"Hello??"
(sighed) Finally..
"Hello Brian, I was calling you so many times. Are you busy?"
"Uhm... Oo eh, bakit may kailangan ka ba?"
"Mm wala naman. I just want to check on you, asan ka?"
"Nasa opisina, marami kasi akong inaasikaso."
"*nodded" Mm.. Miss na kasi kita Brian and hindi ka manlang bumibisita dito. Could you come over later? "
(silence)
" Brian?? " I called.
" U-uhm, pasensya na Regina. Marami kasi talaga akong inaasikaso sa opisina. "
" O-okay fine... Maybe just some other time. "I utter.
" Ah sige na Regina... Pasensya na talaga. "
" It's fine... Byee.. "
" I love you. "I added but he dropped the call already.
" ARRRGHHHHHH!!!! "I madly shouted sabay lapag ng telepono.
" Regina bakit anong nangyare? "Ali asked curiously.
" Hindi manlang nya ako mabigyan ng kahit kunting oras Ali...but it's okay, maybe I could adjust for him tutal ako naman ang nanliligaw sakanya. And I will not stop not until I make him mine."
" R-regina hindi mo naman kailangang ipagpilitan ang sarili mo sakanya, kung mahal ka talaga nya sya mismo ang gagawa ng paraan, what if napipilitan lang din sayo si Brian?? "
I slowly turn around facing him.
" NAPIPILITAN?? Saakin?? —at bakit? I have everything, I'm a lawyer, daughter of business man, i am successful and I'm beautiful, so tell me anong wala Saakin na mayroon ang iba? Anong wala Saakin na meron si Narda?? "
He becomes silent so I smirked.
"I know he likes her but she doesn't feel the same... Brian should stop forcing his self to Narda. I want him to stop and I will do everything to make it happen." I seriously added.
"SIR, MANIWALA NAMAN KAYO PLEASE, HINDI AKO YUN! SIR!"

"Ano yan?" tanong ko sabay tayo.
"Sir, eto ho yung nang ho-holdap saka nang rape noong nakaraang araw. " sagot ng isa sa pulis na naka hawak sa lalakeng naka posas.
"S-sir hindi nga ako yun maniwala naman kayo!" paki usap ng lalake.
"Anong hindi? Kitang-kita sa cctv ang mukha mo!"
"Sir impossible! Nasa trabaho ako noong araw na yun. Sir Brian, hindi talaga ako yun kahit mamatay pa ako." sabi nito na para bang sigurado sya sa sinasabi nya.
" Ikulong mo na yan! Nag eexplain pa eh may ebidensya na nga." sabat naman ng isa.
"Sige na pasok na!"pinasok naman na ito sa loob ng selda.
" Anong problema? "tanong ni ninong.
" Samuel??! "naiiyak na tawag ng isang ginang habang papasok ng presinto kaya hindi na ako maka sagot sa tanong. May kasama pa itong isang ginang at isang lalake.
" Ma'am ano ho yun? "tanong ko.
" Si Samuel. Yung asawa ko. Hindi ho sya yun, hindi po totoo na sya ang gumawa noon. Nasa trabaho ho sya, umuwi naman ho sya agad. Kahit tanungin nyo pa yung kapitbhay. "
" Sir, totoo ho yun. Nakita ko pa nga syang umuwi ng oras na yun kaya nakapagtataka kung panu sya nakita sa lugar na yun. "
" Sa araw din po na sinasabi na nang rape sya, nasa bahay ho namin sya noon. Dun pa nga sya natulog dahil lasing sya, hindi naman sya Lumabas ng bahay. "sabi pa ng lalake." Eto ho oh, mag picture pa nga kami. "sabay pakita nya ng cellphone.
Tiningnan ko naman ang litrato, chineck ko din ang detalye nito gaya ng oras at araw kung kelan kinuha ang litrato.

" Pero paano sya nakita sa cctv ng ganoong oras at araw? "

naiiyak na sabi ng babaeng iniinterview sa TV.
"ANO??" reaksyon ni ninong saka sya tumingin sakin.
Kagabi??
"ASAN NA YUNG PULIS NA YUN?!!" galit na sabi ng di bababa sa limang babae, at isang matanda pagka pasok ng station. Napa tayo ako sa kinauupuan.
Nakita naman ako agad ng isa.
"IKAW!! AKALA KO BA NAMAN MATINO KANG PULIS EH HAYOP KA PALA EH!" sabay lapit ng babae.
"Oo nga! Bastos!"
"T-te-teka lang ho, ano hong problema??" tamang tanong ni ninong.
"Yan! Yang Pulis na yan, hinaras ako kagabi! Binantaan pa ako na papatayin pag nag sumbong ako!"
"Lahat ng benta ko kinuha nya. Yung pang bili ng gamot ng asawa k-ko." sabi naman ng isang lolo.
"Te-teka lang ho, wala ho akong ginagawa—"
"Oh tingnan mo sinungaling! May picture pa tayo nung Gabi, eto oh!" sabay pakita ng cellphone. Tinitigan ko naman ng mabuti ang picture na para bang ipinako ako sa kinatatayuan. "OH diba ikaw yan?!"
"Bryan?? Ano toh??"
" Nong— hindi ko ho alam." naguguluhang sagot ko habang lahat ng pulis na kasama ko sa opisina nakatingin sakin.
Hindi ako yun...

Invest yourself in a mix of political intrigue, complex characters, even more complex relationships, with drama born from conflict and dispute, and just good old death. Enjoy.
