P:" You're not lying, Right?"

I knew Vegas . He won't cry infront of anyone.

V:" I really want to cherish you, Pete. I can't live without you na?"

I don't know whether he was lying or he really meant it. From what I've heard from his friends was that he hate me. But the way he is crying infront of me and begging me to comeback to him. I became weak. I wanted to wipe his tears. But not sure whether i had that right or not.😢

But seeing him weak infront of me. I want to hug him. I wanted to believe once that what he said was right. I placed my forehead on his. And i thought to myself i would take this chance.

V:" I love you."

I stared in his eyes and i can see that he's regretting for what he did. I wanted to believe him once . Just once. Because i know that i can't live without him. I tried so hard to move on. But the moment i saw him, my heart shrinked just by the thought that he's not mine. I can't imagine him with someone else. I wanted him too. I want him for myself. I wanted to be selfish.

P:" I love you too."

I said it quietly. I was not sure whether he heard it or not. He shifted his head backwards and stared at me questioningly.

V:" W.... what you said?"

I avoided his stare and looked down. Those words escaped from my mouth involuntary. I didn't have that much strength to say it to him. Did he heard what i said?

V:" Just say na Pete😢. What you said? You love me? I heard it right? "

I was so stressed. I was overwhelmed with emotions. Did I make the same mistake again?

I was busy in battling with my thoughts. I didn't said anything and started crying again 😭. Why i became so weak infront of him.

V:" Hey Pete, Why are you crying?"

He hugged me and i hugged him back.

V:" I'm...... I'm sorry if i... Don't mean to pressurize you. Stop crying na."

P:" Ve......Vegas wh...... why can't we be like we used to be.😭"

V:" I'm sorry na, Pete. I promise this time i won't do anything that will hurt you."

P:" I was never like this b.....before, i used to share everything with you. I d.... don't have to act infront of you. I w....was myself but now Why i.....i ...I'm so afraid to say anything to you. He pulled me away from hug.

Offcourse because of them I came to know how much you hate me.

He placed his hand on my cheek.

V:" Just tell me. I'll kill them straight away. What they said to you?"

I heard it by mistake . But they didn't said that to me. I don't want him to hurt them .

V:" What they said to you?"

P:" They didn't said anything. I am scared. I don't want to g.....get hurt again Vegas."

He holds my hands.

V:" Pete..."

P:" Don't say t......that you love me, if you don't m....mean it Vegas. I won't be able to handle that again.😭"

He placed his one hand on my cheek and wiped my tears.

V:" Pete, i love you. I really do. And i meant it. I'm so sorry. Just tell me what should I do to make you believe me. Hmmm? I'll do anything."

Should I believe him? Pete just think about it. What you want for yourself. Should you take this chance and be with him, you'll be happy? But what if he is using you against Kinn again. And if you lose this chance then what if someone else took him away from you. Maybe you'll never be able to see him again . I know how much i missed him these days when i said to him that I'll break up with him. I always have a thought that should I tell to Porsche that i love him and want him for me. But i was never able to do that. You're getting this chance again Pete. He is infront of you and wants you back. Think fast Pete and make your decision that you don't regret 😢.

V:" Pete...."

P:" I love you ."

And this time i said it loudly.

Vegas cupped my cheeks and was smiling.

V:" Y....You mean it, right?"

I nodded as yes.

V:" Wait! That means you forgave me, right ?"

I nodded again.

He hugged me tightly.

V:" Thank you Pete . Thank you so much . I promise i won't hurt you. "

I hugged him back. I was feeling good but i was scared too. Scared of losing him again because I'm still a boy from nowhere. It's ok Pete. Just have faith in yourself. You're doing this because you want it. Believe Vegas one last time.

V:" I'm sorry for what i did. 😢🥲And i love you. I love you so much."

He keep repeating that again and again.🥲

" What a show! I'm bored now.🥱 Let's get to some work."

I backed off from the hug immediately. Macau was standing near the door with a large piles of files.

