Just then there was a loud knock on the door.

I cursed at the interruption and decided to ignore it.

But this time the knock was louder.

" What is it?? " I shouted back.

" Open the door right now. " Shaurya said.

" Open the door? Why?" I asked.

" We need to talk... "

" Right now? No way! You must be tired, go and sleep. " I replied.

" I am not tired... See open the door or I will keep knocking on the door for the whole night. " Shaurya threatened me.

Why was he so shocked? He rushed to me immediately with a very angry expression.

" Don't you dare to do any such thing, till you declare officially in front of everyone about your wedding to her? Or I will beat you to a pulp. " He caught

"Have you lost it?? " I was shocked

"How can you roam around like this, while a girl is here?" He pointed at my bare chest.

" That girl is my wife now. " I reminded him.

" She is my sister. And I don't want you to roam around like this around her. " He said with a raised eyebrow.

" What is your problem??" I asked him.

" Keep all your things covered, till you dare to tell your parents and everyone that you married her. How and when did you become so desperate and shameless?? " He said.

" Shaurya!! Calm down! What happened? Desperate and shameless? What are you talking about? " I didn't know what was he talking about.

" You are not staying with her alone at least tonight. She is my sister, I can't allow you to stay with her till your family knows about your marriage. "

" She has been staying alone with me till now. " I argued.

" But you were a decent guy till now. " He said.

" What have I done now?? " I asked.

" You are too desperate to start your married life. I will not allow you. " he said.

" But, she is my legally wedded wife. " I said.

" Still, don't even think of touching her. "

" Enough!!! Stop this nonsense!" I yelled.

" Fine! Rosh, come with me, you are not staying with him in this room. You will stay with us. " He said.

" Ok, bhai... But at least, let me take all the things to my room " she said.

" What things? " He looked shocked.

" All the things that he was showing me. I can't leave them here in this condition. Someone might steal them." Roshni said.

" What? What condition? Who might steal a ... " His jaw touched the ground.

What was he talking about? I hope he didn't eat or drink something which had this effect on him.

" All that... See all that jewelry and clothes, he bought all that for me last night, as we didn't do any shopping. I can't leave all these valuable things like this, they might get stolen. " She said.

" You were talking about 'all these things? " He asked. Roshni nodded and he took a deep breath and closed his eyes.

The very next moment he burst out laughing...

He has definitely lost it.

" Oh, God! Why did you choose tonight to lose his mind? Get lost from here and do whatever you want." I yelled but he kept laughing.

" What is so funny? " I shook him.

" You were showing her all that on your wedding night? " He was still laughing.

" Would you explain yourself or keep laughing like this? You are wasting our time. " I asked grinding my teeth.

" I am wasting your time?? As if you were utilizing your time most romantically?? " He mocked me.

" Shaurya, leave before I forget that you are my friend and Shlok's brother, and kill you. Don't spoil our first night as a married couple." I threatened him.

" I am spoiling your wedding night? Yes, I definitely intended to do that. But you were doing it yourself, You were showing her jewelry on your wedding night?? She is your wife, not some potential buyer, you idiot... You turned into a typical salesman. " He laughed.

" The main ceremony has been done here... Anyway, we are going there tomorrow morning. I will tell him. You just take him off my back." I said.

" Shaurya, let's go, we will watch some latest movies. " Mihir said.

" Sure, come, Roshni. " He held her and took her away.

" Where are you taking her? "

" To watch movies with her brothers. While you keep all your valuable things under lock and key, till you are back from Delhi." He said going out of the room.

" I will kill you. " I yelled.

" See you later... " He yelled back.

I locked the jewelry and room and rushed to the theatre room.

They were watching the latest comedy with her sitting in the middle recliner. I glared at Mihir, but he smiled. I pulled Mihir away and he grinned.

" Bhai is turning mad Shaurya. " Mihir said.

" I don't care, if he even touches me, I will take my sister to my home for at least a month and will not let him even enter my home. "

" What ?? Who does that?? "

" It is an old technique, I heard My chachu use this on Samar uncle to threaten him. It seems Shubh uncle used it with Vikram uncle first. It is very effective. Now I dare you to touch me, and Rosh will go to Malhotra mansions. " He said with a grin.

We watched 2 movies back to back and I could not even place my arm around my new bride.

Of course, I agree, that he was right, and even I was not even thinking of starting our married life like this. But I definitely had a right to be with my wife.
