《Chosen (Lloyd X Reader)》Double Trouble

Just as I'm finished getting ready, I go to reach for my fans, but the initials engraved on them glow brightly, and eventually, the bright light engulfs me. Although I expect to find myself in the familiar darkness and sitting at a familiar tea table, when the light dies down, I find myself in a completely different area. More specifically, in fact, the flower field I always find myself in my flashes. When I look around, trying to figure out why I'm here, I spot the older version of myself wearing a familiar shot kimono. Though her usually bright face is replaced with worry and fear, and for some reason when I see that I begin to get infected with the same emotions.
Why does she look so worried?... Why am I here?... This is different than anything else I've experienced... What's going on?...
I try to speak out to her, but nothing comes out. She's the first to speak and worriedness is evident in their voice. "You must not trust him! He will be your downfall! Don't trust him! Once he comes... It is over for us."
My eyes widen in slight terror, wondering about who she is speaking about. My lips tremble a bit before, finally, I'm able to speak. "What do you mean it's over for us?... What's going to happen?"
"We are being hunted down just like many years ago... You must hurry or else we will be truly lost this time... and Ninjago will fall into his hands... I did what I could when I was... It's up to you to stop him..."
"What do you mean by "him"? What's going on?..." Tsk... No way am I letting her get away when I'm so close. "I know you're- we're... Y/n Megami! I know that the fans I have now once belonged to you! There has to be a reason why everything is happening now! So can't you tell me exactly what's going on?! Sensei Wu won't tell me!""
Tears begin to fall down her face as she kneels down to my level. "Because-"
Though, before she gets to finish her sentence, a large shadowy figure appears in front of us as it roars loudly. My eyes widen in terror as the shadowy figure forms into a giant dragon and it's piercing, purple eyes land onto me. The older Y/n notices the monster's stare at me as realization hits. "No!"
The monster charges toward me with every intent to kill as the older Y/n tackles me to the ground, protecting me from the dragon's flames. I shut my eyes tightly, holding onto her, waiting for the impact, but before I know it, I'm brought back to the real world.
I shoot up from my bed and gasp for air as I hold my chest. Once I manage to calm down, I pull on my hair lightly, sighing. "These dreams becoming worse and worse... It's a sign..."
A voice, barely above a whisper, fills my ears. "He is coming for you..."
~
After everything that's been going, I've decided maybe it's best I put these thoughts aside for just a day. Lloyd needs me, especially now that his powers are manifesting more and more everyday. So, we're are the Dojo working on the blonde's lightning aspect of his powers since being the grandson of the First Spinjitzu Master does give him a lot of power. Power he doesn't know how to control.
Jay is struggling though to teach him how to harness said lightning because the safest way to do so is through a light bulb but Lloyd is having a hard time.
He's broke nine in the last hour.
"Focus, Lloyd. Control the power inside you. When you feel a surge welling up, harness it!" Jay says to him, remembering when he used to feel that same sensation. He sure does miss his powers.
Lloyd nods, focusing his energy into the light bulb. "I understand. I am in control..."
I look at the light bulb, seeing it slowly beginning to glow. "You're doing it. Don't lose focus..."
"Come on, Lloyd. You can do it," Jay adds with encouraging words, a smile forming on his face.
If he's able to control his powers then maybe there's hope I can learn how to control mine as well... Whatever they are. I need to practice more with them. Maybe if I do, then maybe memories will begin to come back to me.
Though, when just he's about to light up the light bulb successfully, it explodes and shatters all over the ground. Lloyd groans in frustration that he couldn't use his lightning powers again. "Aargh! Stupid light bulb! You're putting too much pressure on me! Let me have one more try!"
Kai shakes his head sadly. "Sorry, Lloyd. That was the last light bulb."
I sigh, patting his back, knowing that he really wanted to get it right this time but just couldn't. "You have to be patient, Lloyd. It's not gonna happen as quickly as you want it to."
"I know but still! I've been working all day to try to harness the lightning part of my powers but it's not working... None of my powers work when I want them to..."
"I know, and I know that feeling too. I want my powers to work and yet they don't unfortunately. It's just gonna take time. Nothing happens immediately, unfortunately."
Cole grabs a broom and hands it to Lloyd, trying to cheer him up. "Clean up, Lloyd. We'll continue training tomorrow once we get more light bulbs!"
Though, instead of using the broom to clean up, he walks over to the punching bag and uses sad broom as a bat, hitting the bag multiple times with all of anger and frustration.
Jay sighs, rubbing the back of his neck, and turns to Sensei Wu. "What am I doing wrong, Sensei Wu? I can't seem to teach him to control his power. And, yet, when Y/n trains him, it's like nothing."
We turn back to Lloyd when he throws the broom at the punching bag but it bounces back at him, hitting him on his head before falling to the ground. I wince and he simply gets more frustrated in which he turns his anger to the punching bag.
