" Sleep there without saying a single word. " I said with authority.

" Where would you sleep, near the fire? " She asked.

" No!! There... leaning with the door. "

" What?? Why?? " She asked me as If I had lost my mind.

" What if I fall asleep and you walk out? " I asked.

" What?? Are you out of your mind, Manik Ji, or do you think that I am so stupid that I go out of the room like this?? For God's sake, this place is full of strangers, why would I take a risk of going out at night alone?? And I am not even wearing proper clothes. What is wrong with you?? " She asked with a shocked expression.

" There is nothing wrong with me, you don't know the reality. So don't overreact, just do what I said. " I said.

" No!!! Tell me. How can you think that I would do such a stupid thing in the middle of the night? " She insisted.

" Because you wa... Let it be. It is not safe so don't ask questions. " I started telling but stopped.

" I know about the risks If I go out. I am not a child, stop treating me like one. Tell me why you assumed that. Do you think I am stupid? " She was getting annoyed.

" Oh, God!! You are not stupid but actually... you sometimes... Er... start walking while you are asleep. " I said and she was shocked to hear that. She didn't even react.

" I do what?? " She finally asked.

I should not have told her.

" I mean you don't do it intentionally. But you walk... I have seen you sleepwalking a few times." I said.

" Really?? When? " She raised her eyebrow.

" In surat, you were standing in the middle of the dining room and when I asked you a few things, I realised you were sleeping... I mean walking but sleeping. Then in Delhi, you were found sleeping near the pond." I explained.

She was looking at me as if I was telling her some Alif Laila story.

" Really? Do you think so? " She asked with a smile. I nodded. Her smile turned naughty.

Why ?? What was so funny about it?

" Hmmm! And not just that, you even talk and kiss while sleeping. So I can't take risks with you. Now get in that bed before I tie you to that bed. " I said as I had enough of her stubbornness. I was tired for the day.

" Now this is too much... I even kissed and talked while sleeping. How can you say such a thing?? " Her smile was gone and was shocked again.

" It is absolutely true," I said.

" What?? Whom did I kiss?? Whom did I talk to while sleeping? " She looked scared.

" No, that day, you slept downstairs holding your parents' pictures and I saw you sleeping there and thought of making you lie comfortably. You talked to me thinking that I was one of your parents but then I told you that I was Manik. When I laid you there you wrapped your arms around my neck and kissed my lips. " I said. And she kept looking at me with a shocked expression.

Poor girl... She is shocked beyond a limit. I should not have told her everything.

" I kissed you on the lips? " She asked.

" Yes!! "

" Before or after Myra kissed you?? " She asked.

" What?? "

She was concerned about this not that she kissed, walk and talk in sleep??

" Tell me, please!! "

" Before... You stole my first kiss and my heart with that. " I said with a smile.

" Really? Thank God! I am so happy that I kissed you first. You know it was so painful to see her kissing you." She said grinning.

She is crazy!! But I loved what she said.

" I am happy too. But we are talking about your problem. I will sleep leaning to the door so that you can't open the door. I am not taking a risk. " I said. She kept looking at me.

" What?? Please sleep, I am tired and sleepy now. " I said but she came to me and placed her lips on mine and sucked my bottom lip lightly. Now it was my chance to get shocked.

I collected every ounce of self-control and pushed her back very gently.

" Roshni!! Please don't do such things. I would not be able to control it anymore. Do you know how difficult it is for me to keep away at the moment, I have never felt like I am doing right now. I want to make... Shit!! We should not cross the limits. " I said.

" You know something?? You are adorable... I love you. You are my teddy bear, I love you. Go and sleep, I am just too happy and excited today, I will not be able to sleep at all, so I would not go out anywhere. Don't worry. Trust me. " She said.

Is she mad ?? Giving me such a suggestion?? I am already turning just like my perverted friends and having problems controlling myself.

" Don't even think of it. " I glared at her.

" Then sleep or I would be tempted to do something... " She threatened me.

You wait and watch. I will remind you all of this when I have a legal right to touch you.

" You are my responsibility, I can't... " I was saying and she hugged me.

" I am already crazy about you. Please get into that bed and sleep. Trust me. " She said and I nodded reluctantly.

I got into bed and pretended to have slept, but I was fully awake. After some time I saw her sleeping near the fire, I but she must have been uncomfortable on the hard floor, it felt wrong that I was sleeping in the soft bed while she slept on the hard floor, so I got out of the bed and picked her up from the floor, where she was sleeping, and took her to the bed.

She wrapped her arms around my neck again as soon as I picked up and placed her head between my head and neck, rubbing her cute nose on my neck. I almost rushed to the bed so that I could lay her there and get away from her as soon as possible but she snuggled more into me. I had to sit on the bed.

She still had her arms around me.

" Please don't leave me alone. " She said while sleeping.

I kept sitting there holding her in my arms, keeping all the romantic thoughts away from me. Oh, God !! Keep my sanity intact. I wrapped the quilt around us to keep us warm.

Sleep claimed me in no time. And when I opened my eyes again it was morning. She was half lying on me and I felt guilty all of a sudden and removed her limbs that she had all over me as if I was her favourite teddy bear.

I got out of bed immediately and called the cab driver. He said that the mechanic was checking the cab and that the car would be repaired in about half an hour and he would come to the hotel.

I called to inform the reception that we would like to check out in an hour. So they should prepare my bill.

Roshni was still sleeping, I ordered tea and breakfast for both of us and went to take a quick shower.

I came out of the washroom and saw that she was still sleeping like a child.

" Roshni, get up, please!! Get ready, we need to move. " I said but she didn't even stir so went to her to shake her.

I caught her hand to make her sit but she pulled me instead and since I had not expected, I almost fell on her but I placed my hands on her either side.

My heartbeat increased as her face was very close to mine.

" Roshni!! Stop doing things like this. " I wanted to scold her but my voice was too hoarse and I even looked at her lips.

" Then tell me how should I do them?? " She winked at me.

Naughty!!

" You are getting naughty and flirty, I think it is because of you spending time with Sahaj, Mohak and Ron. From now on, I will not even let you talk to any of those playboys. They are not good for you. " I said and she burst out laughing.

" You look so cute when you get jealous. "
