"And they call me dramatic."
The four men swivelled their heads to see the young woman dressed in black and red, sitting on a low roof-top. She had one one arm resting on a propped up knee as the other dangled off the roof. She was eating a what looked like a... kebab? Oh, and she was very, very, very heavily armed.
The three werewolves on the ground watched as Tomei put the sandwich down and licked her fingers. She then pushed herself off the railing and landed in a decent crouch which she immediately bounced back from and walked up to the gentlemen.
"You must be Chris Argent." Tomei said. "My condolences for your wife."
"Aurora Tomei." Argent spoke. "Also formerly known as Agent Blackbird. Worked as a spy for the Sicilian mafia turned mercenary until you defected over to the FBI Special Ops unit where you worked for ten years and were recorded with twice that many hits."
"I also do kids parties." She with a bright grin. Scott and Isaac shared a look, unable to believe what they had just heard. Violeta's aunt used to be a spy? For the MAFIA?
It also didn't seem real since she reached behind her and pulled out a small box and put a strip into her mouth. "Gum?" She offered.
"I'm here for Jackson."
"Somehow I don't feel that very comforting." Derek turned to the younger wolves. "Get him inside." With that, Tomei nodded at Derek and ran and jumped up to pull herself onto a platform and climb back onto he roof once more.
"Where are you going?"
"It's called securing the location." She said as she disappeared into the shadows. Derek paused, wondering how he had suddenly teamed up with a former spy slash mercenary slash FBI agent who still remained every bit the awkward extrovert he remembered from high school.
He walked in and when Scott asked where Peter and Lydia were, he said they were past this. Scott yelled out when Derek unzipped the bag and was about to kill Jackson only for Jackson to stab first.
Tomei heard the screams and ditched her position the move to where the yell came from. She looked down and frowned when she Derek Dirty Dancing up in the air. She tilted her head and saw the lizard-man who was soon to be flying lizard-man stand up from the bag.
"Everyone's just coming back from the dead these days." Tomei sighed. "Here, we go. Maximum effort." She pulled out a gun and clipped the safety off. Closing one eye to get the aim right, she pulled back and the buzz filled the tense air as the bullet lodged itself in the lizard. She then dropped down to the ground silently and pulled a sword from behind her. She leaped and used the car to jump off and around the old white dude in the black coat and lodge the katana down the creature, the end of the blade finding itself lodged in into the ground.
She heard Scott scream out a "No!" but she didn't pay it any mind. She had aimed both bullet and stab to incapacitate, not kill. As expected, Derek fell to the ground at the painful sting of the electrified bullet and the stab of the katana kept the kanima in place. She then pulled out a gun and aimed it directly at the old man's face.
"I know you have a vendetta against Tall, Dark and Mysterious and normally I would leave Vi to all the teen wolf drama but I realised Hale has nice eyes and so now I can't let you kill him."

Tomei frowned when she heard it. She moved her gun slightly to the left and shot before the Argent girl could shoot. Tomei remembered Vi saying her name was Allison and that she was annoyingly nice. She frowned seeing the amateur black outfit and the amateur crossbow.
"Allison?" Scott asked, Tomei's shot exposing her hidden position. Allison abandoned the element of surprise and there was whizz in the air as she shot her bow. Tomei stepped aside but unfortunately the other one, Isaac, still got hit. Scott rushed to his aid and Tomei moved, firing her gun. She shot Gerard one in his lower thigh, happy that he fell to the ground, unable to do anything further.
Tomei knew this then painted a target on her as the young hunter shot another arrow at her. Tomei brought her other katana from her back and sliced the small arrow in mid-air. To show that she shouldn't be messed with, she did some extra extravagant wrist work and held out her hands in attack position. Then she stood up and called out the darkness.
"Hey, Allison, is it? Yeah, I just want to say you're like twelve and need to relax. Maybe play with some dolls instead of a crossbow. I saw this nice kid's kitchen set on sale and—"
There was gunshots. She looked back to see that the kanima was pushing itself up from the katana she had lodged into its back. "Oh, now that's just nasty."
