Welcome back, Jammers, to the first round of 2023! We're so happy to have all of you with us and hope you look forward to the new year just as much as we do. To celebrate the new year, we updated the club graphics to give us a new fun look that expresses our love for music and our declaration to become the best writers we can be. We'll plant our flag in this world of the written word together!

The Winter Jam Festival is open! It's our one-year anniversary of hosting the Jam Festival, and we will be incorporating some new features to make sure to keep an eye out for it and join in on the fun. The festival has already begun but it's not too late to sign up!

When leaving your done comment you MUST tag your admin. Not doing so could earn you a strike and sitting out a round to clear that strike.

We're not trying to be hard asses or mean in any way. But without those tags, your admin could miss your done comment and if they do and you've already been struck/removed from the round, we are not going back into the round to add you. And if you've done this more than once or make it a habit, even if we see your comment, we'll have you sit out a round. A good chunk of you have been in the book club scene long enough to know how this goes, and if you can't make the effort to help us out by tagging, then we won't make the effort to include you in every round. The QOTW does not go toward your end chapter comment and sentence minimum. To answer the QOTW, you can either attach it to your end chapter comment with the tag #JamQOTW next to it or you can create a separate comment with the tag #JamQOTW. No matter which you choose, the tag must be included so your admin can identify it apart from your end-chapter comment.
