Y/N's POV:

Shit, my head hurts, I slowly open my eyes but the daylight immediately burns my eyes. After I get used to the light, I finally notice that Akali is still lying on my shoulder. I get up slowly, making sure not to wake her, we've had quite a few drinks yesterday, she should sleep as long as she can. I just hope she was right and doesn't regret what happened tonight, I don't. I go downstairs, and as soon as I'm down there I see the three girls standing across the room. eve just smirk at me, while Ahri and Kai'sa look at me awkwardly.

Eve: And how did you sleep, you don't happen to know where Akali is.~

The second she opened her mouth I knew that the three of them had heard everything, what did I expect Akali didn't make much of an effort to be quiet.

Y/N: Whatever clever comments you have in store I don't want to hear, just keep your mouth closed eve.

Eve: I'm just saying we were worried about you, it was very loud in your room tonight.

Ahri: Eve s-stop!

Ahri calls out, it is very obvious that the whole situation makes her uncomfortable.

Y/N: Well, have you already eaten breakfast?

Kai'sa: No, we wanted to wait for you two.

Y/N: Okay I'll go wake Akali, could you start preparing breakfast?

Ahri and Kai'sa nod, eve looks like she wants to say something clever again but before she has the chance I stop her.

Y/N: Don't even start.

I go upstairs and when I reach my door, I open it slowly to see if she is already awake. Luckily for me, she is up, sitting on the bed with her phone in her hand and her back against the wall. She has her hair open, I don't think I've ever seen her with loose hair.

I could get used to seeing her like that, I actually like it better than her normal hairstyle but she always looks hot. I open the door and go into the room, when Akali sees me she immediately starts to smile and puts her phone away.

Akali: Hey, I thought you ran away.

Y/N: Never. how are you feeling?

I ask as I sit down next to her on the bed. she just looks at me confused like she doesn't get the question.

Akali: I'm good, why wouldn't I be?

You've got to be kidding, I feel like I've been hit by a train but even though she's had more alcohol than me she feels fine. Am I really such a lightweight?

Y/N: We had quite a few drinks yesterday, I just wanted to make sure.

Akali: Should we talk about yesterday?

It's quite obvious that she's nervous, maybe she does regret it. Maybe I shouldn't have done that, that's exactly what I was worried about, if she does regret it, it's guaranteed to get weird between us.

Y/N: Do you regret last night?

Akali: N-No, not at all. Do y-you regret it?

Y/N: No I don't.

I answer with a smile, as soon as she hears this she jumps up and sits on my lap. She kisses me, at first I am surprised but I quickly kiss her back. After a few seconds she pulls away from me and looks deep into my eyes.

Akali: And what does that mean for us?

Y/N: This means that if you want to have a boyfriend.

Before I've even finished the sentence, Akali throws her arms around my neck and buries her face in my chest.

I'll take that as a yes.

She was just about to answer when the door suddenly bursts open. We both immediately look towards the door and see Eve standing in the doorway with her typical smirk.

Y/N: have you ever heard of knocking?

Eve: Just come down, breakfast is ready and Ahri is getting impatient.

She walks out of the room again and slams the door behind her. Akali starts to giggle and lets her head fall back into my chest. Akali lifts her head and looks me in the eyes with a sweet smile, she looks as if she wants to tell me something but instead just kisses me slowly while I run my hand through her hair.

Y/N: Is everything okay? You seem like you're thinking about something.

No, everything's perfect, I'm just happy. Come on, we should go downstairs, otherwise Eve will come running back up.

Akali quickly gets up from bed and quickly goes to her and Kai'sa's room, I also get up from bed. I quickly change before I leave my room, while I walk down the hall Akali comes out of her room and we go down to the kitchen together.

Ahri: There you are finally, can we eat now?

Ahri: yes, so sit down and we can eat.

I shake my head with laughter and quickly sit down next to Ahri, I don't want to let the Vastaya starve. Kai'sa gives each of us a plate and we start to eat, while talking about all sorts of things.

Y/N: How is the new music coming along?

