The spherical matrix in Bastian's hands rotated and started to expand until it abruptly split into ten parts. Each part was a sphere slightly different in terms of composition, but they were clearly from the same template.

The Island had expanded to the point that Bastian's dome was now less than a tiny dot within space. It was now about 200 kilometres in diameter. This was only possible thanks to the Bloodline Manifestation and the wraiths being used as an energy source. As more and more wraiths were sucked into the whirlpool connected to the sky matrix, more poured in through the portal that bright the wraiths in.

'If we use up enough wraiths, will we illicit a response?'

Before Bastian could think further, the dragon roared once more and the Island stopped expanding. The island could only expand to an extent that Kenshin and Bastian's souls could handle. Hence the expansion of the island finally stopped.

The spheres expanded until they were the size of a large house. They split into two groups.

Nine spheres went to the far reaches of the island. As the island expanded, it gained new features. Kenshin and Bastian marvelled as they saw the weather and geography all over the island change in only a few moments. It was so absurd they found it hard to believe their senses.

One sphere approached a rocky cliff formation. As the sphere approached, the weather in the area changed, becoming chaotic as the island experienced fantastical changes.

It was a cliff edge. The cliff itself was made of black igneous rock. Ocean waters bashed against the base of the cliff. This side of the land mass was a massive rocky formation made up of multiple cliffs. Some waves were so large they would cause the ground to shake and spray rain onto the rock. It was also already raining heavily as if the area was stuck in a perpetual storm called by Poseidon himself.

Thunder clouds crackled as if a raging typhoon was approaching. As soon as the sphere of light landed the changes had finished, and the same happened in 8 other parts of the island. The sphere appeared at the centre of the flat space on the peak of the cliff. It slowly started to morph in shape once it appeared.

Similar things happened as the spheres had gone to different parts of the island. Every time a sphere approached the edge of the island, it would change the environmental features of the area.

A volcanic land, a desert, a swamp, a rainforest, a savanna, a lake, a rocky cliff, a snowy flatland and a canyon. Somehow, all these environments appeared at 9 edges of the island. It was an oddly impossible sight but it was there. These unique environments were only a few kilometres in radius each, but they were extreme versions of each type of biome.

The volcanic area had lava spewing from the ground through porous igneous rock, similar to what happens in ever active volcanoes sound Hawaii. The small desert had sandy ground that had a few sandy hills and flat scorched earth with spiderweb-like cracks caused by being dry at the periphery.

The swamp had quite a few trees, causing to have low visibility. This came with small rivers and countless vines, with quicksand and muddy soil all over. The rainforest had multiple types of flora and fauna while the towering trees that had seemingly grown to maturity within seconds

In between the area for the tropical forest and the desert was the savanna. The savanna was a rolling grassland scattered with shrubs and isolated trees. Not enough rain falls on a savanna to support forests so trees grow sparsely while grass and weeds grew in most exposed spaces.

The lake Area had a flat grassland next to it that its sphere landed on as it started to morph there as well. The lake was only a kilometre in diameter but it was quite deep.

The canyon was a deep, narrow valley with steep sides. It was only 20 or so meters deep and a few meters wide but it stretched for about 5 kilometres. The snowy flatland was a large blanket of white that connected smoothly with its beach. The area was very cold and it was always snowing moderately with the old cold wind blowing here and there.

The last remaining sphere finally moved after the others, appearing in the centre of the island.

If one was to see the island from above, one would notice that Kenshin's Dojo and Bastian's land occupied where the small circles in the yin-yang symbols occupy. The final sphere occupied the centre of the island which was just a flat grassland. But as soon as it landed, things changed.

With one last transmission, Bastian sent information to Kenshin about the Mega Matrix. Kenshin was completely stunned by what was revealed to him, and Bastin had no intention of waiting for his friend. Bastian let go of the connection and clasped his hands together like he was in prayer, forming mudra.

"Unjust Augury: 9 Mountains Pagoda Symposium!"

The spheres all over the island started to change more rapidly. The one in the centre became a ten-floor pagoda that looked as if it had come straight out of ancient china. It was beautiful and seemingly materialised out of nothing.

The nine spheres on the edges of the island took an entirely different shape. They all became translucent energy mountains. The complex runes and matrices within them had changed as they landed heavily on their designated positions. They were energy-like in appearance but they also had a solid presence.

They looked like mountains of transparent crystal-like energy. They were incredibly beautiful but also had a suppressive air about them.

The Medici Matrix in the sky rotated faster as it processed at maximum capacity to complete the spell. The mountains and the pagoda became more and more detailed as their auras strengthened.