At her distraction, Allison charged with a knife. Tomei looked back just in time and sighed. She ditched her sword on the ground and decided in a little fist action. She used her elbow to block Allison's attack and used her momentum to spun her around and grab her wrist. She applied the sufficient pressure and the knife clattered the ground. Allison brought her hand to her mouth and bit down.
Tomei cried out and pushed the girl away. "Did you seriously just bite me? Seriously? It's like you want me to make jokes about your age!" With that she rushed forward. Allison charged forward also, pulling out yet another knife. Tomei fell down to her knee and spun, sticking out her leg to sweep Alison to the floor. She cartwheeled over her, grabbing the other knife and landing next to Gerard.
So she stabbed it into his other leg for good measure.
"Now, whilst this has been fun, I do see that it's getting intense with the lizard-thing over in the other room so..." Tomei stood up and touched her wrist. A small dart shot itself into Allison's leg and the hunter felt herself fall to the ground, her eyes rolling back as she fell unconscious.
"And I still got it." Tomei said, snapping her fingers and doing a little dance. It was then that Derek called out to her.
"Could use a little help here!" She looked and saw that Derek, Isaac and Scott had all fully shifted into their werewolf form and were ganging up on the kanima. She frowned and leaned against the car. She looked at Gerard who looked worse for wear on the ground, unable to walk or even stand from her attacks. "What do you think?" She asked, crossing her arms as she spoke so casually, as if they were discussing sports.
"You're a murderer."
"Nah, I'm actually a Capricon." She said. "Good guess though." Seeing Isaac get thrown across the room made her sigh. She was glad for wearing gloves when she picked up the katana she had stabbed the lizard-man with. She leaned down to where Gerard was. "Hope you don't mind." She said, using his fancy, designer looking jacket to wipe clean her blade. She picked the other one and sheathed it. She then picked up Allison's two blades, liking them. "I'm keeping these. I mean, she did try to kill me with them so I think it's fitting. Symbolic." She stood up and rolled her eyes. "Write about that in your English essays."

She walked into the other room in time to see Derek do a nice back flip which was useless since the kanima caught his blow and used it to fling him across the room. Scott was a little smarter which his attack but still managed to get thrown.
Tomei knew it would take all she got and emptied the four remaining darts into the kanima as she walked forward, arm stretched out. It didn't incapacitate it like it did with Allison, a human teenage girl, but it appeared to somewhat slow it down. She spun her wrists and pulled out her katanas and set to work.
"Okay I don't know how to actually kill this thing!" She yelled out to the werewolves, ducking under another blow and managing to slice a deep cut across it's leg. "Only distracting it for you guys!" She added. One of her katanas was grabbed by the stupid tale and at the momentary shock of having a blade ripped from her, she was kicked backwards.
It was then that she saw Allison crouching by her grandfather's side, pulling out the blade in his leg. "The damn things went off!" She cried, now thinking that kanima hadn't actually didn't seem to be that affected by her darts.
Was that the placebo effect?
She couldn't think about that or Allison and Gerard or her darts because the kanima jumped on top of her. She reached for a gun and pressed it to its chin and blasted the entire clip. The kanima rolled off and Tomei felt her chest rising and falling.
"Maybe I did know how to kill it." She said, rolling over to push herself up from the ground. Her eyes met Derek's now red ones. She walked over to where he was and went to help him up. "Is it dead?" He asked her.
There was a screech.
"Of for—" Tomei cut herself off. "I did not sign up for this."
Her katanas lay in two different areas. She looked at Derek who nodded at her, understanding what she needed. He went forward, doing some other extravagant attack while she rolled over to where the nearest katana lay. She called out to the werewolf who was being held by neck by the kanima. She threw it and it spun in the air. She had perfectly timed it so that the handle safely landed in his hand. He stabbed it with the kanima and managed to get the upper hand.
Not sparing any time, Tomei rushed to where the other one lay and went to Isaac was getting up from the ground and Allison had stabbed him several time on the back. She ran and jumped and kicked the girl in side. "Never hit an abused kid!" Tomei yelled. Allison and Tomei faced each other off once more.
"Give me back my knife." Allison seethed.
