《Youth || Klaus Mikaelson》41

It was the next day and I had to go to school, since I haven't gone in a couple of days and now I live with Matt and Jeremy since Jeremy is a hunter and tried to kill Elena.
I meet up with Caroline and Bonnie.
"Did you hear about Elena and Stefan?" Bonnie asks and i furrow my eyebrows. "They broke up."
"I was going to tell you but you were having a good day yesterday I didn't want to make you stressed out." Caroline explains.
"It's okay, Care, oh my god, is she ok?" I ask and they both shrug, not knowing.
"Elena, hey, is everything ok?" Bonnie asks Elena, who was walking towards us.
"Yeah. Why wouldn't it be?" Elena asks.
"Because you had to move out of the house and you and Stefan broke up." I mention.
"You and Matt are helping him, he'll be ok. And I'm ok. Me and Stefan weren't on the same page anymore." Elena tells us. "Do you girls have any plans tonight?" Elena asks. "I'm in desperate need of some girl talk."
"Yeah, I'm in. Shane taught me some small spells I've been wanting to try." Bonnie tells us.
"Oh, creepy professor guy is just Shane now." Caroline smiles which makes me and Elena chuckle.
"He's not creepy." Bonnie says, but he's creepy.
"We're not judging."
"I am." Caroline says very proudly, responding to Elena.
"Don't listen to her. So girls night? We can raid the Salvatore wine cellar." Elena asks and I see Caroline's face become more serious.
"Are you sure that Stefan and Damon are cool with us crashing at their place?" Caroline asks.
"I can't go home because my brother is trying to kill me. So their place is like now, too. I'll see you in a bit." Elena walks off, and Bonnie heads to class.
"What are you not telling us?" I ask.
"I'm not hiding anything." Caroline says, but I know she's lying.
"If you forgot, Being a huntress makes me able to know when something wrong, or get feelings when someone's hiding something—"
"Ok, ok, I'll tell you. But you can't tell anyone. I think Elena is sired to Damon. Elena died with Damon's blood, and everything he says, Elena agrees with." Caroline explains.
"That makes sense but how do you know?" I ask.
"I don't, it's a theory so that's why you can't tell anyone, ok?"

"Yeah, I won't tell anyone, promise." I nod which makes her smile. "Look, I have to get to class, I haven't been here for days."
"I'll walk you there, miss Mystic Falls." Caroline says which makes me smile.
—
"One for you. One for you." Elena hands Caroline and Bonnie wine. "And you are underage." Elena says.
"I'm assuming this is for Caroline." Bonnie picks up and blood bag but Elena takes it.
"Actually, it's for me. Thanks to Damon, I am now a functional dysfunctional vampire." Elena says excited, but me and Caroline just look at each other
"That's amazing!" Bonnie says.
"What do you mean, thanks to Damon?" Caroline asks.
"Well, he suggested that I try it again. So I did, and it worked. No more snatch, eat, and erase." Elena smiles.
"So where is my least favorite Salvatore?" Caroline asks, I could tell this might wasn't going to end in a happy way.
"Out with Stefan for the night. Don't wait up. Brother bonding." Elena reads the text Damon sent her.
"Hmm. Do you guys check-in text now?" Caroline asks. "What else do you do?"
"I know that you're not the biggest fan, but he kind of just changed my life. Do you mind laying off on all the hate?" Elena says.
"Ok. New girls' night rule— no boy talk, yeah?"
"I agree with Bonnie." I respond to what Bonnie said and they both just look at me.
"Ash, we have to talk about yesterday!" Caroline shouts.
"There's nothing to talk about. We just kissed." I say.
"You kissed him, then leaned into him for comfort, or whatever." Elena explains.
"Were you stalking me?" I ask.
"Sounds like they were." Bonnie says. "Ok, no boy talk. Why would we when we have this." Bonnie pulls out a bag that the professor gave her.
"Is that stoner tea?" Caroline asks.
"It's spirit tea. It opens up your chi or whatever." Bonnie says and Caroline scoffs. "Come on. It's not drugs. Shane is helping me do natural magic without having to access the spirits."
"Mm-hmm."
"Don't judge." Bonnie tells Caroline.
"Ok. Fine. I hereby vow not to be judgmental for the rest of the evening. Even if you two are potentially ruining your lives as I stand idly by, it's your choice." Caroline says.
—
They were all in one word— drunk. They were all having fun, I wasn't.

