We have made some changes to the entry of the club. This won't affect current members, but , please pay attention.

Now, after you have passed your first stage of the trial membership, you will be placed in a reading group and begin your two-week trial membership. (We are no longer doing trial groups with founders.)

During this two-week trial, you can not miss any assignments or take an extension/break(unless under serious circumstances), or you will fail your trial and be removed from the group. Our admins will also be keeping a close eye on your level of feedback, as they do with all members, but if your comments do not measure up, you can also fail your trial for that as well.

If you fail your trial, you may reapply and attempt the trial again after a three-month period. If you reapply and fail your second trial, you will not be accepted back into Jam Fest.

If you passed your trial, congratulations! You are now a fully-fledged Jammer and receive all the perks that come with that!

We are sorry about this change. The founders are completely swamped and no longer have the time to do the Trial Groups.

The Winter Jam Festival is open! It's our one-year anniversary of hosting the Jam Festival, and we will be incorporating some new features to make sure to keep an eye out for it and join in on the fun. The festival has already begun, but it's not too late to sign up!

When leaving your done comment you MUST tag your admin. Not doing so could earn you a strike and sitting out a round to clear that strike.

We're not trying to be hard asses or mean in any way. But without those tags, your admin could miss your done comment and if they do and you've already been struck/removed from the round, we are not going back into the round to add you. And if you've done this more than once or make it a habit, even if we see your comment, we'll have you sit out a round. A good chunk of you have been in the book club scene long enough to know how this goes, and if you can't make the effort to help us out by tagging, then we won't make the effort to include you in every round. Help us and we'll help you, simple!
