Ignoring the moans coming from the nearby bush, Joe slurped his morning coffee and hummed, stuffing his face with fried eggs and bacon. Yesterday turned out to be quite productive. They’ve made a camp, cleared the nearby bushes of any hostile… well, they cleared the nearby forest of all life, and he had each girl do at least four hours test drive of their prospective future body. Then all the girls demanded a comparison against their old body and suffice to say, his pervert title leveled up several times.
Today though, wasn’t gonna be that nice. Yesterday he had set a deadline for each girl to consider their future. The choice was simple, you either become a dark elf and grind levels alongside the rest of the pack or you go back to a slave pen in the nearest city.
As the moaning subsided, signaling his cue, he finished his drink and got out of his tent waiting at the entrance for the rest to gather.
“Alright, you all had the time to familiarize yourself with our prototype, you know what it’s capable of and you know what it will cost you. If either of you have anything against becoming an ancient dark elf I order you to speak now.”
He looked at the gathered furballs and the single human in his possession. All of them looked as if they were battling with their thoughts but it was the twiggy saint that raised her arm first.
“You don’t need to decide. I can’t change or sell you anyway.”
“N-no! It’s not that! M-master, please allow me one more day to get permission from my god. If he agrees, I shall happily become your elf!”
That declaration made all the other three stare daggers at the tiny priestess and even Joe seemed a little perplexed.

“You sure? If I modify your body, you may end up more than fifty levels into negative.”
“Yes. I am sure.”
“Well, alright if that suits you. Patchwork? What about you?”
The knight sighed and run her hand through her mane.
“You know Joe that I like you and yesterday was fun but, fifty levels? That’s like half of my life. I just, I don’t know if it’s worth it. I can’t be bothered to farm that much again. You know how slow it is for a knight. Then there’s that twenty percent debuff. I… I’m sorry.”
“Bedwarmer?”
Neira stood silent for a moment, watching her paws then she rubbed her flat chest, remembering how it felt like, having her center of mass in a different place. Remembering how Joe looked at her when they… how it felt… how it felt when he called her name. She didn’t care all that much about her levels.
“Promise me,”
Her voice was but a whisper.
“Promise me that this new body will not carry any resemblance to my old one.”
Her fingertips traced the scars hidden underneath her fur.
“I do not want to be ever again reminded what I was or where I came from.”
Joe inclined his head in silent agreement. He still remembered the nights when her nightmare induced screams woke him.
“Freeloader?”
“I have a name you know? And can’t you just free us?”
“No. Choose, new body or the slave market.”
She cussed him and cursed his family five generations back.
“Alright. I’ll do it. I’m damned either way so why bother…”
Joe put his eyes back on his knight. All the other agreed but why would she refuse? He came to like her. She hardly complained and was efficient in what she did. It’ll be difficult to replace her.

Flicking through his skills, Joe put Savile’s soul back into the elven body.
“Joe, why are you doing this?”
“I’m not going to force you but at the same time, I tend to fight for what I value. Perhaps you just need more time. You have until we reach next city, then I’ll hear your answer. “
“Alright, we move out in an hour. Get you stuff organized. Chop, chop.”
As the girls dispersed and went to get ready, Neira stayed behind and meekly grabbed onto Joe’s sleeve. There was something there to be said but, she just couldn’t.
Joe didn’t ask. He picked her up and carried into his tent. For the next hour, he'll make his best... Neira hugged him, he could feel her tears on his cheek.
That may take more than an hour.
Blasted demi.

Dragon's Soul
Synopsis of my story, A young boy faces the end of his life, born a genius, gifted with an incredible memory and a passion for knowledge. As he takes his last breathe his life flashed before his eyes , from an early age he had been like a sponge soaking in all the knowledge around him, science, history, culture, literature, and even military strategy he absorbed it all. But as his life was coming to an end he scorned all his knowledge, what was the point of knowing everything when you weren’t even able to protect yourself or the ones you loved. As the boy closed his eyes for one final time,he laughed at how blinded he had been about the world and people and thought that if there was indeed a next life he would obtain power, power to protect himself and his loved one. And so this marked the end of his life, but for some, the end is only the beginning. My first story so it won't be too great so bare with me as I try to get better.

Our Shattered Realms
*This is a learning experience for me so please keep in mind that I am attempting to work on some of the issues brought to my attention early on. However I haven't yet gone back to redo the early chapters.* Less than two days ago every piece of electronics in the world stopped working for more than two hours. The death toll was immense. Hospital equipment failed, cars stopped in the middle of the street, planes fell from the sky, and homework was lost at the worst possible moment. We found out that it was just the flicker and hum of The System warming up. Now we see the true cost of our new world. A Dark comedy that focuses on a few of the many people who aren't stuck in a high level dungeon when our world is translated and joined to Our Shattered Realms. This is my first story that I have published. I welcome any criticism that you have for me. Thank you for reading and I hope you enjoy!

Unto Dark
A man of cripplingly ill mind, bridled with the spirits and regrets of the past. Wade Pierce trudges through each day of his monochrome existence, only as penance for his sins. Such a man is abruptly decamped of this world courtesy of unapologetic forces, left stranded in a realm filled with unknowns. Armed only with his potent yet fragile intellect, Wade advances into this new abyss, as he attempts to rewrite the wrongs he has committed. Plagued by vile beasts, self-righteous Gods, and even his own seething darkness, the cracks in his mind begin to spread and a dangerous, newfound power bubbles beneath the surface. As the world grows darker day by day, this unfortunate journey begins ------------ I suppose rectitude dictates that I should state any themes worthy of noting here. First of all, this story is not a sunshiny one in the slightest. Since it is listed under the psychological and mature tag and not the comedy tag, that shouldn't be a surprise. Next, morbidity is a factor and general apathy towards human life. All of these are common themes amongst other writers, so nothing new there. The story also contains consensual, and non-consensual sexual activity, although I have tried to be as tasteful as is possible for someone like myself. Finally, the pace is drawn-out, and the language is magniloquent at times. Not to mention, the chapters are quite lengthy. Don't expect to read this halfheartedly... Other than that, enjoy the story... There's nothing more important than that...

The Bracelet I Got Was More Than I Bargained For
Andrew and his friends, Isaac, Lisbeth, and Cameron meet a shady man on the way home from school. This man promises them adventure on another world, called Calorin, if they are willing to help him with an experiment. This experiment requires the use of a bracelet, one that cannot be removed once bonded to but will give them abilities such as healing or enhanced strength. Thanks to some peer pressure Andrew reluctantly agrees to join the experiment. The friends are soon on their way to Calorin but Andrew notices feelings coming from the bracelet, ones that want nothing to do with the strange man. It is just before they arrive at their destination that the bracelet changes everything for Andrew and he finds himself separated from his friends and the strange man. Stuck in the middle of a forest Andrew will need to find out where he is, how to find his friends, and why the bracelet has been acting the way it has. Author's Note:This story is a sidequel/prequel to Artifice: Tools of the Gods. As it only has one or two connected characters there is no need to read one or the other to understand them.
