As soon as time continued around Xu Yue, both her body and soul began collapsing at an extremely rapid speed, but suddenly, the collapse slowed down as Yue once again fused with her original self.

A few moments then passed as Xu Yue's body continued collapsing, but after those few moments, Xu Yue's body and soul, which were almost destroyed, then started regenerating themselves at a rapid speed.

"Good," thought Xu Lanfeng as she looked at Xu Yue, but after a while, Xu Lanfeng disappeared, as she had to deal with something else.

Not long after Xu Lanfeng left, two pairs of footsteps could be heard from the outside of the room, and soon after, Wu Jing and Xu Chao entered the room.

Suddenly, Wu Jing ran up to her daughter, who was still unconscious before placing a hand and her face.

Looking at her daughter, it seemed as if a sword slashed Wu Jing's heart as a deep pain enveloped her.

"Mother was useless," mumbled Wu Jing as she kept staring at her daughter, but after a few moments, Wu Jing gave her unconscious daughter a hug before walking away with Xu Chao, who seemed even more saddened than her as tried his best to stop himself from shaking.

And just as the two of them were walking out of the room, someone walked past them.

Looking at Xu Yue's maid, Ming Yun, who was robotically walking into the room, Wu Jing let out a sigh before completely leaving.

After entering the room, Ming Yun did not say anything, merely preferring to sit on a chair next to her senior sister in utter silence, with no emotion on her face.

As she saw the seemingly frozen Ming Yun, Bing Yue let out a sigh before looking at Xu Yue.

After staring at Xu Yue for about half an hour, Bing Yue was just about to leave, but then, completely unexpectedly, Xu Yue opened her eyes, causing Bing Yue to flinch.

The moment Xu Yue opened her eyes, Ming Yun, who had seemed frozen in ice just a few moments ago jumped from her chair and next to Xu Yue.

"Senior sister, do you need anything?" asked Ming Yun as she looked at her senior sister with the same cold look on her face.

"Don't worry I'm fine, you don't have to be so sad," said Xu Yue, her voice slightly cracking as she raised her hand up to Ming Yun's face.

As soon as those words exited Xu Yue's mouth, Ming Yun, who had been keeping her icy persona almost flawlessly up until Xu Yue woke up, suddenly burst into tears.

"It's fine, you aren't to blame for this at all," said Xu Yue as her hand went through Ming Yun's long hair.

"Then if you think you are to blame, you two should then go prepare me a bath," said Xu Yue, causing Ming Yun and Bing Yue to hurry along.

As soon as Xu Yue woke up, a small fox, who had been sleeping in a pool of healing liquid suddenly opened her eyes once again before walking out of the liquid.

After familiarizing itself with it's state, the fox then began walking towards a certain location.

As she was waiting for Ming Yun and Bing Yue to finish preparing her bath, even without using her spiritual sense, Xu Yue heard some faint footsteps coming her way.

And after a few moments, the door to the room was suddenly opened, revealing a snow-white little fox that was walking inside.

Looking at the little fox that was coming towards her, Xu Yue couldn't help but smile, and after a few moments, the fox jumped into Xu Yue's bed before laying down next to her.

"You only used your human form for a short time, staying like this the vast majority of the time we spent together, so how could you seduce me so thoughtfully? it's illogical," said Xu Yue as she picked up the fox and but it into her embrace.

Hearing, anger seemed to brew on the face of the little fox, as it gritted her teeth and after a while, the fox couldn't help but blurt out.

"Who's the vixen here, you were clearly the one to seduce me first you damn human," said the fox before laying down on Xu Yue's stomach clearly, not interested in talking with her anymore.

"Of course, a little fox like you couldn't resist my beauty, who could?" said Xu Yue in an extremely exaggerated tone, causing Hulli Jing's face to darken.

"As someone so injured right now, how dare you taunt me?" asked the Hulli Jing as she stopped laying flat on Xu Yue's stomach and got up.

"Are you so shameless as to bully someone as injured as me?" asked Xu Yue, but contrary to her expectations, a smile appeared on Hulli Jing's little face.

"Yes," said Hulli Jing, causing Xu Yue's face to stiffen.

As soon as Bing Yue finished preparing the bath, she then walked back to Xu Yue's room before seeing a scene that caused her jaw to slightly drop.

"She's tired, it's better if I carry her," said a naked fox-woman as she held Xu Yue in her arms.

Seeing that, Bing Yue immediately realised what Ming Yun meant by 'vixen' as such, she did not stop Hulli Jing, as upon further inspection, Xu Yue did appear somewhat tired, rather, she looked much more tired than when she had just woken up.

"I really am too beautiful, for you to risk your life after only knowing each other for such a short period of time," said Xu Yue as she lazily sat in Hulli Jing's embrace, as the two of them bathed inside of the warm water.

Hearing that, Hulli Jing couldn't help but have anger appear on her face.

"My past self was really too entranced," mumbled Hulli Jing as Ming Yun walked into the bath with a plate of fruit.

After placing the plate on the ground, Ming Yun's robes fell off her body, as she walked into the bath, and after a few moments, she began feeding Xu Yue some grapes.
