We had decided Bella was too unstable to bring to the Rez, seeing as she spent 3 hours puking that night. With Carlisle's encouragement and Bella's willingness to try anything Sue was coming over today, seeing as the shop was closed today. Paul, Leah, and Seth would be with her. So would Emily and Alex. Conner was officially on Vivian duty since I was on Bella duty and Alex wouldn't hold the baby. I heard Sue's truck pull into the driveway and went to go welcome them in.

"This way." I muttered leading them to where Bella was sitting. Sue passed me and went straight to Bella's side kneeling in front of her.

"How are you little one?" She asked Bella lowly.

"Tired." Bella replied with a small smile. I looked around the room. Andrew was staying at the new house seeing as normal pregnancy freaked him out. Alice, Jasper, and Calvin were off working on a cabin for Bella and Edward. Edward was off hunting, sent away by Bella. And Seth was staring at Bree who was reading a book. I nudged Paul who saw what I saw and grinned.

"Hey Seth take a lap it's to crowed here to do any real healing." He told Seth. "Howl if anything looks weird." Seth nodded and moved to go.

"Hey Bree go with Seth." I suggested. "Take a lap too get some air. Let Sue work her magic." She looked at then to Seth and back, I nodded and she got up to follow him outside.

"You two are too old to be meddling." Emily scolded once they were out of the house.

"Let me enjoy some simple pleasures here huh?" I asked and she just shook her head going to sit with Sue and Bella.

"We're gonna go hunt." Emmett said nodding to Rose. "You'll be alright?" I nodded and he kissed my forehead before fist bumping Paul, Leah, and Alex.

"You guys make me sick." Leah mumbled and Alex slapped her arm. "I'm just saying." She defended herself, while Paul and I just laughed.

"You four out!" Sue said looking at us. I looked at Bella and she nodded so I smiled and we went outside, leaving Bella with Sue, Emily, Carlisle, and Esme.

"You're mom is scary." Paul said once we were outside sitting on the steps and Leah nodded.

"So Seth and Bree?" Alex asked and I nodded. "That's so cute." She squealed.

"I know." I sighed. "But we can't force anything on them."

"But you just sent them off together?"

"Just so they can hopefully be friends at least." I tell her. "Just to see if they could be more if they wanted."

"True."

"But they would be cute." Leah says. "And they could braid each others hair." Alex nods. "Plus it's good to focus on them over everything with Bella."

"Can you believe she's actually fucking pregnant?" Alex asks. "I mean I know made jokes

About wrapping it but seriously?"

"That's what I said!"

"The soul is pure." Sue told us as we stood in the kitchen, Edgar was sitting in the other room with Bella. "It means no harm to Bella."

"So the baby's just incompatible with her body?" Carlisle asked her.

"Essentially. The good thing is since it's not trying to actually kill her and won't be a menace to society, all we need to do is figure out how to keep Bella healthy enough to survive."

"And you couldn't figure out how long she'll be pregnant for?"

"Not exactly, but since the soul was readable it seems a little more than the halfway mark, maybe 5ish months."

"So we have a gender?" I ask and she shakes her head.

"Spirit's and souls have no gender Celeste."

"Yea I know." I mutter. "Thank you for coming and doing this."

"Anything for you girls. You're family."

"Can I talk to you?" Edwards asks me while we sit around Bella who's playing cards with Seth and Paul. The others had all gone home and Bree was hiding from Seth, in a cute shy way, not a he's a Jacob level ass way. "Alone?"

"Ew." Seth mutters looking Eggward up and down.

"Whatever." I mutter getting up.

"Don't kill him." Emmett jokes but I know he's serious, I smile at him and follow Egg into the woods.

"I'm sorry." He says after we're far enough that no one in the house can hear us. "I know it's late and it doesn't mean anything to you but I am sorry. For leaving Bella and making Emmett leave. For everything truly."

"Okay." I start. Didn't expect this. "Is that everything? Or is it something else?"

"If the baby kills her will you kill me?"

"Didn't we just go over this whole suicide storyline before?" I ask. "And what about the baby? You're gonna leave it with no mom or dad?"

"I can't love it if it kills her."

"That's fucked." I get it but still.

"You and Emmett can raise the baby. It'll probably be better off then with me as a father."

"I don't want kids."

"You wouldn't let anyone else raise the baby." He says with a small smile. "Especially not Rosalie." I hate that he's right. And despite me telling Bella I wouldn't raise the baby I would. It wouldn't call me mom though.

"You should try therapy sometime. Suicide seems to be your only real way of coping."

"So is that a yes?"

"Sure."

"Thank you."

"We need to figure out how to get food into her system." Carlisle says while we watch Bella gag at that juice Paul gave her. "She's becoming malnourished."

"Oh wow we had no idea." Emily said while she cut up something to give Bella. "It's not like we have eyes." Emily was here because Sue was a busy medicine women who had others to tend too, and since Emily is Sam's wife she was to be the next one. So she was here to check on Bella and try to help soothe her aches and pains.

"You don't have to be here." Alice snaps.

"Neither do you." I say. "In fact go away you're no help." Emmett and Jasper are once again standing between us trying to keep a fight from breaking out.

"Guys the fighting isn't good for Bella." Esme says trying to meditate.

"The fetus isn't good for Bella." Alice says.

"Baby. It's just a little baby." Rosalie says from where she's sitting next to Bella and Paul. "Just say the word baby."

"We don't know that." Why Alice doesn't just shut up is beyond me.

"We also don't know otherwise." Calvin argues. "So how about we all shut up unless we have an idea on how to feed Bella and the baby."

"It's probably looking for something to sink its teeth into." Seth jokes.

"Could it work?" Edward asks Carlisle and the wolves and Emily pale.

"I was joking." Seth says.

"It could work." Carlisle says thinking it over.

"If it's hungry for blood it's not gonna want a bear." Emmett points out. "It's going want human blood Carlisle."

"I have some O negative set aside for Bella." Carlisle tells him and Emily looks at me.

"Medical malpractice is a norm here don't worry." I tell her, she shakes her head before biting into a apple slice. "What do you think Bells. Care for a Bloody Mary?"

"I'll try anything." She says and we nod.

"Let's go for a walk." Alice tells Jasper as Carlisle goes to get the cup of blood ready for Bella. I look at Emmett and he just nods and sits down.

"Bree and Seth take a hike." I tell them. "Go play tag or something." The two of them nod before disappearing. I watch as Carlisle pours the blood into one of the crystal glasses they have. "Give her a bendy straw." I joke and Emily just pulls one out of the draw and hands it to Carlisle. "Nice."

I go stand with Emmett as we all watch Carlisle bring the blood over to Bella. She takes it from him and looks over at us, I nod and she takes a sip.

"Tastes... good." She mumbles before drinking more.

"Oh ew." Paul says trying to move away but Bella is holding his arm. He's her personal space heater. "Onyx help me here."

"No." I say making a heart with my hands. "Love you though." Emmett laughs and shakes his head. "Well it definitely sounds like it's helping." I say hearing her pulse.

"And look her cheeks." Carlisle added pointing out the color returning. "It's working."

"I'm gonna vomit." Emily whispers behind us and Emmett laughs softly.

"We'll since you're feeling better you should tell Onyx what you've decided." Paul tells her still trying to pull away from her sucking down the blood.

"No Andy needs to be here too." Bella says shaking her head.

"Good luck with that." I mumble. "Come on Bella I'm the important one and I'm here."

"No. You have to wait for Andy."

"Fine."
