'The heck is he doing here?'
You quickly get up from your position. Dusting your clothes as if it get dirty. Manjiro only look at you with a emotionless eyes. He was following every move you make but still sitting on your bed.
"So? What are you doing here?" You asks as you look at him with a cross arms in your chest.
"I was just checking what your background and capabilities." He said as he still looking at you.
"So? Did you confirm it? Can you leave? I want to sleep" you said with a bit irritated.
"Barely." He said plainly.
"Get out of my room."
'No, stay'
He start to get up and ready to leave your room while you are screaming internally begging him not to go since you down bad for him.
Like come on people. Who wouldn't be simping for Bonten Mikey?
I mean he look like depressed as fuck and like his haircut is....
Anyway, you don't him to go.
'Please stay!'
Manjiro stops on his track and turn around. He starts heading to your bed without meeting your eyes.
"Sleep on the couch." He said as he lays on your bed.
'This bitch did not just say that!'
Your fuming with anger but your calming your self. You wanted to punch him but you calm yourself.
You approach your bed where Manjiro lays. He was facing the other side so he can't see you but definitely can hear your foot steps. Of course that was intended for him to know....
'How dare this guys stole the chamber of dreams that makes you feel heaven everytime you lay and gives comfort to the great Y/n?!'
You stared at his back as if making an hole on it. He could feel it of course but he pretended to sleep and unbothered, but honestly? He was sweat dropping.

'What she gonna do about it? Not like i ca-'
His thoughts was stop when he felt a strong force hit his back.
Yes, that's right.
The great Sana Manjiro, the leader of bonten, the most feared criminal, a merciless and heartless individual, the strongest, and was called invincible...
Got kick in the back.
By a girl at that.
Oh how shameful it is to be labeled as invincible if he got kick without shielding himself.
"You dare steal my bed. You Izana wannabe." You said with domineering voice.
You regret begging him to stay.
I mean he could stay in your room but to steal your precious bed?!
There's no way you let it slide! Anything but the bed!.
Manjiro got up while rubbing his back like some old man having a hard time standing up because of rheumatic disorder.
'Damn that hurts! Is this woman crazy??'
"As far as i remember you and the other Mikey are going to share rooms" You said as you cross your arms in you chest.
"Tsk, there's no way I'll share my bed to that guy." He said while heading to your bed again.
This time as if he was asking a permission but with a cold eyes. But he was like a lost puppy but with coldness and dangerous vibe.
Seriously, he's so shameless.
But either you can't say no, right?
Come one guys if you are in this situation what will you do?
Nah, why did i ask. You probably wanted to have your way in him, just kidding.
No matter how handsome he is. He's still very dangerous.
Too dangerous to your liking.
Since you all are color blind afterall.
Well afterall red flags means hot shots.
Who can resist these red flags afterall?
Not me, and I'm sure not you either.

Anyways, you met his eyes before signing.
"You can stay. But no funny business, got it?" You said raising you brows slightly for confirmation.
As a response he raise his brows back.
"I may look like this but i also got a taste." He said as he proceed to lay down.
You're asking how your whole night went?
Well of course you couldn't sleep because of what he said!.
'Did he just call me ugly?! Unbelievable!'
To be continued....

The Long and Exciting Life of Kreet the Kobold (Life 2)
Kreet was originally a D&D character. Life 1 was essentially her backstory. Life 2 picks up just after the events of the D&D campaign in the Underdark. At first you won't recognize the characters, but bear with it for a couple chapters and the few important points will be revealed. Also I stole a player's character (with his permission!) in the form of Sigmundurr. Also, unlike Life 1, I'll be posting this slowly over time. Right now I'm writing around chapter 20 and I suspect I'm only halfway. Tone may be a little different. ( Cover art by KuroNeko I'm pretty sure!)

Note: If you don't read Wuxia, Xianxia, Xuanhuan Novels. I don't recommend you to read this trash! Fake Synopsis OP-Ness? Nah, don't read this. Logic does not exist here and MC is way too OP. MC here can fight 10 realms higher than him? I mean WTF. I advise you to stop reading this. I wonder why you are reading the description?