"You dare to defy the Green Ninja!?"
Sensei catches our attention when he pats Jay's back, trying to comfort him. "Patience, Jay. Sometimes, the greatest opponent we face is ourselves, and that's especially true of Lloyd. Remember where he came from. He's the son of Garmadon. It's going to take time for him to embrace the light. He most likely feels more comfortable with Y/n is possibly because she was his first friend."
First friend...
"Yeah, just because he changed to our side doesn't mean he has completely forgotten about his other uh... not-so-great habits. But, he's learning so that's something! I'm just glad he's learning."
Zane smiles at my positivity for Lloyd and pats my head. That's when Nya walks in holding a letter . "Hey, guys."
We smile upon seeing her and greet her. "Hey, Nya!"
She walks up to Jay, a blush forming on her face as she fiddles with her hair. "Hey, Jay. Uh, wanna come by the later?"
A blush forms on his face as well and he smiles. "Uh, the autobody shop?"
I look at the two, noticing their obvious crush. I elbow Kai to get his attention about his sister's crush and he looks away in annoyance.
Heh. He hates to admit it but his sister got a crush on one of his closest friends.
Though, I didn't hear what they said until Jay asks about the letter in Nya's hand. "Uh, what you got there?"
She finally remembers why she went to the Dojo and hands the letter to Sensei. "Oh, um, this letter came for Lloyd."
He reads the front of it as his eyes widen a bit. "Hmm. It's from Lloyd's old school."
Cole looks at the letter in confusion. "The Darkley's School for Bad Boys?"
Sensei Wu corrects him. "Formerly bad boys. Since the last time we were there, they've changed to the Darkley School for Great Children.
"Why are they contacting him then? Didn't they kick him from school? What do they want? And they turned good? I don't believe it."
Sensei Wu smiles at my worry, patting my head, and begins reading the ltter. "Hmm, it says here there's going to be a ceremony."
"Ceremony? For what? I don't like this."
Cole smiles brightly, hearing the word 'ceremony' though. "I love ceremonies! That means there's going to be cake!"
Sensei Wu finishes read the letter and looks at us. "Lloyd's change inspired them. Now they've invited Lloyd to give him an honorary degree in excellence. They would also like to give Y/n an honorary degree for inspiring said change in Lloyd."
My eyes simply widen at that. "Uh alright did not expect that... Huh. Alright maybe those ceremony thing doesn't sound so bad after all."
Cole smiles hearing that. "Seems like you're getting famous Y/n. Maybe you'll influence those students too."
Though, when we look at Lloyd again, he breaks the broom and headbutts the punching bag as he faceplants into the ground.
Kai then asks, "Are we sure we're talking about the same Lloyd?"
"I'm sure we are. Maybe."
~
Garmadon paces back and forth on the deck, trying to think up ways to stop the ninjas then sees every snake gather in as he smiles. "Squeeze in tight. Can everyone hear me? Okay, so let's brainstorm on how to use my to destroy the ninja. Remember, the weapon can only create, never destroy. And I can only use it once a day, as it drains all of my strength. So, no such thing as a bad idea. Anyone?"
One of the snakes nervously steps up and speaks. "W-What if you made more pirates?"
"Over the side!" Garmadon shouts in anger.
The snake's eyes widen in horror as two other snakes grab him from either side and drag him to the side of the ship. "No, no! I-I was kidding! Wait! Aah!" But, his begging is ignored and he's thrown over.
Garmadon continues. "Anyone else? Don't be shy. No bad ideas!"
"Oh, what if you recreated the Great Devourer?!" Another snake asks.
"Over the side!"
And that snake too gets thrown over to the side. "Aah!"
Garmadon shakes his head in annoyance. "Instead of things that have already failed to destroy the ninja, how about something new?!"
One last snake speaks up. "Can you create a giant ham sandwich?!"
"A poisoned giant ham sandwich?!"
"I would hope not. I'm sssso hungry!" The snake then gets thrown off of the ship. "Aah!"
Gamradon sighs in frustration. "Aargh! This is impossible! Those pesky ninjas always come out on top. How can I defeat ninjas who so rudely refuse to be defeated?! Weapon, answer me." He stares at the Megaweapon for a moment, seeing his reflection in it, and his eyes widen in realization. "Wait, that's it! No more brainstorming! Gather me any ninja belongings left on the ship!"
The Serpentine nod and run throughout the ship, collecting old gis that was left behind on the ship before it got destroyed by the Great Devourer. The snakes lay them out on the floor, looking the gis in front of him and he looks at them all but his eyes soon landed on Y/n's gi. He stares at it for a moment before grabbing it and throwing it off of the ship. The snakes look at Garmadon in confusion but shake their head, deciding to ignore it. Garmadon looks at the remaining gis and smiles as he focuses his energy on the Megaweapon. "Ninja, today I wish for you to finally meet your match!"
