Manik's POV

I reached where they all were and called Mahi, asked her their exact location, she explained the place to me.

I rushed in and saw all of them except Roshni. Where was she??

" Bhai?? What are you doing here? Why didn't you come with us if you wanted to? " Mahi asked as soon as she saw me.

" Where is Roshni?? " I asked and she looked a bit uncomfortable.

" Oh, she will be back soon. " She said.

" She will be back soon?? But where has she gone?? " I was shocked by her answer.

" She is with Ranveer. " She replied.

Who is Ranveer? Ron? Oh, God!!

" Ron?? Why? Did he come with all of you? " I asked

" No, he came just about ten minutes back. " She said.

" Why did he come?? " I asked.

" He said he needed to ask something from her. "

" Her?? What does he want to ask her? Why her?? " I was so annoyed that I didn't realise that I was thinking aloud.

" He said he wanted some suggestions about Gujrati handicrafts and dress material. " She said shaking her head.

" He wanted to ask her that because she is gujrati?? What the hell? Where are they?? " I asked.

" Somewhere, in that area. " Mahi said.

" Come with me. " We both went to them. They were engrossed in some serious discussion.

" Ron?? Roshni? " I called their names and they turned to me.

They both were surprised to see me there.

" What is going on here??" I asked trying to control my anger.

" Hey, Manik!! How are you? " Ron asked.

" What are you doing here? " I asked again.

" Why does anyone come to a place like this? I came to this place as this is a beautiful and calm place. " He said.

" Then what are two of you doing here, alone like this? Why are you not with others? " I asked them.

" C'mon Manik, it's not the way it looks. I needed to ask something from her, regarding Gujarati... " he was saying but I stopped him.

" You know me for the last 26 years. And your parents and my parents are best friends, still, you didn't remember, that we all are gujrati too?? If you wanted to talk about gujrati handicrafts or fashion in clothes, you could have asked Mahi as she knows about both. " I said and he looked surprised and then smiled.

" You would have allowed that? Do you remember how you and Mihir never allowed any of us to meet her when she was born? We all wanted to play with her as she looked like a doll, but you both didn't allow us. And even now, would you have allowed me to talk to her?? " He asked.

" You are right! And it's good that you stayed away from Mahi. You are asking me if I would have allowed you to talk to my sister, and the answer is no!!! Maybe, I would have allowed Raj, but not a playboy like you. But look who is talking... You have always scolded or glared at Mihir for being friends with Roohi. They are just friends. " I said.

" Roshni and I are not even friends. I wanted to ask her something. " He said.

"You better ask Chachi about your questions, she is an expert." I caught Roshni's hand and pulled her to come with me. But just then I saw her holding a men's handkerchief. It must be his, but why?

" What is that?? " I asked Roshni.

" A handk... "

" I know what it is? Why do you have his handkerchief? " I asked with an annoyed tone.

" He offered it to me when I cri... " She started saying but I was so annoyed that I didn't let her complete the sentence.

She cried?? In front of Ron? Why? Did he misbehave?

" What?? Did you cry? Why? What happened?? " I asked.

" Nothing... " She shook her head.

" Roshni!! Tell me! " I almost yelled at her.

" It was nothing... Something got into my eye and finally got out with tears, so, he gave it to me to wipe my tears. " She said and I took his handkerchief from her and gave it back to Ron.

And took out my handkerchief and gave it to her.

Ron laughed at that and winked at me.

" What are you smiling at??" I asked him in an annoying mood.

" You!! You are so cute... Ist member of OPH second generation. " He said and burst out laughing.

" What? Nonsense!! " I got embarrassed all of a sudden as if I was caught red-handed.

" Look at yourself... You are burning with j... " Ron said.

" Shut up!! There is nothing like that. " I said.

" Okay... As you say. " He said with a sarcastic smile and went out after Mahi to join others.

" Roshni?? What are you doing?" I asked as soon we were alone.

" Nothing! "

" This is getting too much. Don't irritate me. Tell me why did he come to meet you? " I asked.

"How do I know?? Ask him. " She said shrugging.

" Enough, you and Mahi are coming back with me. I can't let both of you be here alone. " I said.

" But we are going to red fort and Akshardham. I want to go there." She said.

" I will take you there later on. " I said.

" No thanks, please, don't bother yourself, you take your Myra for a date there. I can go with others. " She said and started going to others. I pulled her back, turned her and glared at her.

But just then my heartbeat increased and I realised that I was holding her too close to me.

I wanted to take her in my arms. But instead, I took a step backward as I could not do that.

"I would not allow you to go with others. " I said.

" You can't stop me. I will take permission from Chachi. " She said.

" I dare you to go next time and see what I do. Now let's go home quietly or I will create a scene here. "

I threatened her going a step closer to her and again the heartbeat increased.

What was happening??

" Fine!! But I wanted to see those places for so long. It's so sweet of Mohak and Sahaj to make a plan for me. " She said.

I really need to do something or all these guys will ask her out for a date.

No!! I can't allow that.

" I said, I will take you there... next time. " I said.

" Why next time? Why not now? " She asked.

" Because we are going back to Surat as soon as possible. " I said.

" What?? Why?? We were supposed to go after three days." She said.

" I have some work there. We will go back tomorrow after lunch. " I said.

" No!! Tomorrow Vihaan has invited me for a coffee and he said he would take me to the kingdom of dreams. I have heard a lot about it. " She said.

" Vihaan?? He is such a flirt man. You are not going anywhere with him. " I said immediately tightening my grip on her body.

" You can't know about all of them?? Every time, I talk to someone, you say he is a playboy or a big flirt. " She said looking at me with those beautiful orbs.

" Ask Mihir, he is Mihir's best friend. "

" Then he must be really as good as Mihir Ji. Or why would they have become friends? I like Vihaan, he is so handsome. But actually all your friends are extremely good-looking. I don't even know whom to look at when all are present. And Mohak is too charming. " She said blushing a bit.

And I would beat all of them.

" In your group, I like, Viren Ji, and Ron as they are very handsome. Shaurya but by mistake, I called him bhaiya. Then Sujal of course, he is such a good chef and he is so handsome. Sahaj is almost as handsome as him but Sujal is wow....! " She said and I wanted her to stop talking like that it was hurting me.

" No!! My list is not finished yet. So told you my preference among your friends. Then I like... " I placed my hand on her mouth.

" Enough!! Stop it, or I would not be responsible for what happens next. " I glared at her.