Vegas pov:

V:" What are you doing here? Just go back to your room.😠"

M:" I was waiting for you two to finish up , but you took so much time . My arms are paining , these files were so heavy. Do you have any idea?😒"

He came at such a wrong time. It was only me who cleared my part. I still don't know what Pete has to say. As he didn't open up himself with his feelings. I don't want him to overthink again.

V:" Macau, What files are these? If you need my help then I will do it tomorrow."

M:" No, we only have 8 hours to finish it up. And this work will take a lot of time . P' Pete has to return these files to Kinn in the morning. So let's get to work."

These file consist the confidential date of both the families.

V:" Pa had asked you to do this work, right?"

M:" Yes but it was too much. I can't do it alone and you are busy so I thought let me ask for there help, as this file is important for both of the families, not only ours."

V:" So you asked them to send Pete to you so that he can help you with your work ."

M:" No ,I called him in order to help you so that you both can talk. And now you have to return the favour by helping me in sorting these files."

V:" Just go from here. We still have a lot to talk."

M:" I don't think so that there is anything left for you to talk because I saw something else. You both were so lovey dovey to each other😁. "

V:" Were you keeping an eye on us?"

M:" No , It's already midnight. And there is a lot of work to do. I waited outside your room for three hours. Then I thought that if I don't go in now, then you guys might book the room for the whole night, so before that I should get my work done."

V:" Macau I'll help you with this tomorrow. Can you please go now."

P:" It's ok. I had to report Khun Kinn about this so i had to get these files to him tomorrow morning. Let's do it."

We spent the whole night in organising the files.

Macau worked for a while then went to sleep. Pete separated the major family files and i did our family's file.

Pa had asked Macau to complete this work. But he asked Pete to help him out. Earlier I was angry but it's all thanks to him as Pete is here with me. It took us whole night to finish the work.

It was 7 in the morning when we finally completed the work. We both were tired. Nop brings breakfast for us. Macau immediately woke up .

M:" Oh it's morning. Why didn't you wake me up Hia?"

V:" You were so busy in sleeping. I thought that you might get tired. So I and Pete did the work which you were supposed to do."

M:" oh 😅."

After we ate the breakfast I gestured Macau to leave us alone, and he left.

P:" I'm taking main families files with me."

He picked the files and started to leave.

V:" Pete wait."

P:" hmm?"

V:" I have to just ask you that...... Are We okay now?🙁"

I was not sure whether Pete really forgave me or not.

P:" Hmmm."

V:" That means it's not over between us right?🙂"

P:" it's not only up to me to decide this."

V:" It was never over from my side Pete. Can you please give me a last chance to prove my love for you?"

I went near to him and hugged him tightly and kissed his cheek.

Pete didn't do anything, he just stood there. Then he releases himself from the hug and picked the files immediately. His cheeks were blushed.

P:" I'm getting late. Khun Kinn might be waiting😳."

I chuckled seeing him so nervous around me.

V:" Just wait a minute ."

I opened my drawer and took out the mobile phone which he returned me.

V:" Take this with you."

P:" I already told you, it's too risky. It's against the rules."

V:" Rules are meant to break. "

P:" Khun Kinn will fire me."

V:" You don't have to worry about that. I'll take care of you."

He took the phone and then immediately left.

Pete pov:

I went to Kinn's office and gave the files to him. Then i went to my room. Porsche was not here. He might be sleeping in Kinn's room. As nowadays he doesn't stays here much. He only comes here when he had to get some of his stuff.

I took out my clothes and went for a shower. After that i went to eat lunch . I saw Arm, Pol and Porsche there. I joined them.

P:" Hey guys, good morning.☺️"

Por:" Good morning."

A, Pol :" Good morning."

Por:" Where were you last night?"

P:" Khun Kinn send me to bring files. Didn't he tell you?"

Por:" No, i didn't ask him . By the way, you look so different today."

P:" What you're talking about?😅"

Por:" I always see your dull , tired face but today you look so cheerful . Did something happened last night that i didn't know about."

P:" No , nothing happened. I'm so hungry. It smells so good😋"

Arm:" Yes he's saying right. For quite a few days, we've been watching you. You looked so stressed but today it looks like you're back. The Pete that we missed."