The Megaweapon glows brightly as a bright, golden light surrounds the gis and eventually the evil version of the ninjas appears in front of them. Garmadon falls to the ground in exhaustion and looks at them. "I have made you...to be equal to the ninja...and loyal only to me!"
The Evil Ninjas bow to him, completely loyal to him. "Yes, Lord Garmadon."
Garmadon smirks, hearing that response. "Then I command you to find and destroy the ninja!"
~
We're headed toward Lloyd's old boarding school and I smile brightly, riding on Mist again. "This is amazing! Oh, I love flying again!"
Mist roars in agreement as she flies faster. Jay also shouts out in excitement and is up in the air again. "Whoo-hoo-hoo! Now that we can ride the Dragons, we should get to Darkley's in no time! This is amazing!"
Though, Kai is holding tightly onto Cole tightly, scared out of his mind while Zane just remains calm. "If Lloyd can get us there in one piece! Why couldn't I fly with Y/n?!"
"Because Mist only lets me ride her! So suck it, Kai!"
He glares at me from the Ultra Dragon but Cole shakes his head in annoyance. He looks at Lloyd and smiles, seeing his progress. "Just be gentle Lloyd. Any sudden moves can cause him to-"
But, because of how fast they're going, Lloyd doesn't hear him. "Any sudden what?!"
And he pulls on the reins making the Dragon dive towards the ground and the ninjas scream in terror.
"Guys!" I pull on the reins making Mist dive after them, trying to make the Ultra Dragon fly up. "Lloyd pull up! Pull up!"
But of course, he doesn't hear me. Cole shouts out to Lloyd, directly into his hear. "The reins! Let go of the reins!"
Lloyd manages to hear him through the wind and screams and lets go of them causing the dragon to slow down and eventually land on the ground. I smile seeing them land and I pull on the reins, motioning for Mist to do the same. Oh thank Spinjitzu Lloyd managed to hear them or else they wouldn't have made it.
Once we're on the ground, I walk over to them and smile. "Nice job Lloyd. Except for the uh ending part heh.."
Lloyd smiles at me. "Hehe, at least I'm getting better!"
"All the same, I'll take the reins going home. Just to be safe." Cole says to him smiling, not wanting to go through the same craziness he did just now.
After making sure we're all okay after that experience, we walk into the gates of the boarding school and notice a boy walking up to us. He looks at Lloyd as his eyes widen with joy? "Lloyd?"
Lloyd looks back at him in confusion. "Uh, Brad?"
The black-haired boy hugs Lloyd and smiles brightly. "You came! So good to see you!"
Kinda weird... Didn't Lloyd say he was bullied by a lot of the students here?...
Us ninjas look at each other in confusion, but we shrug it off. After all, they are supposedly reformed.
Lloyd, of course, doesn't hug him back and looks at him confused. "It is? You put fire ants in my bed."
Brad lets him go and shakes his head. "Please forgive me. I wasn't myself and have learned the error of my ways!"
Brad finally acknowledges us, walking up to us, and his eyes widen in awe. "And you must be the ninja!"
Lloyd looks at us, giving us a shrug. "Uh, guys. Meet Brad Tudabone."
"Such a huge fan!" He shakes all of our hands but he stops in front of me. "I've heard so many stories about you! And so young too! You are incredible and amazing! No wonder you were able to change Lloyd for the better."
My eyes widen a bit and smile awkwardly. "U-Uh thanks heh."
Lloyd gives a small glare at Brad before shaking his head. "Y-Yeah! She is pretty incredible!"
Brad smiles, deciding it's time to head inside. "Uh, please, will you follow me to see the Principal?"
We nod and follow the young boy inside, looking around at the newly decorated school. It's definitely looking a lot better than before, seeing various different flowers along the hallways, including balloons and streamers. Seems like they're taking this all very seriously.
Though when Cole looks around, he notices the classrooms not filled with any students or teachers. "Uh, shouldn't you all be in class?"
Brad simply gives us a smile. "Actually, today is a new Darkley School tradition: Ninja Day. We stay out of sight to honor the way of the ninja for showing us the light."
"Now that's a nice tradition. Especially considering this school's track record..."
The other ninjas nod in agreement and we continue to walk down the hallways until we make it to the Principal's office. Brad knocks on the door, making sure he's in there. "Principal Noble? Lloyd and the ninja are here for the ceremony."
When he hears confirmation, he turns back to us with a smile that seemed too forced. "Well, I have to get back to tend to the flowers. I'll see you all later!"
He walks away when the principal calls out to us, saying he's ready to see us. We walk into the office but there's no principal there. Instead, there's a small boy holding some kind of voice changer. We look at him confused, wondering why he's in here as the pieces slowly bein to fall into place.