Kai'sa: Not really good, we have one song ready but we are stuck.

Ahri: We can do it, we just have to find new inspiration.

Immediately when she said that she looked at me with big eyes as if she had an idea, what the hell is she up to?

Ahri: Maybe a new voice could he-

Y/N: No way I'm done with music but a new voice is a good idea, just not mine.

She looks disappointed but quickly concentrates on her food again. It is not possible for me to help them like this. Not only did I not have anything to do with music for years, but it would also not be very helpful for my classified main job.

A few minutes later, Ahri's cell phone rings, she takes it out of her pocket and stares at the screen while her ears start to twitch.

Y/N: What's wrong Ahri?

Instead of answering, she slams her phone on the table, causing the others to look at her in shock. She puts her head in her hands and sighs loudly.

Y/N: Ahri what is wrong?

Ahri: I have an email from Thresh Records asking for a meeting because of our "extreme breach of contract and the following consequences".

A/N: Thresh Records is the company from which the girls were fired and Kai'sa was harassed I think I haven't mentioned the name yet.

Eve and Akali just look annoyed but Kai'sa seems to be scared, understandable in her situation I would also be scared of this meeting.

Kai'sa: D-Do we have to go b-back there?

Ahri: Unfortunately yes Bokkie, if they charge us for contract violation now, we're screwed.

Before anyone can say anything, Kai'sa jumps up and walks out of the kitchen. Akali is about to run after her when Eve stops her.

Eve: I will kill them.

Y/N: I'll talk with her

I get up and go upstairs, I don't know where she should go except her room. When I arrive at her door I knock and she answers a few seconds later. I walk in and see Kai'sa sitting on the floor so I sit down next to her. We don't talk, I just sit next to her and stay quiet. This goes on for a few minutes until she says something.

Kai'sa: I d-don't know if I can do this Y/N

Y/N: I know I can't even imagine how you feel but you won't be alone. I am very sure that Eve will kill the guy if he even looks in your direction.

She just sighs and puts her head on my shoulder.

Kai'sa: Could I ask you something?

Y/N: Everything.

Kai'sa: Can you come to the meeting with us?

I would like to promise her that I can go with them, but I could be called to a mission that will take a couple of days at any second. A few days ago, Jason told me that we are about to get the green light for a target in North Korea. Just getting inside that country will take days.

Y/N: I don't know if I can do that, I have to leave for a few days soon and I don't think I'll be back by then.

She says nothing and just looks at the floor. That's why I hate my job sometimes, not being able to be there for the people I love at home. Sure my job is important and I have to take responsibility for the lives of my team members but I hate not being able to be there for Kai'sa.

Y/N: Kai'sa you won't be alone, the other three will always be with you and you know that eve would do anything to make sure nothing happens to any of you.

Kai'sa: I know but I wanted you to be there, I don't feel afraid when you're around.

Y/N: I know and I really want to be there for you but to be honest that's the way it is with my job. But I promise as soon as I am back I will do everything in my power to help you.

We sit together on the floor for a few minutes, but we don't talk anymore.

Kai'sa: Come on we should go downstairs.

Y/N: You sure?

Kai'sa: Yes, the others are probably worried already.

Y/N: Okay.

I get up and help Kai'sa off the floor before we go back down to the others. The next few hours we spend together watching movies and playing video games until I get a call from Jason around 4pm.

Y/N: What's up, boss?

Jason: We have the green light, take off in one hour.

Y/N: understood, see you at the airfield.

Jason: See you there, two.

Jason hangs up, I put my phone back in my pocket and go to the girls.

Y/N: I have to go

Akali: Where are you guys going?

Y/N: To be honest, I can't talk about it.

Akali quickly jumps off the sofa and throws her arms around my neck.

How long will you be away?

Y/N: A few days, maybe a week.

I give Akali a quick kiss before going to my room to get my gear bag. When I'm back downstairs, I quickly say goodbye to the four of them and drive off. I would have liked more time to say goodbye properly but sadly I have no time.
