As the massive young man gazed upon the petite witch, she stood her ground firmly and declared,

" Bring it on! I was born to face challenges and overcome them. " The young witch took in her surroundings, noticing the numerous bruises and scars on the boy's body. Despite his imposing stature, the witch could sense a deep sadness in his eyes and a longing for peace.

She was determined to help him and end his suffering. The witch believed that with her magic and determination, she could heal his wounds and bring him some semblance of comfort. With a determined glint in her eye, she spoke confidently, " You may have been through a lot, but I am here to put an end to your pain and suffering. You may not believe me now, but I promise you, you will thank me for this in the end. "

The boy raised a skeptical eyebrow, trying to comprehend the witch's motives. " What's going through that little mind of yours? " He asked, with a hint of amusement in his voice.

The witch simply gave him a knowing smirk as she stepped forward, her wand at the ready. Whispering an incantation, a bright light filled the clearing, and the witch felt a rush of magic coursing through her veins. Raising her wand, she flicked her wrist, and a beam of light shot from the tip and enveloped the angel.

The wounds on the angel's body started to glow as the witch focused her magic, directing it towards the scars. Slowly but surely, the scars started to fade, and the wounds began to heal. The angel's breathing became easier, and he no longer felt any pain in his back. With a final burst of magic, the witch removed the last of the scars and wounds from the angel's body, leaving him feeling renewed and refreshed.

" See, I can heal anyone with my powers, I've learned so many spells that heal people! Don't you think I'm great? Now tell me your story! " The little witch asked curiously, a hint of pride in her voice.

" I am tired. Let me sleep, girl, " The angel replied with a fake yawn, closing his eyes but peeking through them at the little witch, who was ready to defend herself.

" You beast! I will kill you! " The little witch cried out, holding up her sword and trying to slash at the angel. However, the angel was faster than she was, and he was able to defend himself against every move she threw at him.

The angel never attacked the little witch, but instead, he only defended himself, using his agility and strength to dodge and block her sword strikes. Finally, he reached for the chain that was binding him to the rock, and with a flick of his wrist, he tied the chain to the sword. In a split second, the sword was on the ground, and the little witch was breathing heavily, looking down at her defeated weapon.

" Now let me sleep, " he said calmly as he closed his eyes.

" One day, I will defeat you. That's a promise, " the little witch roared, not knowing that one day it would come true.

" In your dreams, " he said with a fake yawn.

" I know you're not sleepy. You just woke up from a long nap. If I wasn't here, you would have slept like that for decades, " the little witch said before picking up her sword.

" Don't worry, my little one. We'll both defeat this beast one day, " she whispered near the sword.

" What? " The angel's voice echoed throughout the wasteland.

" Nothing, " the little witch replied quickly, as she glanced around the desolate area. A faint smile appeared on the angel's face, but it vanished just as quickly as it appeared.

" Anyway, I am hungry! " The witch declared as she kept her sword close to her bag.

" There is no food here. This land is a wasteland, and you will not find anything edible here, " the angel informed her with his eyes closed. The little witch stood tall, with wide eyes, before she let out a loud scream that caused the angel to flinch.

" No food! What will I do without food! Food is my lifeline. Without food, I am nothing. I would be just a shell of my former self, wandering aimlessly with a growling stomach. Food is what keeps me going. It's my fuel, my energy source, " the witch exclaimed in a state of panic as she turned around in circles. Her eyes met with the angel who was looking at her in a peculiar manner.

" What's with that look? " The little witch asked, narrowing her eyes.

" Are you even a child? " The angel asked, glancing up and down at her.

" I am a grown woman! Who are you referring to as a child? " The witch retorted, standing up straight and trying to appear more mature.

The angel thought to himself that she looked adorable, but he kept a strange expression on his face. Suddenly, the witch's stomach growled loudly, causing her cheeks and neck to turn bright pink.

" Don't laugh! " The witch yelled, turning away from the angel and rummaging through her bag.

" I'm not laughing. It's just your imagination, " the angel replied, trying to stifle a chuckle. He expected her to yell at him again as a brat she is, but to his surprise, she remained calm.

He sat up straight, leaning on the rock and lifted his upper body, trying to sneak a peek at what she was doing. However, she was seated in such a way that he couldn't see a thing. So, he decided to clear his throat in an attempt to grab her attention. But she was so engrossed in her activities that she didn't even look up at him. Instead, she was rummaging through her bag, mumbling to herself, without even giving him a second glance.

" Yes! I've got it! " She exclaimed triumphantly as she stood up, holding a peculiar piece of cloth in her hand. The cloth looked as though it was about to tear at any moment.

" What is this? " He asked curiously, gesturing towards the things she was placing on the ground.

" I am going to survive in this land with just this food, " she said, holding a single grain in her hand and gazing at it dreamily. " You know what, this is the second thing I've created since I got my magic. I can eat an unlimited amount of food with just these grains. "

" How? " He asked, intrigued.

" I have to pass my energy through this grain, and the grain will recognize me, " she explained. " Once it does, it will transform into a celestial food that we can eat. I practiced so hard for days and months, and finally, here are my stored grains, " she said dramatically, wiping away a tear.

The little witch quickly laid down a cloth on the ground in front of the angel before placing the grains on top. In no time at all, the grains had transformed into a steaming and fragrant meal. As a hungry beast, the witch eagerly stuffed herself with the food, savoring every bite. The angel watched her with a curious gaze before joining her in the feast. After all, he had not eaten in decades and could not resist the temptation of such a delicious meal.

" Wait, I forgot to ask you, what's your name? "

The witch took another bite of the food, savoring the delicious flavor and breathing heavily as she did so. Despite being full, she didn't want to waste the food and relished every bite. She couldn't help but think that the food tasted like heaven.

Suddenly, the moment was interrupted as Angel's expression changed. His eyes darkened, his arm froze, and every cell in his body seemed to become rigid. The little witch, noticing that Angel wasn't responding, looked up at him with a worried expression. She saw that he was sitting there like a statue, with a calm but frightening expression on his face.

" What happened? " She asked, her voice filled with concern.

" Nothing, " Angel replied blankly, trying to act normal.

The little witch looked at him curiously, licking her fingers as she did so. " Anyway, " she continued, " You didn't answer my question. What's your name? "

" Lucifer, "