The redhead boy finally speaks. "Welcome back, Lloyd."
"Uh, Gene?" Lloyd asks confused.
That's when everything clicks as my eyes widen. "It's a trap!"
Gene smirks looking at us. "And welcome, ninja, to the new Darkley's School for Worse Boys!"
Before any of us are able to react, Gene pulls out some siccors cutting a piece of rope that was behind him. Our eyes widen when a bunch of sandbags fall onto us, knocking us unconscious.
Lloyd barely manages to stay and glares at Gene. "You're gonna pay for this..."
And just like that, he's out.
~
Kai is the first to wake up, his slowly adjusting to the light. Once they do, he shakes his fellow brothers awake and stands up. That's when he finally notices the multiple teachers around them. "What happened? Where's Lloyd and Y/n? And who are all of you?"
A female teacher looks at him, helping Jay up to his feet. "We're the teachers and we've all been taken prisoners! We've tried to teach the boys how to be good, but they overthrew us... They're monsters!"
Jay looks at her in confusion as Zane and Cole stand up. "But I thought Lloyd and Y/n was getting an honorary degree."
The real principal noble shakes his head in disappointment. "Oh, that was just the boys' trick to lure Lloyd here and convince him to be their leader. As for Y/n, they simply wanted her here to make sure she wouldn't turn Lloyd back to his good side."
The ninja's eyes widen in horror, realizing that this wasn't a fun ceremony at all but instead, a trap. A trap to return Lloyd to his evil ways and make sure Y/n is out of the picture. But, Cole falls onto the ground in horror at a different realization. "What?! There's not gonna be cake?!"
The ninjas just look at him with deadpanned faces.
~
Lloyd slowly wakes up and tries to move but notices he's tied to a chair. What the?... What happened?... Why am I tied to a chair?... This makes no sense...
Once he finally processes what's going on, he looks up seeing Brad in front with an evil smirk. "Welcome to your ceremony, Lloyd. Or, should I call it an evil intervention?!"
He simply glares at the black-haired boy. "Where are my friends? Where's Y/n?"
Gene smirks at him. "Aw, they're better off without you. Plus, you don't have to worry about a girl making you all soft. With friends like you, who needs enemies?"
"You may have forgotten, but we're your true friends. And we want to help you undo the damage you've done to yourself and our school's reputation. Be honest. Doesn't a part of you miss being bad?" Brad asks Lloyd.
Aw man... This sucks. Of course things would go wrong... Greagt now everyone is in this mess because of me. You have to get out of here to help them Lloyd!
~
I slowly wake up from my slumber and try to process everything that just happened. Ugh, my head... Spinjitzu... those twelve-year-old boys sure knew what they were doing...
I try to move but something holds me down. I look down and notice I'm tied to a chair. I sigh, knowing I'm stuck fro a while "Damn it..."

Slave 53: The Phoenix
Azgarth is a violent Warlord from a planet where everyone feared him, a man that never lost a battle whether it be from his enemies surrendering or dying. After entering a wormhole, this once infamous man had his memory completely wiped. He was enslaved under the name 53. The great comet arrived one day and gave 53 an extremely rare animal aspect, the Phoenix. Having a rare animal aspect puts people on the fast track to power in this world. Will 53 show the same brutality as his former self? Author: So there will probably be a lot of changes when I start hashing out the whole classes and what not. I'm not planning on this to have statuses or anything like that, but when people 'lvl up' is probably going to be something like ascending 1, 2, 3, etc. With each ascension they are many times stronger, for example, someone who hasn't ascend at all would be at 0, but someone with a 1 would be about 5x stronger than someone who is 0 and so on. It would take a long time to reach each one. With the red colored marks which represents fire, I have a couple ideas with what I want to do, in a way a battle royale, as this continent they are on isn't very large, but all four elements are on it (or more, I might add light, dark, and some others) but all the humans have red, while a different alien race has blue (water), brown (earth), and grey (Air). The color of the mark they have influences how they feel about each other, a example of that would be if a red saw a brown, then they would naturally feel a disgust about each other, and if they killed someone from a different color they would gain way more life essence which is needed to ascend than they would killing someone from their same color. The last thing, I'm not too sure about the main character yet, as I like the whole idea of a memory wipe, I almost think it'd be more entertaining to have the guy slowly regain all his memory, then just becoming his normal self again. If that's the case I'll have to change the title of book. The original idea was this guy would keep the name 53, and his prior self named Azgarth is sharing his body, as in he can talk to him and give him advice on things since he doesn't want him to die since he is sorta like a split personality sharing the same body. Looking at it now, idk if I want this guy to be named 53 forever. Warning: A lot of dark content in the book, especially in the flashbacks.
