It has been one week since Io and Ilyas had confessed their genuine feelings for each other and were now officially a couple.

The Joshi Judas was getting her make up done for tonight's show while a cute smile planted her face. Her two young mentees Cora Jade and Roxanne Perez took notice and were curious.

Roxanne: Io-sensei, what's with the smile?

Cora: that's the biggest smile you ever got

Io: oh girls, I want to tell you about something

Cora: does it happen to involve a certain Filipino Descendant?

Cora smirked as she teased the Genius of the Sky while Io giggled and blushed as she nodded.

Io: hai. Cora-san, Roxy-san... Ilyas-kun is my boyfriend!

Cora and Roxanne squealed as they were happy for the female Superstar who showed them the ropes of NXT.

Cora: aww Io, we're so happy for you

Io: arigato, we'll see each other later, but tonight we have some Toxic business to take care of

Cora and Roxanne nodded as they strategize on who will target Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne for the NXT Women's Tag Team titles and Mandy Rose for the NXT Women's title.

Meanwhile, the A-Champion Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams had called out Ilyas and challenged him in a tag team match tonight as the North American Champion was still a little upset that Ilyas pinned him from their last encounter. The Descendant has not called upon Gunther, Kaiser or Vinci since he handled his business on his own, but he had a huge target on his back as not only Hayes and Williams have their eyes on him, but also the Arrogant Aussie Grayson Waller as he talk trash of the Descendant on Twitter along with Von Wagner.

NXT was live from the Capitol Wrestling Center and the said tag team match was the first bout of the evening. The NXT North American Champion and his cohort were in the ring waiting for Ilyas.

The Descendant made his entrance while he stared down at the two arrogant young stars. Ilyas got in the ring all on his own while Trick taunted on where his tag team partner is.

Trick: where your partner at, dawg? Huh, where is he?

However, their arrogant grins instantly faded a familiar theme.

The crowd popped and stood up as Ilyas' surprise partner was none other than his mentor, the Ring General himself. Ilyas was surprised and thought that Imperium had moved on to the main roster.

Ilyas and Gunther stared at each other and nodded as they unleash an attack on Hayes and Williams. The bell rang as the Ring General threw Williams out of the ring as the legal men are Ilyas and Hayes. The Descendant unleashed punches on the A-Champion while on the outside, Gunther threw Trick over the barricade to isolate him for a while.

(Meanwhile, in the back)

Io was in her locker room putting on her attire top while she is watching the match and was also surprised that Gunther has returned as her boyfriend's tag team partner.

Io: come on Ilyas-kun, come on babe

(Back in the ring)

Ilyas and Gunther worked together to keep the champion away from Williams.

However, the tables turned in Hayes and Williams' favor as Trick tripped up Rizal by grabbing his foot. Hayes took advantage of the distraction as he went to the top turnbuckle to hit a diving leg drop he calls Nothing But Net. However, Ilyas countered with a midair vicious chop, making Hayes writhe in pain.

Ilyas crawled to his side to tag in the vicious Ring General while Hayes looks to tag in Williams. Both men made their tags, and Williams lunged at the General, but Gunther ducked and fires back with his vicious knife edge chop, in which the impact echoed the arena, Gunther looked down in disdain and then turned to Hayes by taking out the North American Champion with a running dropkick.

(Fast forward to the end of the match)

Gunther got Williams in position for the powerbomb and Hayes looks to help his buddy out, but Ilyas got him too in the powerbomb position. The General and his soldier unleashed stereo Powerbomb Symphonies and then Ilyas nailed Williams with the Death March Stomp and gets the pinfall win for Imperium.

However, the celebration was cut short as Von Wagner and Grayson Waller came in the ring to attack Gunther and Ilyas, but the numbers game caught up to them as Kaiser and Vinci came in for the aid.

As the dust settled, Gunther got Wagner up and planted the big man with a vicious powerbomb while Kaiser and Vinci took down Waller with the Imperial Bomb. Then Ilyas finished it off with the Death March on a groggy Carmelo Hayes.

With Wagner, Hayes, Williams and Waller all down in the ring, Imperium stood tall and did their signature military like pose while Ilyas raised the NXT North American title as the show cut to commercial.

Over on the women's side, Io's plan with Cora and Roxanne was clear as the Joshi Judas goes for the head of Toxic Attraction while Cora and Roxanne goes for the tag team titles.

The three women didn't have matches for the night, but were booked to attack the champions after the tag team match between Toxic Attraction and Chance and Carter.

Chance and Carter were in a competitive fight against the reigning Toxic Tag Team Champions and looks to prove that they are also worthy of being contenders as well.

NXT Women's Champion Mandy Rose was at ringside to provide support and looks to execute any heelish tactics to favor Jayne and Dolin.

Chance had the advantage due to her Matrix style flexibility to fight off both tag champions, but the tables turned as Mandy tripped Chance by grabbing Katana's ankle behind the referee's back.

This caused Io to pop from the barricade and took down Rose with a crossbody and landing shots to the champion. The distraction was an opportunity for Chance and Carter to take out Jayne and finishes off Dolin with the 450 neckbreaker combo for the upset pinfall win.

The fight between Io and Mandy was still going on while inside the ring, Jacy and Gigi retaliated as they ambush Kayden and Katana from behind, however more chaos came as Cora and Roxanne joined in the fray by helping out Katana and Kayden.

As the dust settled, Toxic Attraction retreated to the stage as Io stared down at the head of Toxic Attraction while in the ring, Cora and Roxanne were trash talking Katana and Kayden as the two teams argued on who is worthy to challenge Jayne and Dolin for the tag team titles down the road.

(Time skip to the locker room)

Ilyas was packing his stuff as he heard a knock on his door; he went to open it and was ambushed by a koala hug from his Joshi kanojo.

Ilyas: Io-san!

He said with a smile on his face as he hugged her.

Io: you saw me, Ilyas-kun?

Ilyas: hai, you were ferocious and dangerous, Mandy has it coming to her

Io: same for you, you had Gunther-kun by your side

Ilyas: we're dangerous when we're together and united as one

Io: you holding up the title, that is coming true

Ilyas smiled and nodded as he kissed Io's head and lips.

Ilyas: ready to go?

Io: hai, let's go!

She said with a cute smile as she gave her bag to him. The couple left the CWC and got in the Descendant's car. Ilyas dropped off Io at her apartment building and handed her bag.

Ilyas: quick question Io-san, does your apartment building have any vacant rooms?

Io: uhh... I'll ask the landlord because I'm not sure, but I'll let you know if there is

Ilyas nodded.

Ilyas: thanks babe, good night

The two smiled at each other and gave their good night kiss before Io walked in her apartment building.

What Io doesn't know is that Ilyas will surprise her by moving into her apartment building since the location is minutes away from the Capitol Wrestling Center.

Ilyas smiled and drove back home as the idea of moving in next to Io's apartment room is on his mind.
