yelled as he flipped her off, storming off to his dorm room to escape his so-called annoying squad.
Mina watched as he stormed off, angry as ever.
"No wonder Mr. Cranky Pants didn't get one." Mina laughed as she counted all her valentines.
The day went by very slowly for Katsuki, though nobody had bothered him for the rest of the day, not even his squad. Maybe he should be grateful. Yet even if he got what he wanted, to be left alone with quiet, he still felt off. Almost upset.

What Mina said was true, and that's what bothered Katsuki so much. Nobody ever wanted to give the loud ass blonde something for the holiday. They didn't like how loud he was or like his father says, passionate.
Katsuki knew not many people liked his personality, and may have clashed with him. Yet, had they not liked him so much that he couldn't even get a pity valentine? It didn't matter if he was seven or sixteen, he was still loud or so called passionate, and the only person who loved him for that was father, who still gave him a valentine every year. At least Katsuki's father was there, always supporting Katsuki no matter what.
Katsuki wouldn't know what to do without his dad. Wouldn't know what to do if he didn't get his usual cheesy father like valentine. It was the only thing that kept his spirits high, Katsuki's only ever motivation was his father, holiday or not.
Katsuki clutched the unopened valentine bag from his father, not wishing to open it until later, probably after his father gets off of work so he could thank him, have a nice father-son chat.
Katsuki continued to ponder for a bit until his thoughts were interrupted by a knock on his door.
Katsuki groaned as he stood up, forcing himself to look at the door he contemplated ignoring. Another knock broke him out of his trace, he sighed and decided to at least see who the hell was bothering him.
Katsuki threw open his door and glared at whoever knocked. "I thought I told you assholes to leave me alone. Hasn't even been five goddamn minutes."
Kaminari smiled brightly, "It's been more than five minutes, more like an hour."
Damn, has the time really passed? Was he complaining for so long that he hadn't noticed the time fly by?

"Leave me alone." Katsuki said as he tried to close the door but Kaminari's foot stopped it from shutting.
"Is that a valentine? From who? Can I see?!" Kaminari asked with a cheeky smile.
Katsuki rolled his eyes, "Go away."
Kaminari forced his way inside as sat on Katsuki's bed.
"I didn't say you could come in."
Kaminari shrugged, "You didn't say I couldn't."
"I implied it. Heavily." Katsuki said through grit teeth.
"So you have Mr. Cranky a valentine? Someone got a crush on you or somthin?" Kaminari asked, his goofy smile seemed off.
"No dumbass."
"Then you're gonna give a valentine to someone?" Kaminari asked.
Katsuki rolled his eyes once more, seemingly having enough "Tch. No! Fuck no! My old man gets me one every year! Now get the fuck out!"
Kaminari's eyes sparkled with joy, "Aww that's so sweet. I'm glad I don't have to battle with anyone else with their valentines."
"Huh-?" Katsuki asked as he noticed Kaminari pulled out a few gifts.
Katsuki froze at the assortment of sweet and savory snacks, as well as other gifts, one being a stuffed toy.
"Had to go all out ya know. I searched long and hard for a stuffed skull." Kaminari said with a cheeky blush as he rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly.
Katsuki picked up the stuffed skull hesitantly, bringing it to his chest subconsciously. "Thought you got everyone but me a gift." Katsuki mumbled.
Kaminari smiled, "They got the basic bitch stuff, you are what really matters. I had your gift separately."
"Thanks," Katsuki whispered as he sat next to Kaminari on the bed. "Sorry I didn't get you anything..."
Kaminari laughed as brought Katsuki into a hug, "Ya know what's a good gift?"
"What?"
"Becoming my valentine."
Katsuki huffed, a small smile behind an almost playful glare, "No."
"Why not?" Kaminari pouted.
"I don't like Valentine's Day. I would rather be your boyfriend."
Kaminari's pout melted instantly, "I'd rather that to."