"Why?" Tomei asked. "You're apparently in endless supply." She gestured to the two hands in Allison's hands. The girl said nothing, only letting out a grunt which turned to a scream as she charged at Tomei.
Tomei, having enough of this little girl, darted out her hand and hit her square in the neck. Next was the back of her legs and then a punch to the face. Just for good measure, for Isaac. Allison landed on the ground, in complete pain and Gerard walked up. Tomei glanced over and saw that the kanima had Derek by the neck, holding him up in the air by his tail.
Tomei was just about to reach for another gun when Derek managed to barely shake his head and let out a short "No." Scot came to stand next to her and Allison struggled to bring herself up from the floor.
"Ah, perfect." Gerard said, limping his way over to where the kanima brought him Derek. "Just how I want you."
"You don't want to kill him." Scott said. Tomei glanced over, seeing the younger werewolf help Isaac up from the ground.
"You know?" Gerard asked. Then his face relaxed into one of understanding. "It was that night outside the hospital when you found out. When I threatened your mother. You could smell it."
"Smell what? The smell of urine and old people?" Tomei supplied to which Isaac then helpfully clarified that Gerard was dying. "Dying?" Tomei asked. "Oh, well, not going to lie that's a relief."
"Yes, I am dying." Gerard said, locking eyes with his son who had apparently regained consciousness. She looked at him wondering where Chris Argent had been half the fight.
"I have been for a while now." The old man added. "Unfortunately, science doesn't have a cure for cancer yet. But the supernatural does." With that, Gerard stared down at Derek. Allison felt her heart break as she suddenly realised what her grandfather had been planning all along. Tomei rolled her eyes, leaning on a nearby post as she watched the melodrama play out.
"You're a monster!" Chris spat.
"Not yet." Gerard said.
"Hold on! Time out, time out!" Tomei called, forming her hands into a 'T' shape as she moved around. "You made Allison's mother kill herself because she was bitten but suddenly it's okay for you to be seek out the bite because you're... what? An old guy who's sick? I mean, sorry Allison's mother had a daughter and husband... life's just run it's course with your old ass I'm afraid."
"Yes but an alpha lives longer."
"Oh, so you're going to take the bite and kill Derek?" She asked, looking at the wolf on the floor. She frowned and looked at Gerard like he had grown another head. "Where in God's name do you get the ideas of your plans from? Blade?"
"Tomei." Derek called, shifting back to his normal, human face. She looked at him and he shook his head once more. She wanted to ask what that meant but she knew. He was telling her to stop. To stop stalling.
Stiles had been attacked by Gerard and so there was no way Violeta would leave him for anything.
In short, no one was coming to and save them. This was happening.
"Scott." Gerard said. The younger werewolf slowly shifted his face back to normal. He looked regretful at Derek as the kanima walked over to him and dropped the alpha into his grasp. Tomei moved to where Isaac was, seeing the cuts from silver not healing as quick. She dropped to the ground and moved the werewolf into her grasp, trying to make him a little comfortable.
"Might as well get comfortable to the most... uncomfortable thing we'll ever see this week." Tomei explained to him. "And probably next week."
Scott grabbed Derek by the back of the next and moved to where Gerard was. He pulled Dereks head back exposing his teeth and Gerard put his forearm to the alpha's mouth, forcing the bite.
She looked down at Isaac who had the same expression as her. She wrinkled her nose and further commented, "It's like a weird German porno."
The werewolf found himself chuckling.
Especially when Gerard held out his hand as a trophy to show everyone, there was a loud ring and some beat began playing with the words, "I fly like paper! Get high like planes! If you catch me at the border, I got visas in my name!"
Everyone turned to where Tomei pulled out her ringing phone. She answered the call and frowned. Isaac head her mutter, 'no caller ID?' and answer.
"Hello?" Silence. "Oh, no thank you. I'm already ensured with another company. Thank-Thank-Thank you! No, thank you!" She hung up and waved her phone to everyone, explaining, "Telemarketer. Sorry, what were we talking about? Oh, you're apparently taking over the world with— uh, dude you're bleeding black blood."
