Yeye was all teary and seemed like he would burst into tears anytime.

"Ge, w-why isn't my mommy back ?"

Xu Ying nervously coaxed him as much as he could, " Young master, I think they're on their way back. Let's be a little more patient, okay?"

Bai Yuan came down from the carriage following Wang Yiheng. It was already night but the lights inside the inn were so bright that the road was bright and visible. Shortly, they entered the inn. Yiheng ordered Xu Ying to carry the luggage inside and picked up Yeye from him.

"Greetings, distinguished travelers. I hope you didn't have trouble finding the route to our inn!" A young man dressed in a tidy uniform came quickly as soon as they entered the main lobby.

Number Ten showed Wang Yiheng the way to the reception and bow-ed before going to Xu Ying and taking the luggage from him.

The receptionist quickly bow-ed and replied with sincerity, "Greetings, honorable traveler, Sun. Zunyi Inn has arranged the best suite available at the moment for your stay. We hope you'll enjoy your time here."

Finally, the four of them reached their rooms and then a serious problem arrived.

Yeye angrily threw his small fists in the air, "NO! NO! No! Yeye will sleep with his mommy!"

Bai Yuan was also on his team, "Exactly, I want to share my room with my son!"

Yeye sucked on his finger, "Me too! Yeye stays with mommy!"

"You should freshen up before we go downstairs to eat something."

As if to calm down his thumping heart desperately, Bai Yuan jumped up and made a sprint toward the washroom. The washroom was at the end of the lobby. Bai Yuan thought as he walked through the lobby,

While walking, Bai Yuan passed by the other premium room which was next to theirs. When he was passing, he saw a person come out of the room. The person was a male but he was really good-looking. He had long silky brown hair, paired with dark black eyes. There was a small mole under his right eye which looked attractive, summed up with his other enchanting features. When Bai Yuan briefly stopped in his steps to admire his good, the other person responded with a smile and gracefully walked away.

Bai Yuan came back after changing his clothes, and eventually, the other two also got changed. He helped Yeye wipe his face with a wet towel and changed him into his night suit.

"All ready! Shall we go and have dinner?"

Yeye cheerfully exclaimed, "Yay, Dinner!"

The restaurant was on the first floor and Bai Yuan and Wang Yiheng's rooms were on the third floor. It didn't take long before reaching the restaurant. As soon as they entered, the mouthwatering fragrance of freshly cooked warm food rushed to their nose. Bai Yuan's stomach growled in response, "Ugh, I'm so hungry!"

Ten came running, "Masters, please come this way. I'll guide you to your table." Ten led them to a private room and helped them sit down comfortably.

To save hassles, four of them sat at the same table, and soon the maids entered with dishes and started to arrange them on the wide table.

At last, Yeye burped and let everyone know the fact that he was already full. Bai Yuan took a cloth to wipe Yeye's stained mouth and helped him drink some water. By that time, Xu Ying had already eaten his meal. Yiheng and he exchanged glances between themselves and soon after that Xu Ying got up.

"You highness, I'm done with my eating, let me take care of the young master."

Bai Yuan gave Yeye to him, "That'll be a great help, Xu Ying. Yeye, go play with brother Xu."

Yeye was reluctant to leave but in the end, he went away while sulking in Xu Ying's sturdy arms."

"Finally, time to eat. Your majesty, are you done also?" Bai Yuan turned to Yiheng. He noticed, all the food was already cold and somehow lacked its previous appetizing sight.

He sadly gnawed on his chopsticks and thought while looking at the dishes in front of him, should I order some more food or should I tell them to re-heat?

As if he knew what was going on inside Bai Yuan's mind, Yiheng opened his mouth to speak, "I've already asked someone to reheat the food. They'll arrive soon."

Yuan looked at him with eyes full of thankfulness, "That's really thoughtful of your majesty! By the way, you didn't answer my question."

In the private room, a silhouette moved and picked up a piece of cabbage roll with chopsticks. He took a big bite of the roll and voiced excitedly, "Mmm! That's why I keep coming back to this city! It has the best delicacies I've ever had!"

The man had blonde hair and light brown eyes which was rare for the natives. He picked up his cup of wine and sipped on it in contentment. There was another person in the room beside him. It was the man Bai Yuan met before. He got up from his seat and instead sat on the blond man's lap. He purposely let loose his robes and made them slip down from his slender shoulders, revealing his pale collarbones. He spoke with a passionate tone, "By delicacies, does Master Song mean food only?"

With his finger, he intentionally traced out the outline of the man's lips, whom he referred to as Master Song. Song Xu wrapped his waist with his arm and pulled him closer, "Jia-er, don't play with fire."

Jia didn't stop there and moved to escalate things further by starting to nibble on Song Xu's wine-soaked lips. He was desperately attempting to seduce Song Xu with everything he had. He was almost convinced that he had done his job perfectly, but gradually the situation would heat up more. Jia proposed to Song Xu, "Shall we head to our room?"

But Song Xu seemed like his mind was occupied by something else. He let loose the grip on Jia's waist and coldly replied, "Let's finish the food first."

Jia bit on his nails disappointedly and reluctantly went back to his seat. He picked up the filled bottle of wine in front of him and drank all of it at once.

Regardless, Song Xu wasn't paying any attention at all. He stared at the open door as if he was looking forward to seeing something or someone, but then he retreated his gaze and again continued to finish his meal.
