(3rd Person POV)

"...not again, why can't 'those' damned leave us alone?"

"It's obvious they're looking for something... and probably until they get it, then they won't give up."

"But what do they want?"

“I don't know, and they probably won't tell us even if we ask… it must be something important”

The fact that the titans had attacked again had spread rapidly and in a few minutes, the people in charge of directing the humans in this place were gathered to discuss it.

But unlike the chaos that was spreading in various places, at most, some of these people only frowned very slightly. It almost seemed as if they were only seeing that they attack elsewhere... and not their own homes.

Or as if this didn't affect them in the least... which perhaps was the truth. After all, the most affected by all this would surely be the people they governed.

The others, seeing such a reaction, couldn't help but start to worry and begin to question him for sharing the information. It is not until after several seconds that this man seems to recover a bit that he begins to speak with the others while his eyes went from one person to another.

Then, several of the surprised people get up from the table when that information also reaches their ears. Neither could remain as calm as a minute ago.

Nervousness had invaded everyone present in the room, the situation had undoubtedly changed now... and with all eyes on him as if he were the first to be held responsible for all this, the person who had reported this had no choice to talk again to try to explain things and maybe avoid any blame for this.

“N-No… the colossal titan disappeared sometime after attacking… what collapsed the door to enter the Rose wall area is another strange titan that has appeared… although it is not as big as the other one, this one had what seemed armor on his body… those in that place couldn't stop him.”

“I don't care what made a hole in the wall Rose, the titans' advance must be stopped at all costs within that area! ”

“ Yes, if we lose that whole area now… It just won't matter if we go back to the first wall while rescuing a few individuals, the people who survive will soon die in a while because it's impossible to have enough resources with just that area!!”

“You have to prevent the advance of the titans!! All military forces must take care of it!! Even new recruits must be sent to do it!! ”

(Eren's POV)

…Things had started to get worse, while the soldiers had started to move to evacuate the citizens who were in this place and send them to a safe place, suddenly another strange titan had appeared!

It was the size of those that were around 15m, but… its body was covered in armor that seemed to be made of bone!

Because of this, it became much more difficult to deal with it! The swords that collided with that armor simply ended up breaking without being able to cause any damage. And unfortunately, the people who faced the Titan while trying to eliminate him ended up being crushed by their hands or feet.

…this was another one of the strange things about this titan, instead of taking its time eating people, he just moved forward leaving bodies around him of the people who tried to stop it.

It was as if this one had a goal... but this sounded crazy since until now I hadn't heard of an intelligent titan... they were supposed to only move by instinct to eat people!

And soon my thoughts seemed to be right!!

It didn't take long for me to realize that this titan was moving directly towards the gate that leads into the second wall! If they didn't stop him, things would surely get much worse!

His presence was quickly noticed, so the people who were now crowding that gate to try to get inside the second wall went into chaos! On the other hand, the soldiers there moved to try to eliminate it… which, was a futile effort for them. They just ended up being crushed as it moved forward!!

Finally making a run straight for the door, after what seemed like an explosion where the bodies of many of the people who were in the place went flying, that titan had managed to break down that door even though they had managed to close it.

Simply the body of that titan was like a heavy fortress in movement... that door seemed so fragile before the push of all the mass of that body.

“W-We have to prevent more titans from advancing inside the second wall. We must resist until they somehow manage to block the hole that has been created! ”

...at first, we the new recruits who were still in military training had been ordered to fall back... to put it simply, we had been evacuated just like other citizens.

I had mixed feelings about this… I also wanted to fight just like others, but seeing how many of the soldiers ended up being devoured, I couldn't help but feel a little relieved just like many in our group!

Sadly, this changed when the titans started to enter the Wall Rose area! Now we had been given the order to follow other soldiers to try to prevent our enemies from continuing to invade the human territory!

Interestingly… we had been assigned a new captain. The previous one, mysteriously disappeared before we knew it... it is presumed that perhaps he escaped somewhere to avoid having to fight against the titans. If he appears later, he will surely have to face a military trial.

Anyway, I have to say I'm a little glad about that... that person didn't seem very trustworthy, so I was a little thankful that he's not the one in charge here. After all, one bad decision or instruction from our leader would probably mean death for our group!

Well, the new captain still looked a bit nervous, but he certainly gave off a bit more confidence than the old one. The faces of the others were a bit calmer now… yes, just a bit. Most of them still had pale faces and even they can't stop their bodies from shaking a bit as we advanced toward the titans!

It couldn't be helped, it was the first time that we would fight with those things!!

Anyway… seeing these three moving forward together with us, I can't help but feel a bit calmer now.
