I walk down the stairs, admiring the house even more as I walk down. This place is absolutely beautiful and the view from the second floor is amazing.
Vincenzo went out of his way with buying this house, but I still appreciate him doing something this grand for us.
"Zia!" Paolo shouts while running towards me.
The men who work for Vincenzo moved out everything that can break and hurt Paolo which were in close ranch.
Most of the glass objects are on the shelves where he can't reach so that puts me at ease even more.
He stands in front of me and I smile down at his cute face. "I tied my shoelaces," he says while lifting his left foot so I can see the double knot he made.
It's embarassing how I couldn't tie my own shoes properly till I was twelve.
Utter sadness.
"Well done," I coo while ruffling his soft hair. He lifts his hands up towards my chest and I lean down to get closer to him.
Paolo jumps up and wraps his body around mine, and I giggle. Even though he isn't a baby anymore, he wants me to carry him around like one.
I shift him around so he's on my back. Vincenzo comes down the stairs, groaning and pulling at his pants.
"What do you want to eat, amore?" I ask while walking closer to him.
I stand in front of him and he stares down at me like he can eat me right here, right now.
"You." I roll my eyes at his answer and he chuckles. "Can't blame me. I've been hungry, amore," he says with a shrug.
He steps closer to me and places his hand on my waist. He leans in closer to my head to say something.
Paolo tries to listen in to what Vincenzo is saying, but he goes even closer to my ear to prevent Paolo from listening.
"I'm starving, and I want you to be my meal," he whispers and I feel myself press my thighs together.

I slap his chest playfully and he pulls away from my head. "Fricken cheeseball," I laugh while pushing against and he chuckles lowly. He ruffles his nephew's hair before walking away.
"Zia!" Paolo shouts in my ear and I frown at how loud he is being. "I'm hungry," he whispers this time and I just nod.
I keep him on my back as I walk us to the kitchen. I put Paolo down and he hops onto one of the kitchen stools on the other side of the beautiful marble island.
I open the fridge to find it to be empty, along with all of the cabinets. Even the damn pantry is empty.
How is there no food in this house?
"Vincenzo!" I shout and he comes running into the kitchen with his brothers right behind him.
"What's wrong?" They all ask.
Angelo and Nicola come into the kitchen through a different door with their guns lifted and ready to kill whoever they think is threatening my life.
"I'm ok guys," I laugh while walking around the island. "How do you buy a house and get furniture and all, but no food?" I ask while tilting my head.
Vincenzo looks around, trying to see if I'm glaring at anyone else, but my glare is directed at him. He tries to speak, but I lift my hand to shut him up.
I lower my hand and step closer to the four men standing in front of me. They all stare down at me, Vincenzo looking the most distressed.
"Paolo is hungry and there's no food. How am I supposed to feed a child without food?" I ask while poking his chest with my index finger.
His brothers chuckle and smile at me with amusement prancing around in their eyes.
"What's so funny?" I snap while narrowing my eyes at them. They all stop laughing and clear their throats, all while avoiding eye contact with me. "Look at me when I speak to you," I demand and all four men look at me.

"Lorenzo, you should've made sure there's food for Paolo," I say and he goes to speak but I lift my hand. "And Matteo and Riccardo, your nephew is hungry and all you can do is laugh?"
"Nyx-"
"Stupidi bastardi," I cut Riccardo off. I turn around and look at my two friends who look absolutely amused by this.
"It ain't funny," I laugh and Angelo can't keep his laugh in.
"You just shut up the four most powerful men in the world," Nicola laughs while shaking his head. "All hail the new Dona," he adds with a slight head bow.

I walk out of the house with Paolo following right behind me. Angelo and Nicola smile at me as I approach the black Range Rover parked behind the other cars.
Paolo run past me and I try to grab him because I fear he is going to fall again, but he doesn't. He opens the back door for me and I smile at how chivalrous he is being.
I get into the car and slide to one end so he has enough space to sit. Paolo jumps in a few seconds later and scoots extra close to me.
"Zia?" I hum in response as I try to fix the mess of black curls ok his head. "Are you angry at mio padre e lo zio?" He asks me with big sad eyes.
The hidden purple streaks of his eyes glow more prominently and it makes me sad that he is sad about this.
"I thought you were coming with me," Vincenzo says while peeking his head by the open door.
"Just get in," I say while rolling my eyes. "We don't have to use the sports car," I add with a grin and he groans.
He gets into the car and closes the door. Paolo sits between us and for a quick moment, I see an image of Vincenzo and I sitting in this position with our own child.
"Are you still angry at us?"
"Still deciding," I say while looking out the window, mostly to hide the smile on my face.
Angelo and Nicola get into the car in the passenger and driver's seat. Nicola starts the engine and I look back Vincenzo.
His eyes are on what I'm wearing and he looks like he wants to rip my dress apart.
"Can't you wear something a bit longer?" He asks while reaching over to my thighs. He tries to pull the dress lower, but it doesn't move that much.
Nicola drives down the long driveway and I smile at Vincenzo. "We are too far from the house." I push his hand away from my thighs and focus on the scenery outside of the car.
When he mentioned us going on vacation, all I could think about is spending time with him.
We are going to a restaurant to get some food and also for some sight seeing too. The sun is setting, the sky is a deep orange and red colour.
I can see the waves thrashing and crashing against the beach and marble stones that the Seychelles are famous for.
"It's pretty," Paolo says while climbing into my lap. He presses his small hands against the window and looks at the beautiful scenery with wide eyes and a gapped mouth.
"Thanks for taking us out zia," he says while turning to look at me with a wide smile. "Papà and uncle Vince are always too busy," he says, his little smile disappearing.
I narrow my eyes at Vincenzo and he just looks away, trying to hide the fact that he nor Lorenzo spend enough time with Paolo.
"Well, I'll always have time for you, il mio piccolo cupcake."
