---
It was not unusual to recieve stares when out and about- but you could call someone crazy for acting on it. Especially when you were never alone. It had been a while since you had time away from your vampiric brothers, just to do what you wanted to do. Sure, you found Paul's 24/7 ideas of continual fun to be as it was- fun, and you absolutely enjoyed the comfort of being watched over. However, you enjoyed getting to visit the comic book store- a place in which you felt more yourself to be worth it for a night. Well, what started of as just one night. Faking weird symptoms had been a convenient excuse you began to use after one two many incidents where you "ate," too much to the point where you had almost been put on bed rest whilst the boys scratched their heads as to what was happening to you.
It had ABSOLUTELY nothing at all to do with the dark haired teen who got you reading new genres and certainly not the silly debates you got into about the supernatural.
You were bound to get caught eventually. Not that it stopped you from visiting the person who occupied your undead mind.
One night had lead into you skipping Max's "family," dinner nights one too many and the boys had became curious as to your symptoms. Not that the boys would call themselves overly suspicious for having to endure those nights with their sire whilst you had the chance to forgo it.
It did come as a surprise however when they spotted you hugging one of the twerps who seemed to be running the dammed comic place. Marko instantly elbowed Paul who was tucking into a "free," ice cream- curtousy of the love struck waitress behind the pop up dessert stand. "Are you seeing this?"

Paul glanced up and spotted you now walking away from the star struck boy who held on for a few seconds too long. The two took a few seconds to commit the boys face to memory.
"Davy is NOT going to like this." Paul chortled as his eyes batted back and forth, coming to a quick realisation.
"Dude I don't like this." Marko watched you make your way onto the beach- half tempted to go after you or mess with the boy he most definitely knew had a thing for you.
"What am I not going to like?"
"JESUS Fuck!-" Paul gasped- almost painting his face with a sticky pink.
"Speak of the devil." Marko grinned- feeling overjoyed that the rest finally made it out of Max's. He was conflicted on mentioning your little secret or questioning you later. Paul was clearly blazed enough to go with the latter. You were their little sister and it was only natural that they were curious. You never usually showed interest in others.
"And he shall show up." David finished.
"Right- okay. Get this, man. Me and Marko were chillin' out, scoring some free food and what do we discover?"
"Our lil sister hasn't been sick- at least not THAT kind of sick," Paul waved his hand with a huge shit eating grin.
David frowned in disbelief. You were supposed to be home resting.
"I dunno Paul- I'm kinda impressed she had us fooled." Marko finished before the blonde could further elaborate.
David already pieced together a mental picture when he glanced into Paul's frazzled mind and that's all it took for him to march over to the comic book shop. The others followed gidily- pushing snd shoving along the way. There was one thing on David's mind and that was warn the little brat to stay away. He would deal with you later.
"David, you are only going to warn the kid, right?" Came Dwayne's voice of reason as he fell into his natural place beside the blonde.
Was his reply.

The Last Watcher
The Abyss Watchers. Once fully dedicated to hunting the Abyss, now cursed to fight their own members forever. One day though, while they are attacked by a mysterious warrior, a single Abyss Watcher is suddenly pulled through a tear in reality, transported to a new world. A world with a strange thing called a leveling system. Current update schedule: Tuesday 10:00 PM NZT Idea I had of an Abyss Watcher from Dark Souls 3 being transported into a LitRPG world. You don't have to know any of the lore from Dark Souls to understand this, however if you want to know more about the lore just google it or something, I can't stop you But it's not like it will be very useful in this story as I plan to not be focused on Dark Souls Lore. As a side note for those reading this while it is ongoing, I will occasionally go back to previous chapters and sometimes add certain elements to the skills and leveling. Not to worry though as I will tell you as to what I have edited in the authors notes, so be sure to pay attention to those when they appear as they may contain information required for continued understanding. Also, if you decide to drop this book then please leave a comment on the chapter you stopped on and tell me what made you stop.

Moonshot
Gregarious businessman Evin Tumble is fascinated by the sudden and inexplicable appearance of a low-orbiting moon. Specifically, he's interested in shooting it down with a giant cannon. The moon is only about eight miles overhead, but it's high enough and quick enough that nobody can reach it by balloon or airship. He hires our protagonists: taciturn Iseult Morrin, cheerful Sean Whelan, and nervous Íde Ceallaigh, to help him with his obsession. As our heroes are dispersed across the continent to perform tasks for Tumble, and the moon-hunt draws closer, they become increasingly suspicious of their benefactor's motives and true nature. Moonshot is a story centred around struggling with confidence, the difficulty of being an immigrant, and the duality of truth, all clad in the trappings of an urban fantasy. It is character-driven, from the heart, and based on tropes and ideas that are missing from a lot of contemporary fantasy (a push beyond the flawless-yet-somehow-still-needs-rescuing-by-an-oafish-man heroine trope, a touch of cosmic magic based on the shared geometries of Celtic and Arab art).