They decided to go in Damon's bathroom and I followed.
"Check this out— vamp speed video." Bonnie shows us a video she took of Elena.
a
"I look like Superman. Watch this. This year's Christmas card." Elena says which makes us laugh. "Being a vampire is so weird. Oh, my god, I love this bathtub. Why don't we come and hang out here more often?"
"I'll tell you why. Cooties. Think of all the germ-ridden skanks that Damon has lured into his den of iniquity." Caroline says which made Elena annoyed. "Ok. I'm sorry. I've been good all night, I am stopping now."
"No. Don't stop on my account. Rip away. I mean it's only Damon, right?" Elena says, I knew this was going to be ugly.
"Well, say what you want about ripper Stefan, but at least he wasn't a man slut." Caroline mentions.
"So what exactly was it about him that made you jump right into bed with him as soon as you met him?" Elena brings that up, which was wrong of her to do.
"I didn't know what a sociopathic narcissist he was." Caroline responds.
"He's always been there for me when I needed him." Elena point outs.
"Yeah, because he's hoping you'll sleep with him."
"Well, maybe I did." Elena says surprised me.z
"You did what?!" Caroline shouts.
"You didn't." Bonnie speaks up after being quiet.
"Yeah. I did. Look I know you two have issues with him, but I'm happy, and I wanted to spend tonight with my best friends and cousin so that I could tell them about it." Elena gets up.
"Elena—"
"Ashley, don't. I saw your face."
"I was surprised, but I'm not mad." I respond.
"You and Damon aren't on good terms right now. Of course you're gonna judge."
"Elena, she didn't even say anything." Bonnie says, backing me up.
"I bet you're waiting to get in bed with Klaus, which is worse than what I did." Elena says, which made me mad.
I just walked out, I didn't even want to engage cause I was afraid my anger would take over. I walk downstairs and see a hybrid.
"What are you doing here?" I ask.
"Taking leverage." She says, knocking me out.
—
I wake up tied up in a little barn. The girl was tightening the chain around
My wrist, which made me scream in pain.
"Why are you doing this?" I ask.
"To show Tyler who's in charge." She says with an evil smirk on her face.
Tyler and Elena come running in, seeing Ashley in pain.
"Stop it. Stop if, Kim." Tyler shouts. "Ashley's with us, all right? We're all on the same team." Tyler says which made me furrow my eyebrows.
"She's on your team, but she's also on Klaus', and she's not on mine." Kim says, hurting Ashley.
"Stop it!" Tyler and Elena both yell, but hybrids were holding them back.
"Ease up, Kim. Klaus won't like this, especially since it's Ashley." Adrian says.
"Huh, that's a very good point. Do you think he'll like this?" Kim grabs a stake, even though I'm not a vampire, it'll kill me the same.
"Kim, don't do it. I swear to god—" Tyler shouts but gets interrupted by Elena.
"No. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. If you really want to hit Klaus where it hurts, then torture me instead. He's fixated on keeping me alive. You want real revenge, or not?" Elena says, which makes Kim back away from you.
Tyler was able to get out of the other hybrids grip and he sticks his hand into Kim's stomach, by her heart.
"Stay back!" Tyler yells. "I'll rip her heart out right now. Kim put you all at risk today, and I'm not gonna hurt her. I'm not Klaus. I don't kill and torture my own friends to get what I want. Now, we broke the sire bond, but if you want to be free, we have to work together. No one can step out of line. Now, you're either with me or you're against me. Submit. Submit, or you die."
"I'm— I'm sorry." Kim says and Tyler takes his hand out, and doesn't kill her. All the hybrids now down to Tyler.
Tyler comes to me and unchains me.
"You're ok Ash, you're ok." Tyler says from seeing me shaking.
—
Elena brings me home, and I was still mad at her.
"Ashley, I am so sorry."
"You shouldn't of brought that up. It took me a while to understand what I have with him and you used it against me. But it's ok, cause I know you've been having a bad time. Just don't do it again, ok?"
"I won't, i promise" Elena smiles then hugs me. "Ash, this is awkward, you aren't hugging me back."
"Because my hands are stuck." I say and Elena backs up, then I hug her.

Cosmic Bulldozing Team
"Welcome to the Cosmic Bulldozing Team! CBT for short... references to any other acronyms are purely coincidental." Breve has one exceptional gift: an inborn potential for Resurrection magic. The cost? Every other healing spell she casts is absolutely paltry in comparison to the rest of her race, making her family outcasts within her society. That potential alone, however, classes Breve as a Rank A Healer. By what metric? Well, by the crazy elf lady who’s about to destroy her planet. Wait, what? Here's the low-down: her planet has been targeted by the Cosmic Bulldozing Team, which, as their name suggests, operates in the apparently lucrative business of destroying planets. This comes with the unfortunate side-effect of also murdering everyone who lives there. And Breve would’ve been killed, too, if she hasn’t unintentionally passed their audition for a new healer. Unwillingly saved by the people who just annihilated everything Breve ever knew and loved, she’s dragged into a massive spaceship before, without a moment’s reprieve, being assigned missions to sally forth and commit the same atrocities on other planets. And with Breve's home lying in a pile of celestial bedrock, it seems that cooperating is the only option. And she will cooperate, or so help her, they'll send her back whence she came: into the void of space, where the smashed rubble of her planet now drifts along. "Buckle in, rookie: you've got some planetary destruction ahead of you." (Updates every 2 days.)