P:"No, it's all same. I don't know what you guys are talking about? Let's eat.😋"

Pol:" I missed his smile a lot. Khun No was also in tension. He was saying that Pete is always busy in his thoughts. That you didn't pay any attention to him."

P:" Oh, yes he was right. I'll go to him today. It's been so many days that I didn't talk to him nicely. Hey guys, should we watch a drama today? It's been weeks that we didn't watch it with Khun No. "

We had our breakfast . Today was my day off as kinn had promised. I went back to my room and laid down on the bed as I was feeling so sleepy. But i wasn't able to sleep as i was thinking about what happened yesterday. Vegas decorated the room to apologise. He said that he loves me so many times. He hugged me and today in the morning, he kissed me.😳 My face was totally red from all those memories.

Earlier i thought that I'll never forgive him for cheating on me but then He apologized for every mistake , the insecurities that i had , he cleared them all. I don't know why i should hate him.

I didn't know when i slept. It's evening now. And Porsche is still not here.

Someone knocked the door.

P:" Whose there?"

Arm :" It's me, Arm. Khun No said that after dinner we'll be watching a new drama. So be ready. I'm going now."

I am feeling so good. I've been so sad since i and Vegas stopped talking. Arm was right. I'm really myself now.

I'm missing Vegas so much. I got up from bed and closed the door and all the windows. Then I took out the phone from my pocket. It was silent. There were 3 missed calls and 5 messages from Vegas.

I closed the screen and hid the phone.

It was night and i, Arm and Pol were at Khun Tankhun's room. We watched a kdrama. We woke up whole night to finish it. Everyone was happy, specially Khun No. He keeps on repeating that he missed me and my smile as i looked so sad from so many days.

The next day, I slept around 10am after eating my breakfast. Today's again my day was off, and Arm's and Pol's too. Khun No asked from Kinn as he was the reason why we woke up whole night.

When I woke up, it was already evening.Then, I closed the doors and windows and took out the phone if i got any messages from Vegas.

It was still awkward between us. As we didn't talk to each other for days because of misunderstandings. And now we both are trying to get back as we were earlier.

Porsche told me that he used to talk with Vegas daily when they were together. But i never received his calls or anything, and i don't want to repeat the mistake.

As he is trying to talk to me, so i also wanted to put some efforts. I was about to call him, but he called me first. And i received the call.

P:" Hello."

V:" Hii. Are you okay?"

P:" Yes, why did you call me?."

V:" You read my messages but didn't reply."

P:" I was about to.... But you called me before that."

V:" Ohh."

Then there was silence for few seconds.

P, V:" Please say something."

We both said it at the same time.

V:" It's ok 😅, you can relax Pete, you don't have to try so hard."

P:" 😅 yes, i think we need time."

V:" Hmm"

It's been almost a week since Vegas apologized to me. Everything is now in order. I didn't met him since then, but we talk daily to each other. Earlier it was awkward but now it's normal between us. Our bond has become stronger.

" Pete, are you here? I forgot my towel. It's in the cupboard. Please bring it."

Porsche was in the bathroom. And i was sitting on my bed.I got up and took out the towel from his cupboard and a box falls from there. I picked it up. there was a watch and a letter in it.

"Pete, towel."

I gave the towel to him and then i opened the letter. Porsche Wrote this letter to Vegas. Porsche told me that he bought this gift for Vegas. But he didn't give it to him .

Vegas told me that he told Porsche everything. But I don't know whether he told him about me or not. If Porsche knew then he will surely ask me about my feelings for Vegas.

What I know was that Porsche had feelings for Vegas, but now he is in love with Kinn. He told me that Vegas ignored him because he has someone else in his life. I don't want to keep any secrets from him now. I don't want him to feel uncomfortable about my and Vegas relationship. It's better to tell him now.

He came out of the bathroom and was getting ready to go somewhere.

P:" Porsche i have to tell you something."

Por:" Hmmm say?"

P:" You and Khun Kinn are in relationship that means you and Vegas are over."