Gerard looked down and saw the black dripping out of the bite. "What is this? What did you do?" He practically seethed in anger.
"Everyone always said Gerard had a plan." Scott spoke up. "I had a plan too." At these words, Gerard went to his pocket and pulled out a small glass container. Tomei looked down at Isaac who's head was in her lap.
"What's that?" She whispered.
"It's for his meds." Isaac whispered back.
Gerard spilled out the pills into his hands and crushed them. Tomei saw the familiar black dust which Gerard confirmed when he yelled out, "Mountain ASH!" He then dropped to his knees as the pain set in. Tomei recoiled when she saw the familiar sign and, "Oh dear God."
Gerard threw up black liquid everywhere.
"Now that's just disturbing."
"Probably will be the most uncomfortable thing we'll see this month." Isaac commented, looking up at Tomei who didn't meet his eyes, only nodding with a disgusted look.
"I'm not cleaning that up." She said, shaking her head.
Gerard dropped to the ground and everyone watched in horror, well everyone but Tomei who yawned, bored. Derek asked Scott he didn't tell him to which Scott said that while he wasn't an alpha, "you're not my alpha."
"I fly like paper! Get high like planes! If you catch me at the border, I got visas in my name!"
Tomei pulled out her phone and answered it with a huff. "Hello? No! I already talked to you before! I don't— No, listen to me! I'm fine! No I don't care about your 80% success rate!" She pulled back and hung up and looked up to see everyone staring at her.
"What?" She asked. "It's not my fault I get a lot telemarketer calls. I get Gerard just died but what? I'm supposed to not answer my phone?"
"Does Violeta know?" Chris asked, stepping forward and changing the subject. Scott looked over at Tomei on the ground when he spoke.
"She gave me the idea." He answered and Tomei was surprised at that information but then shrugged.
"Aren't you mad?" Isaac said, making her look down. "That she didn't tell you?" He clarified.
"No, my dear Isaac." She said brushing hair out of his face. "It's best to not butt into Violeta's business. Trust me." There was a gagging sound and everyone saw Gerard push himself back up. "Of for Christ's sake. Is everyone coming back from the dead today?"
"Kill them!" Gerard said, spitting out black liquid. "Kill them all!"
Tomei sighed. "Look away, kid," she said and pulled out a gun from one of her thigh holsters. She flicked the switch off and pulled the trigger, and blood spurted out from the side of Gerard's head as her bullet hit him right above his ear. "Now... there is now way he can come back to life."
Allison elbowed the kanima in the face but it ducked and swiped its tail to knock the back of her legs and make her fall to the ground. Tomei frowned, tilting her head as she heard the sound of a speeding car. Before the kanima could rush forward, a familiar blue Jeep had rushed forward.
"Aaaaaand that happened." Tomei muttered. Deciding it was time to stand up, she moved up, hoisting Isaac with her to see the scene unfold.
Tomei saw Stiles and Violeta and a red-head in a backseat. "Did I get him?!" Stiles asked, looking at Violeta. She patted him and jumped out. She waved her hands and the earth shot up and grabbed the lizard's legs, trapping it there as the red-head shot forward and passed the lizard a... key?
What?
"Jackson!" She said, handing the key to the lizard who had visibly started to shift back to tis human form upon seeing the girl and the key. When 90% of scaly skin had disappeared, both the Hale men had rushed forward with their claws.
Tomei frowned, not understanding what was going on. Violeta also apparently didn't as well as she spread out her hands and both men were flung back on opposite sides. The red-head girl rushed forward, calling out the name, "Jackson!" once more.
"You..." he said, "do you still?"
"I do." She replied, "I do, I do still— I do still love you. I do. I do still love you, I do." The boy leaned forward, his head coming to her shoulder. She embraced him, continuing to murmur that she still loved him. Tomei watched as Scott grabbed Allison's hand an came to stand next to Scott and Allison who were already doing to the same. Derek had come to stand next to her and Isaac continued to lean into her side. Standing there, altogether, they watched a truly heart-breaking scene unfold. Even Tomei, with her mouth and not knowing who these two people actually where, still felt her eyes prickle and mouth go dry.
