Days were passing by. A few boys had proposed Nandini and she hadn't accepted any of their proposals.

Mukti : "Why didn't you accept any of their proposals? Don't any of them match the description of your Prince Charming?"

Nandini : "Do you think they really love me? They don't know me well, then how can they love me? And if they really did, they wouldn't have stopped pursuing, they would have put in more effort and tried to convince me."

Mukti : "It isn't necessary to know someone well before you fall in love. It was love at first sight for me and Harshad."

Nandini : "Oh! That's why. I was wondering how can a sweet girl like you fall in love with a rude and grumpy man like him."

They continued to talk.

Mukti : "What image do you have in mind of your Prince Charming?"

Nandini : "Prince Charming?! I don't have any, but I have one for my King. I came here looking for my King, not Prince Charming."

Harshad, who happened to come there, heard this.

Harshad : "Did you hear that? She is looking for a king and not a prince because she knows that the king will be more wealthier than the prince."

Nandini : "Why do you always have to taunt me? By king, I meant my dad."

Harshad : "Don't try to fool me. You are an orphan right, then how do you know who your dad is?"

Nandini : "My mom left a diary for me and I have my dad's picture too. If you don't believe me, I can bring and show it to you."

Harshad : "You are just cooking stories. I don't believe you. Anyone can get fake photos now a days. Everyone knows that orphans are left in an orphanage because their parents don't want them."

Nandini : "I am not cooking stories, I am .."

Harshad : "Keep them to yourself. I have no interest in listening to your fake stories."

Arya who saw them together at a distance sensed that there was some issue and he came there.

Arya : "Why are you so upset Nandini?"

Nandini explained what happened.

Nandini : "Arya, do you also think that I was left in an orphanage because my dad didn't want me? Does that mean that he wouldn't want to meet me even if I manage to find him? .. That means that I really am an orphan .. I don't have anyone."

There was truth in what Harshad said, but there were also chances that that may not be the case with Nandini. Nandini hadn't mentioned about her dad so far, but from what Arya knew of Nandini, she wasn't someone who would cook stories.

Arya : "What do you think?"

Nandini : "According to my mom, my dad is a gentleman. So I have always believed that I will meet him one day for sure. He may not know how I look or where to find me, but I know how he looks, so I can find him."

Arya : "If your mom said so, then you will surely find him and meet him. In the future, don't tell that you don't have anyone. Even if you aren't able to find him, you aren't alone, I will be there for you always."

Arya didn't want to discourage her or see her that upset.

After that incident, Harshad and Nandini never came face to face. Arya had convinced both to stay away from each other. He didn't want Nandini to get hurt by Harshad's words. He felt that Harshad's anger on Nandini will also cool down with time.

A few more days passed. Mukti was with her friend, Samaira, and Nandini. Samaira had been trying to convince Mukti that Harshad wasn't the right one for her from time to time, but Mukti didn't agree with her.

Samaira : "You have seen how rudely he behaves sometimes. What is the guarantee that he won't misbehave with you in the future? I don't want you to get hurt. Nandini, he behaves rudely with you too, why aren't you supporting me to convince her?"

Mukti and Samaira thought that Nandini would support Samaira.

Nandini : "He does behave rudely with me, but I can't support you. He loves Mukti, so he won't hurt her."

Samaira (to Mukti) : "She knows him only from the past few months, but I have known him longer than you too."

Nandini : "I don't know him well, but Arya does. According to him, Harshad can never hurt Mukti."

Samaira : "Arya is his friend, so he will talk in his favor only, right?"

Nandini : "He is my friend too. I know he will tell me the truth. After he told me, even I have observed that Harshad can't see Mukti upset or hurt."

Days were passing by and it was the day before their break. Some of the students had organized a party. Harshad went for the party and Mukti had informed him that she wouldn't be able to make it since she wasn't well.

Next day, Samaira showed the pictures she had clicked of Harshad and Nandini together in a hotel room.

Samaira : "This is their true color. They pretend as though they hate each other in front of you. Yesterday, you weren't there and they took advantage of the situation. They didn't know that I was watching them."

Samaira : "This is just a glimpse. I found them in a very compromising position. I felt it disgusting to watch them or take pictures, so I left from there."

Mukti was devastated. She never thought that Harshad or Nandini would cheat on her.

Next day, when Mukti tried to talk to Harshad, she felt that he was ignoring her. Later, she saw him going behind Nandini and followed them to a hotel. Mukti lost track of where they went for sometime, but she continued to look for them.

After sometime, she found them coming out of a hotel room. They went to one secluded corner of the garden. Mukti was at a distance, so she couldn't hear them. But she saw that their gestures towards each other was way different from what she saw usually. There was nothing left to see or talk. She left from there and went back home.

Mukti didn't want to stay there, so she went with her parents to Mumbai for vacation. Later when the break was over, she didn't want to return. Her parents also moved to Mumbai since she was their only daughter.

They all knew that Mukti's boyfriend had cheated on her, but she had not gone into details. She wasn't able to move on and was depressed too.

Cabir : "What did your boyfriend see in her that he left you and went after her? She is so pale and skinny, she looks like a patient."

Mukti : "She wasn't like this. She was pretty and bubbly. I don't know why she is the way she is now, and I don't care."

Cabir : "Manik, she isn't only your problem anymore. She is responsible for Mukti being unhappy too. We will have to punish her for what she has done."

Manik : "That we surely will, but we shouldn't leave her boyfriend too. I wanted to break all his bones when Mukti told me about it, but she hid his identity from me."

Alya : "First, we should deal with that girl because she is our main culprit. She is the one who trapped him. Who knows how many people she would have trapped for money? He might be just another victim of hers."

Manik : "From Mukti's words, it doesn't seem like he is naive. Both are equally responsible for what happened. They both broke her trust, so they both have to be punished."

Manik (to Mukti) : "You made a mistake by falling in love and you have suffered enough. Now, it is time to make them suffer. Let's start with her now and he will be our next target."

Manik and his friends decided to think over what they can do with Nandini and discuss the next day. Meanwhile, Nandini was trying to figure out if she had done anything to anger Mukti, but she couldn't recollect anything.
