You were the sister of Lily Evans and while your sister ended up being sorted into Gryffindor, you got sorted into Ravenclaw. Though the two of you were in different houses, you both were still close with each other and hung out with each other whenever you could. Most of the times your sister and you agreed on basically everything however if there was one thing to guarantee an argument between the two of you, it was about your friend Severus Snape. The first time you met Snape was during your Potions lesson. Your professor instructed you all to prepare the Sleeping Draught by the end of the class and submit it to him by pouring the contents in a flask with your name labeled on it. You were busy minding your own business when you felt someone shove you aside. You would have cracked your skull open if it hadn't been for Snape to grab you by the arm and you looked at him in gratitude for a moment as you mouthed a silent 'Thank you' and turned back to death glare at the git who so rudely shoved you. "If you don't want to be pushed, stop hogging the way loser" sneered a Slytherin guy and you rolled your eyes at him and replied "Well, you need to get your eyes checked by Madam Pomfrey because I wasn't standing in the way. There was plenty of space to move around but unfortunately, troglodytes such as yourself wouldn't know what to do and honestly, I don't blame you either.... heads up, take an ethics class when you're free, it's rude to touch someone without their consent" you retorted as the guy who pushed you snarled "You shouldn't yap so much, maybe have a control over that mouth of yours" as you smirked at him and replied "Want me to throw rocks at you instead? I'd gladly do so, too bad there aren't any here"

Sirius was watching this with amusement growing on his face as James whispered to him "She's quite the firecracker isn't she?" "Surprisingly yeah, for someone in Ravenclaw she does have that fire in her. Well, I better free her from Snivellus' grabby clutches" he spoke as he got up from his seat and walked over to where you were. You didn't know that you had not one, but two people who were obsessed to the core with you, Snape and Sirius. The Slytherin dude who bumped into you was about to hex you when Snape was quick to your defence and silently hexed him without anyone knowing. The git had to go down to the hospital wing because he had boils over his face. Sirius hated the way Snape was getting too close with you for his liking and he felt like he needed to do something to make sure you fall for him and not that greasy slimeball

The class was done and you decided to hang out with your best friend Remus. You felt like you could confide anything to him and you trusted him. Which was why when you said you liked spending time with Snape, he was surprised but also a bit happy for you because you liked spending your time with someone. However he was worried about the way his best friend, Sirius would react to you liking to be around Snape so much. He'd literally lose his cool and transform into his Animagus form and rip his limbs off. At least, that's what he thinks. Sirius loved everything about you and so did Snape. Each of them felt that you should belong to them, and not to the other. Snape fell head over heels in love with you when you first defended him against James Potter and Sirius Black who were picking on him. You threatened to hex them if they wouldn't leave him alone and James grinned at Sirius and spoke "Looks like your lady love is going against you Pads... what are you going to do?" Sirius said he'd leave him alone for now and teased Snape for needing someone else to stand up for him but secretly and internally, he was a bit amused and impressed you actually went against him. However he wasn't pleased with the fact that you decided to go against him for someone like SNAPE so he blamed him for trying to steal you away

It became a pretty known fact that Snape had a little crush on you. Judging by the way he always followed you around like a lost little puppy wanting affection fromt you, Sirius felt mad beyond words and sick with the way Snape always followed you around, like your shadow. However he wasn't going to let himself get one upped like this so he offered for you to watch him play Quidditch and spend some time with him and when you agree, he'll be the one to cast a smug look at Snape, feeling on top of the world that he finally had you for himself. For now that is. Remus watches all this behind the shadows and thinks it isn't right for him to interfere in this because the matter doesn't concern him but he hopes you end up being with someone who makes you happy and keeps you safe. That's all he wants. Lily on the other hand isn't really that enthusiastic with the attention you've been receiving from Snape and she told you it would be best for you to stay away from as much as possible. She was still mad that he called her a mudblood when she tried to defend him. But you weren't going to stay away from him, Snape was your friend and you liked spending time with him

Sirius almost ripped Snape to shreds when he overheard the latest gossip that he was planning to confess to you at Hogsmeade at the Three Broomsticks. Like HELL he'd ever allow that greasy haired slimeball to steal you away from him. So he decided to make sure Snape never showed up with the help of James. Remus found out what he was doing and wasn't on board and exactly pleased with what he was doing. "I thought you wanted Y/N to be happy" he said to Sirius as he replied "Of course I do. I want her to be happy. With ME, not with that loser Snivellus" "Can't you give him a break?" sighed Remus as Sirius smirked and replied "Sure. When hell freezes over that is" as he and James were waiting for Snape to show up. What infuriated him was when Snape had a love letter for you. HE should be the one giving you love letters and not him. But he'd be sure to change that really quick though. "Petrificus Totalus" Sirius muttered under his breath and petrified Snape. I really can't see them actually collaborating with one another because of the immense hatred they have against each other for you. However if someone ELSE were to ask you out, they'll put their differences aside for the time being and BEGRUDGINGLY, I might add and deal with that insolent pest and scumbag.