The Core And The Wardens of Eternity
What is the Core, they asked me... It's the light that pushes the darkness away, a bastion of justice, a safe keeper of life. It grooms love and tolerance, embraces science, fights ignorance, sentences it to die a slow and tragic death. The Core... it's something that can't be destroyed for destroying it is to terminate the time and space itself. When the stuck-in-a-dark-age world of Zanria goes offline, the Core sends one of its experienced agents to find out what is going on and to try to reestablish a mysteriously severed connection. However, all his training and experience might come way short as the world sinks in war and chaos with different races and clans fighting for the Star of Bardan, the ward rumored to possess enough supernatural power to create and destroy entire worlds. *** I just changed the name of the series, from 'the Nexus' to 'the Core'. Somehow it just sounds more right to me. This is the first story, and it has a medieval fantasy setting. But, eventually, this is going to turn into Isekai series with elements of LitRPG. So, my future books might include worlds with advanced technologies that might be more in SciFi, including Steampunk, genre. The first book might start slow, but after a few chapters, it should all be properly set up, and by then you should get the feel of how it will all flow. Also, I plan to introduce different story threats that should spread out and criss-cross in the future. Hopefully, I will not complicate it too much, and that it will all read good. I am planning to continue to add chapters to the main storyline here, but I'm also starting a new story threat in the Core series called The Recordings of Raan. There is also a side story The Memoires of Eisen that's exclusive on Patreon for those who would like to support me.

Proabe
What should I do before I die? One day this question popped up in the mind of a 20-year old student who was struggling with his life and was waiting for his death. The depressed and troubled author decides to go to sleep to get some peace but eventually ends up dying under unknown circumstances and reincarnating in his own novel. How will he live in a world created by himself? Or was the world really created by him in the first place? Will he be able to live this life while facing his past actions, his sins, and his regrets? Mary Susan Oceanrunner and the Brutus Saint's Academy
Join Mary Susan Oceanrunner on her quest to do... erm... something really important for the world... probably... Ahem. Long gone are the days when every hero could do whatever they wanted - now, we are civilised. We have government. Law. And proper forms. Lots of proper forms. (Final episode 25/07/2022. Also - beta readers far into the book rate the 'gore' degree as below 2/10, so the warning is a bit much) Mary Susan Oceanrunner is a poor girl from the orphanage, who like many others before, has to fulfil her destiny. The prophecy had been told, and she is the only one who can make things right. Erm... probably. Anyway, she can't just go and kill monsters like in the middle ages. First, she must apply for the appropriate permissions, fill the forms, learn about the proper loot taxations... Hey, no one said adventuring would be easy, right? Disclaimers: No claim made by any character by the book should be treated as the author's or anyone else's opinion on any subject. Most likely, it was just the funniest thing the Author could think of at the time of writing. This book contains many references to other works. It will probably be best enjoyed by individuals familiar with at least some of the following: 1) Computer games2) Fantasy in general3) Science fiction4) Tabletop RPGs5) Conspiracy theories6) Corporation work life7) Long forgotten prophecies uttered millennia ago in almost as forgotten languages under a starless night three dusks before the great convergence8) Filling any government-mandated form9) School10) EnglishMy ultimate goal is to make as many people experience something akin to joy while reading (think ~a bit louder exhale through the nose). It doesn't mean every scene will be funny or joyful because that's not how this stuff works. I can neither confirm nor deny having any other hidden agenda outside of that. Getting Hard (Journey of a Tank)
Herald Stone always built tank characters in every MMORPG he played. To be immortal—that was his first Goal, a simple childhood dream. However, the turbulent realities of life put an end to his gaming days. Years passed, and Herald Stone, now having attained success and stability, was presented with the opportunity to redeem himself...to fulfill his first Goal. Trivial? Childish? Others might think so. But Herald Stone always fulfilled his Goals—every single one. No matter what. Immortality beckoned in Mother Core Online, and this time Herald Stone would answer. Choosing a long-forgotten race, hidden away in an unknown region, the journey of an immortal tank begins. This is the tale of Herald Stone...getting hard. Schedule: Mon-Wed-Fri ~1.8k-2.3k words per chapter. Also published on Scribblehub. My other ongoing story: REND | Royal Road Expect a focus on building a true tank in MMORPGs. Heavy game elements and numbers are present. But actual math will take a backseat to strategies involving skill builds and synergies that steadily become more complex while remaining understandable. The main character is atypical in LitRPGs or web novels as a whole. He might take some getting used to. Character arcs will develop over a long period. What you see now will be different as the main character changes. The start of Getting Hard is slow-paced (more so than others of the genre) and includes world-building and character development before focusing on the LitRPG.
